• Verified traveler (6/5): - We had some serious reservation issues one week before check in date, was resolved four days before the check in date. It has a nice kitchen where we can heat up food and cook if we want it to, the room was clean and nicely maintain. We had issues with the bath room exhaust fan, the bath room exhaust fan would not shut off, therefore, running 24 hours a day with loud noise, it really disturbed my sleep. there were items in the condo left unrepaired.

• Amanda (8/5): Great location - Great location in spacious unit. Close to Union Station. Basic grocery items provided eg. laundry detergent, soap, dishwashing liquid. The cleanliness of the floor could of been better.
• Sara (4/5): - Great downtown location and communication before and throughout the visit was very good. However, the unit was not very clean and the bed and couch were very uncomfortable. The outside deck was filthy. While the unit looked good at first glance, after being there for a bit it was disappointing.
• Margaret (10/5): Ultra luxury on front street - Lovely apartment with great facilities, perfect location. Check-in and check-out procedure easy. Only issue was pool was closed for renovations and had not been informed of this before the stay.
• Ivan (10/5): Really nice place - Wifi is ridiculously fast (200mbps). Interior is great. Good view from the balcony. Factor in parking if you have a rental. Owner had a few projects to finish(broken chair on balcony), but no worries.

• Kristen (10/5): Would stay again - Pros: location, good communication/response time, parking in bldg. Cons: pay extra for convenience of parking in building as opposed to next door, coffee maker not popular brand with regard to k-cup, and could not use all amenities, i.e. billiards.
• Verified traveler (10/5): location location location! - the apt location was perfect for us. the apt itself was clean but the front door rattles. we used a folded paper towel in the door to prevent the noise.. the gym is great as well.

The check-in and check-out procedures was very easy. I have received detailed instructions on how to do check-in which was helpful as I was arriving really late. Thanks!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Close to acc, cn tower, Rogers centre - Overall good experience, only downside to this unit ( condo ) is the bed is queen and not comfortable, no tub so shower only, we were in and out for one night, so that didn’t really matter, also when you book and go to pay there is a 90 dollar condo charge tacked on so don’t get fooled by the initial hotel fee you first see. If you want to have a car with you there is an extra 35 dollar fee for that as well, alittle over kill as these condos have underground parking with them. Communication with them is excellent and they get back to you right away.
• Nathan (8/5): Great condo, but not a hotel - This is a condo property and not a hotel. Booking on Hotels.com made me think this was an actual hotel. Overall still a wonderful stay, but just know it's a condo unit in a condo building and not a hotel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - quick and simple "check in". beautiful apartment with lovely amenities. we were right next to our concert venue with plenty of restaurants as well. helps to be right above a starbucks too!
