• Joako (10/5): Espectáculo en roma! - El hospedaje está muy bien ubicado a metros del coliseo, con una propuesta gastronómica muy interesante pero no es muy turístico entonces los precios no son por las nubes ni está saturado de gente. En concepto del hospedaje en sí, fue todo perfecto camas grandes y limpias, el lugar nos ofrecía un pequeño desayuno riquísimo no hacía falta ir a desayunar a otro lado. Habitaciones muy espaciosas.

I was delayed and arrived at the accommodation late, but Antonio stayed in touch the whole time, checking in and waiting until late at night for me to arrive so he could explain everything, show me around, and hand over the keys. Mop i drabina przy zlewie tam gdzie się myje naczynia i bierze wodę do picia. Kran lewo się trzymał, przymocowany na silikon gdzie była sama pleśń. szafka z obwieszonymi drzwiami.UWAGA pod stolem na którym było jedzenie ściana porażania GRZYBEM, PLEŚNIĄ i WILGOCIĄ!!!!!!!!W powietrzu unosiła się specyficzny zapach stęchlizny!!!!! Jedzenie nie było ,,świeże’’ tylko wszystko w opakowaniach plastikowych… Na podłodze nierówności w postaci progów trzeba patrzeć pod nogi żeby się nie potknąć. Pleśń w łazience pod parapetem, kabina prysznicowa nie domyka sie i „słuchawki”prysznicowej nie dało się uregulować nie trzymała sie, brak miejsca na kosmetyki do kąpieli. W opisie jest napisane że jest taras, w mieszkaniu nie ma żadnego tarasu….

• Deborah (10/5): Comfortable B&B - There was no balcony and the gentleman that cleaned our room was very thorough. Keep in mind this is a small B&B very quaint. You can see the Colloseum from the corner. Across the street is one of the best one of the best restaurants around. Antonio put such a personal spin on everything we needed

• Daniel (8/5): Für Städtetrip perfekte Lage und ausreichend! - Die Lage war super, Antonio hat uns super lieb empfangen (wir kamen nach 23:00 Uhr an, wegen verspätetem Flug), der Balkon hat eine super Aussicht für den morgendlichen Kaffee und generell zum chillen. Frühstück war vorhanden und für sehr einfache Verhältnisse ausreichend. Man konnte sich durchgehend bedienen. Charmanter Aufzug bis ins sechste Stockwerk. Der Raum war doch relativ klein und er heizte schnell auf. Die Klimaanlage zeigt direkt aufs Bett. Frühstück hätte minimal diverser bzw. gesünder sein dürfen.

Antônio é cordial e prestativo, as instalações são simples, mas muito limpas e bem organizadas, cama muito confortável, itens para alimentação disponíveis na cozinha (café, Suco, pão e bolos). Fica a 5min a pé do coliseu, mas com alguma disposição fizemos grande parte dos nossos passeios a pé, a localização é excelente. O isolamento acustico deixa a desejar, mas não interfere na boa avaliação da acomodação , visto que trata-se de um b&b. O ar condicionado drena água para o banheiro e vaza durante a noite, deixando o banheiro um pouco molhado, o que acredito ser devido às instalações antigas. Apesar dessas colocações certamente eu voltaria novamente, pois os pontos positivos superam, o custo benefício é excelente!

The room was clean and suitable and the beds were comfortable. There was a decent selection of cold pastry breakfast items and beverages. The location was excellent as it was close walking distance to the Colosseum and local eateries were all around, some which had great food, selection and prices. We had a nice view of the area from the balcony. Only note I would make is that the signage of the B&B could be more visible and/or instructions on what to expect upon arrival could have been more informative. Just make sure to ask Antonio about arrival details beforehand. He is very helpful.

He helped us in trying to sort out a tour with the Collosseum and was very considerate in letting us leave our luggage at the B&B for a couple ours past the check out time when our tour went late our last morning. The kitchen/ common area was lovely- well-stocked with both breakfast pastries and jam etc, in addition to a kettle/ coffee machine and all the supplemental plates and mugs. The only note is that the room is rather small so not for big families or people with lots of luggage. The area around the property had a lot of touristy restaurants etc, so would recommend venturing further downtown to find more authentic cafes and seeing the piazzas etc. But just around the corner from the Collosseum with an amazing balcony!!
• Shibani (10/5): Would recommend and Antonio is a friendly host - Antonio was an excellent host - I struggled to unlock the door on my first night and he responded to my WhatsApp message straightaway. There is a small selection of breakfast and plenty of milk and juice to help yourself to in the communal kitchen. The facilities are clean (clean bed and clean bathroom) and there is a small balcony (with a couple of seats) from which you can see the dome of St Peter's Basilica in the distance and you can also just about see one side of the Colosseum. The accommodation itself is literally a 5-min walk from the Colosseum and within just 2 mins you can see a big chunk of the arena in the distance. B&B Lost in Rome is great value for money and I absolutely would not hesitate to stay again the next time I am in Roma which I am hoping will be a year from now 😍 thank you for making mine and my 8-year old son's stay comfortable, Antonio!

Nice breakfast options. Good size bathroom.Bed and pillows comfy. Very clean and responsive host. Wasxquiet and didn't really notice others. Great base to walk to all attractions or PT available. Would have been nice to have a balcony as I noted one other room had this. But not a big deal as didn't spend alot of time in the room.

Water pressure was terrible. Piece of soap stuck to the wall. Beds are not very comfy.

The location is VERY good, perfect to tell the truth. It's very close to the Colosseum, has MANY options for bars and restaurants, it's very close to the metro, and it's safe. The person who attended us (Antonio) is a very good, kind, and respectful person, we loved him! The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and everything went very well during our stay. This accommodation has a very high rating because it deserves it! You can trust and go without fear, this stay will certainly be among the good memories of your trip to the beautiful city of Rome. PS: We love the Elevator, is one of the things we loved in this place and a good memory from Rome.
