There was always hot water and it was really clean in general. The street we were on was so quiet, which was great for getting sleep for early morning tours. The wifi was a bit spotty and would dip in and out.

- Eugenia (9/5): Everything you want in the middle of Cusco - We loved this apartment!! It had so many rooms and many of them were heated, as was the living area. Each room had a big closet and the kitchen was completely furnished with all the dishes and cooking ware we needed. The beat was that there was even a laundry room! This apartment is located super close to some of the best restaurants and is a quick walk to the main square. The shower was luke warm and wouldn’t work id others in the same or near apartments were showering.

Perfect location - very close to the centre but not in the tiny cobbled streets part. A water pipe burst while we were staying and the communication and quick response to this was all great.

I liked the rooftop terrace with the view of cusco, and how near the flat was to all points of interest. The beds were comfortable too. The courtains allow a bit too much light from the street. A blackout would be nice. Water takes a bit to get hot, but it was fine.

- Richard (9/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in an active but quiet part of town. - The Apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Cusco. It is a short walk to the Blas market area so there were lots of shops and good restaurants just a few minutes away and then it was another 5-7 minute walk to the main squares and the San Pedro market. The apartment had 2 full bathrooms with plenty of hot water (which isn't always the case in Cusco!) The apartment had heaters in all of the room but we couldn't adjust the temperature. The apartment was comfortable but we couldn't make it warm enough when we needed it to be after long days of being outside in the cool weather.

- Priscilla (9/5): Spacious apartment in a quiet location - The apartment is nice and quiet, very spacious for the 4 of us. Having two bathrooms was great too though we can use the showers at the same time because of the hot water supply. It is very close to a traditional market where you can easily buy some fruit, veggie and meat if you want to cook yourself. The host was super friendly, helpful and responsive. It is a little away from the main square like 15 mins walk down but we didn’t mind that. We enjoyed our stay there. No lifts so it could be I bit tricky if you have a lot of luggages. The host did help us with them.

Stayed for 6 nights and the highlight has to be the housekeeper Yovana. The apartment was immaculately clean and Yovana let us check in early and gave a very helpful walkthrough of the apartment. We used Google translate which worked really well. Throughout our stay she was on hand to help and as part of the facilities would take our laundry and return dry and cleaned the same day. I highly recommend this apartment and its services. Great job Jovana! Everything was perfect

- Tiffany (10/5): - Way to go! My family of 4 (with two young kids) really enjoyed the apartment because of the location and quiet home-like feel. Everything in the city was perfectly walkable: the local market, bakeries, coffee shops, the main plaza, Sacsayhuaman. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring and we felt very safe. The apartment was clean. Some of our favorite things were 1.) the endless hot water tank, which meant great showers 2.) the rooftop deck, which we had access to, had a wonderful view and 3.) aforesaid convenient location next to groceries/cafes. The landlord was accommodating and available. I would definitely recommend this apartment for traveling Cusco.

- Flynn (10/5): Great! Highly recommend and will use again when back in Peru! - Great service, amazing people. Good beds, lots of hot water, solid internet and large units. Amazing views from the top as well! Be prepared to be cold in the mornings. These are all concrete buildings that don't hold heat at all and Cusco is pretty chilly in the morning. They got heaters but they aren't sufficient... But I do come from California so I'm probably a little biased. No elevator but that's expected, the whole city is build on a giant hill.

- Janet (10/5): Great apartment for a stay in Cusco - The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is in a great location in the San Blas neighborhood of Cusco and we could walk to everything. A neighborhood market, convenience stores and bakeries are one block away. The apartment is very spacious with a comfortable living area for our family, including a TV and a large dining room table. There is also a rooftop area where we could sit (and eat) that has great views of Cusco. The WiFi is good. The showers have hot water and good water pressure. The beds are very comfortable and have lots of thick blankets so we were not cold. In addition, 2 of the bedrooms and the living room have heaters! There is also a washing machine and lots of clothes drying racks which was very helpful. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Yovanna was particularly helpful during our stay! We were able to leave our excess luggage there for a week while we did the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu and visited Ollantaytambo and Yovanna met us on our return so that we could retrieve it (we were not staying there since it was already booked). Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cusco. One minor thing - it would be helpful to have one or two cutting boards in the kitchen as it is well-stocked otherwise.

- Shaked (6/5): High Expectations, a little disappointing - The apartment was modern and clean The power outlets didn't match non-peruvian chargers. The AC was controlled by the owner remotely, and we had to argue with him to turn it on every time. There was a lack of kitchen tools, and after we asked the owner for help, he just said he couldn't do anything. The heating wasn't enough to heat the apartment, and only after two days they gave us a remote.

We had two apartments, and one was two flights of stairs up and the other three fights of stairs. Stairs. For young people. I'm sure it's not a problem, but with the elevation of Cusco and being over 60, going to the top floor was a little difficult for us. But we'd still come back for sure, we really like the place.

- Regina (10/5): Great location for 3-4 people - *Spacious, comfortable, great location, very clean. *Relaxing living room area with cable TV, *Bedrooms had excellent storage space. *1 & 1/2 bathroom made our group of 3 much more comfortable than a hotel. *Top rated spa on the ground floor for massage and jacuzzi to alleviate altitude sickness and hiking fatigue. *12 min walk to center of Cusco. * Laundry, cafes and markets within 5 min walk No blackout curtains, no washer
- Isabella (7/5): Good - The owner and the cleaning lady were super friendly. Wifi worked well. Apartment had everything we needed except a washing Machine. For that reason the cleaning lady brought our clothes to the laundry. It was cold at night as the heating did not work as we expected. We had to get used to the Peruvian Standards.
- Hristo (9/5): Great place for groups - You can't beat the value for your buck with this stay in Cuzco. We housed a large group of 8 in two apartments quite comfortably. We all got plenty of space, large lounge area and a kitchen. I really wanted to give this place a 10, because the value for money is superb, but unfortunately, we did run into one serious issue - the water is heated via some strange contraption, which is a gas boiler, directly connected to a gas canister. This means that even though there were two bathrooms, we could use only one at a time. What was bad, however, is that we ran out of gas on our second day which meant no hot water whatsoever, and changing the gas canister isn't exactly a straightforward option halfway through a stay.
- Wira (9/5): Superb - Apartment is in great condition. Within 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Host is friendly and accommodating. He waited for us to show up at 9 PM. He helped us carry all of our luggages. He responded quickly when we mentioned that we ran out of toilet paper. No elevator. We appreciate Percy's help carrying all luggages.

- Sandra (6/5): Very Basic Apartment; Could be More Comfortable - The owner was lovely and offered good information and help with tours. The apartment is spacious but BASIC--good just for sleeping. No extras! Only bath towels provided--no hand towels. No place to hang towels in bathroom. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for family of 4 for 5 days provided. When we asked for more, only given one roll. It was always cold in the apartment--we visited in April.
- Paul (10/5): - Very responsive and helpful property manager. Reynof. Property is close to Plaza San Blas, Plaza de Armas and many other historic Cuzco sites. 3 bedroom 2 bath aoartment was perfect for us. A great place to stay.
