- Verified traveler (6/5): Parking issue - My client had trouble with parking when clearly stated on documents included in rate. She then had to find parking which she was charged for and has sent various emails to try to get a refund for this and no answer. She also then due to parking issues didn't get into hotel or ready to get to dinner till 9pm. Tha nks Nicole
