L'entretien de la chambre était parfait, des bouteilles d'eau étaient données chaque jour. La chambre était très bien équipée (fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, petite cuisine, etc...) Problème d'eau chaude dans la douche avec une alternance eau chaude et eau froide. Quelque problématiques de finition dans la chambre, poignée de la salle de bain absente, une partie des joints d'une fenêtre était absent.

García Hernández (8/5): Hotel con excelente ubicación para realizar actividades de esparcimiento y/o de negocios. - En esta ocasión se nos asignó una habitación mejor, con vista a una calle perpendicular a Insurgentes y no hacia la estructura metálica de un edificio cuya construcción se ha interrumpido, por ello, fue una vista más agradable. También la regadera en la ducha funcionó bien y la habitación si contaba con frigo bar. En ocasiones anteriores se me asignaron habitaciones sin frigo bar, además no contaba con el dispositivo para usar la regadera fija y solo se podía usar la regadera manual. También se me había asignado una habitación sin sillón para descansar y el tapete estaba raído y sucio.

Jake Castro (10/5): Zona Centrica y Segura - la cama estuvo excepcional, pude conciliar el sueño inmediatamente, ademas de que tenia cocineta la cual no usamos pero en una siguente vuelta con gusto la usaremos. Habia varias botellas de agua en la habitacion, estuvo muy bien, ya que olvidamos comprar. El cuarto podias regular la temperatura, ideal para no pasar calor y mucho menos frio aunque en mi caso odio pasar calor en una habitacion de hotel, que en este caso no fue asi, asi que punto para el hotel. No tome fotos de la habitacion pero era sumamente grande, la vista estaba muy bien y aun abriendo las persianas mientras no tuvieras una luz encendida tendrias provacidad por los vidrios ahumados. no habia otras opciones de bebida como lo es un te/infusion, solo cafetera instantanea con una dosis de cafe bueno dos, la segunda tenia un costo extra que esta bien si no planeas salir de la habitacion ya que el costo esta accesible. La television no pude revisar ningun canal, como si no tuviera servicio de television, pudiera ser que por reservarla en Booking y fuera mas economica que si reservases directo con el hotel, no me importo mucho por que volvi al telefono y las plataformas que ya dispongo. Por una extraña razon y creo solo es mi sentimiento, en la ducha tuve algo de vertigo, o sentia como se movia el edificio, pudiera ser por la curvatura del piso asi como haber estado en un piso 8, lo cual solo fue razon de acomodar los pies y paso la sensacion.

Very little water provided in the rooms and 1 complimentary coffee provided, if you wanted a 2nd, you had to pay. The air con in the room was either freezing our far too warm. Maintenance tried to repair it but it couldn't be repaired.

Você só consegue acessar o seu andar com o cartão e só quem tem o cartão consegue acessar o andar no qua está acomodado e só aquele andar. Ou seja, ao tentar outro, nao é possível Tudo!

La TV no funcionaba bien Tienen muy mal servicio en el.desayuno del restaurante; lento, se les olvidan cosas, te cobran extras que no.corresponden. Y si contratas habitación con desayuno incluido, solo es un huevo revuelto lo que te dan, no vale la pena el costo.

Esmerald (8/5): Ideal para visitas por trabajo - La ubicación sobre una de las avenidas principales de la ciudad de México es de lo mejor, accesible y cercana a restaurantes, centros de convención, tiendas y muy bien conectada para uso de transporte público o particular. Además, que tiene buenas vistas y puedes llegar fácilmente caminando a varios establecimientos. Solo el área de regadera, salpica de forma moderada el agua hacia el lugar del espejo y lavabo así que hay que tener precaución pero del resto todo estuvo muy bien.

Silvia (9/5): Excelente experiencia - La habitación era cómoda y bonita. Tenía una cocineta muy funcional. Las instalaciones modernas y limpias; y el personal muy amable y servicial. Es céntrico y seguro, hay un centro comercial y varios restaurantes variados en los alrededores; se siente un ambiente seguro y ordenado. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la silla del escritorio tenía la cuerina desgastada y en mal estado.

Monica (1/5): Manejo de estadía y falta de servicio 5 estrellas - No pude disfrutar el hotel porque sobre vendieron el hotel; a pesar de que les llame y escribe para decirles que llegaria después de media noche y confirmaron que tenian la nota, nos mandaron a otro hotel de menor calidad de la que reservamos. Al menos nos hubiesen mandado a un hotel de la misma calidad y precio. Uno paga por un nivel de servicio y recibe otro, pedi un reembolso parcial y booking dice que la propiedad no responde y ahora como cliente queda uno en el limbo. Si hubiese querido ir a un hotel más barato, eso hubiese reservado desde un principio, al menos el hotel hubiese llamado para avisar que nos tenían que reubicar. Falta de atención a clientes
Martha Patricia (7/5): Cómodo pero Cuidado con Cancelaciones - Las instalaciones y ubicación son buenas, el hotel y personal de valet parking son excelentes y con muy buena disposición. Hubiera sido buena experiencia de no ser por la cancelación sin explicación y la poca amabilidad al hacerlo. El resto del grupo no tuvo mas remedio que quedarse y los demás irse a otro hotel por Pedregal. Cancelaron la habitación de la mitad del grupo, eso nos complicó toda la estancia. Aun cuando se habia hecho una llamada para confirmar las habitaciones a las 5pm, al llegar a las 9pm estaban 4 habitaciones canceladas y tuvimos que buscar otra opción. Tenían sobrecupo y la persona de recepcion no dió mayor ayuda el lunes 2 de marzo por la noche.

Michael (10/5): Top Favourite for CDMX and remains so - The room was quiet, spacious, and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. Have stayed here many times, and will do again. Fantastic option to stay in CDMX for both vacation and work. A top favourite for Mexico City. A minor issue with shower water pressure. Initially running fine on turning on. Pressure dropped and temperature rising to become very hot, which resulted in flow (sensibly) cutting out. Flow quickly restarted as cold, and cycle continued. Reported to reception who advised maintenance immediately. Did improve but issue continued at a lower level.

Diego (3/5): PLEEASE AVOID THIS PROPERTY, POORLY MANAGED AND DISSAPOINTING FROM EVERY PERSPECTIVE - The rooms are nice and big although very basic and poorly decorated and maintained The main problem is management and staff. The customer service is beyond poor, they know it and clearly do not care. The reception staff has not received adequate training and do not understand how to operate they own system. A simple task like getting a statement of account for the room would take more than 20 mins. Queues constantly form at reception for people waiting to get simple issues resolved. I have stayed last year and experienced exactly the same problems.
