- Farhana (6/5): - I came and checked in with lady receptionists, well very good greetings. Location is pretty good, maybe about 5 -10 mins to city centre and there's a lot of parking space. Fair enough for the price i guess. Room is small, not even a space to place luggage and bad soundproofing. There is no elevator in the hotel.

The staff or the owner doesn't want to accept our suggestions for future improvement to upgrade their water pump because whenever the full coupon see the water there is a water saltage the whole morning so wasted already time

- Kit (7/5): Good - Complementary toothbrush kit. Cuckoo water dispenser. No lift, but staircase have anti-slip. Bed and pillow not too hard or soft, for me is comfy. Only two tiny side tables on left & right side of the bed.

- Natalie (3/5): Poor - There was hot water. Almost everything. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Receptionist was rude. Could not pay more to switch to a bigger room with my friend. Room was facing the main road and it was way too noisy in the morning. Far walk from the main street and the only cheap enough option available for late check in. Arrived past 2am. The ac is too noisy. Body towels felt more like a bath rug.

- Idah (7/5): If u want to stay for a night or 2, its not a bad hotel to choose. - I almost wanted to cancel the booking after i read most of the reviews said that the room is cramped and the mattress is hard as if they were lying on the floor. But to me...Not at all. Yes, the mattress is not very soft but its not that hard either. But bear in mind that the room is good for only 2 persons without big luggage.What i liked most is the hotel is near to most tourist attraction. Jonker Walk is abt 10mins drive. And of cos very easy to search for makan place. The hotel has no lift. So, dont bring elderly people especially those with wheelchairs.

- Jaz (5/5): Passable - Easy for car park. Washroom water is strong. After a long day, all we wish is just a comfy bed to rest. Unfortunately, the bed is hard just like sleeping on the floor. There's nowhere to place (chair/table) your luggage at all. There's literally only bed and 2 tiny bed side table in the room. We were forced to leave our travel bag and even handbag on the floor. Tried to request a chair or table from the reception but the guy told us that's how their hotel is. Not value for money, not a pleasant night stay at all.

No frills attached, perfect for a nights sleep. the shower water takes too long to go down the drain, so it floods in on the floor in the toilet for quite a while.

No room service during the three nights we stayed there. Toilet paper was always empty. Windows of the room did not close properly and due to that it was a bit noisy. Bathroom was quite old and not very practical because everything got wet from the shower.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointing stay - I booked a so called superior room, for six (!) nights, but though I asked for a nice room based on my long stay, all I got was one that was very tiny, with dark grey walls, a small window, just one functional light bulb, with a rock hard bed, no international tv channels and a bathroom that turns into a wet room after showering. It is also very noisy, so for several nights inconsiderate guests kept me from sleeping. The location was fine. All together, I would stay away from this place
