- Greg030 (9/5): Gute Lage zum alten Hafen aber auch zur offenen Ostseite des Meeres - Die Lage ist Top - direkt an der Ostseite der venezianischen Stadtmauer. Die Terasse ist riesig und der Blick aufs Meer ist sogar noch besser als auf den vom Betreiber eingestellten Fotos. Es gibt auch einige schöne liebevoll gepflegte Pflanzen auf der Terasse. Der Blick geht in Richtung Osten - also Sonnenaufgang. Das Meeresrauschen (falls Wind da ist) ist auch im Bett gut zu hören. Jeden Samstag ist direkt auf der gesamten Straße davor ein großer Bauernmarkt. Das Bett/Matratze war relativ weich - ist natürlich Geschmackssache. 100m die Straße hoch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt auch Sa/So offen. In die Altstadt - auf der Ostseite mit dem Zugang zum Leuchtturm - sind es nur 200m. Wer das ruhige Hafenbecken zu Gunsten von Meeresrauschen tauschen möchte läuft auch nur 200m um die Ostseite der venezianischen Stadtmauer und ist auch dort direkt am Wasser in einem moderneren Stadtteil, auch mit vielen guten Bars und Restaurants.

- zoe (1/5): Extremely disappointing - The room was okay and okay location The toilet dripped all night The coffe machine was outside and down 2 flights of stairs The room view was not as described, photo was taken from elsewhere or 20 years ago… no sea view and the foliage over hun the balcony so impossible to sit out without midgies biting! Beds were hard. When we complained about room we were offered chemicals for the insects.

- Robert (10/5): Excellent, very helpful host, comfy bed, well appointed - It was very nice and clean and the owner waited till after 10pm for our late arrival. It was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Location to Old Town was perfect Sat market started at 5 am right out front of our room, we were on the street, a little noisy but not terrible.

- Evaggelia (7/5): Great location, decent view of the sea as a nice veranda but can do with some updated furniture and amenities. - Location is great as you can walk everywhere. Staff were helpful and friendly with good suggestions. Decent view of the sea from the room. Quite a lot of steps to get to room 5 staff (Stelios) did help with suitcases though which appreciated. Some of the furniture was a bit tired like outside chairs which were badly worn. For the amount we paid expected a bit of a higher standard. Room was dusty were cutlery and coffee machine was.

- Mia (7/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. - The location was amazing - just a short walk from the harbour, restaurants and beach. The Saturday market was a big hit - there was so much fresh fruit and veg on our doorstep. We loved the size of the room and the delicious coffee in the coffee machine. Communication with Stelios was fantastic. He replied quickly and helped us print bus tickets very short notice, and booked our taxi to the airport for us. When we booked the trip, we were under the impression that this was a hotel. It’s actually more like apartments. No bother if that’s what you’re looking for, but for us we wanted more of a hotel feel and service. The only thing to say about the room is that the shower could have been cleaner.

Straße davor in der Nacht sehr laut. Keine Fliegengitter, daher war es nicht möglich, die Fenster offen zu lassen.

- Saara (8/5): En majoittuisi uudelleen ellei viemärin hajua saada poistettua kylpyhuoneesta - Sijainti oli hyvä, vaikka rantaan oli pari korttelia niin meri kuitenkin pilkisti parvekkeelta eikä uimaan ollut liian pitkä matka. Keskustan ravintolat lähellä. Parvekkeella oli aurinkovarjo, joten siellä pystyi mm. syömään aamupalan. Minibaarijääkaappiin mahtui sen verran evästä kun tarvitsimme. Kapselikahvinkeitin käytävässä oli kiva lisä. Huone oli juuri niin hieno kuin kuvissa näytti. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja vastasi kaikkiin kysymyksiin nopeasti. Vaikka kylpyhuone vastasi kuvia (ja oli ihan hieno), niin viemärin haju kylpyhuoneessa oli järkyttävä. Suihkukopissa ei ollut suihkulle pidikettä ja saippua-astia oli lattialla eikä seinässä kiinni. Astioita oli liian vähän aamiaisen nauttimiseen omilla eväillä.

- Becker (10/5): - Die gute Lage, man hat mehrere sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch ein Strand ist in der Nähe. Man hat seinen eigenen kleinen Balkon mit Möbeln. Bett war sehr bequem. Es wird jeden Tag geputzt und frische Handtücher gebracht. Der Besitzer ist ultra nett und hilfsbereit. Jeden Samstag ist direkt auf der Straße vor dem Haus ein Gemüsemarkt. Teller wären noch praktisch ( Besteck war da).

The staff were excellent and the accommodation was well presented and very clean. A nice terrace area to sit and relax. The owner, Stelios, is also a physiotherapist and has a consultancy room off main reception so even managed to help me with an existing shoulder injury ! Nothing

The manager was excellent- advised on best parking, local amenities etc. room spotless with complimentary water, hairdryer etc. terrace great for people watching. Weekly market happens on a Saturday below you. Really interesting and a local miracle of logistics. Midnight: Road full of cars. 6am. No cars, covered stalls throughout the street. It was a great room. Nothing to add.

Location was ideal for exploring all of Chania with very available parking right outside the property. The shower heads have a bit of calcium buildup and therefore the water doesn’t flow ideally.

There is an open market in front of the hotels on Saturdays, where I purchased some Greek honey and lotions. Overall, a great experience in a beautiful town!

Recommend! - Super-located, modern with everything you need (small fridge, iron, terrace with sun beds (we had room 4), coffee machine, good shower, comfy big bed. Room was like a loft, high sealing, good airco, plenty of space. The host was very nice and welcoming, helped us to carry the luggage upstairs, explained everything, fixed immediately problem in the shower, was always there for us.

The room was immaculate and cleaned every day. No noise in the room at night. The location was excellent. So close to the old harbour and its fantastic restaurants and bars. - Arsi's (4/5): It was ok but overpriced for what the room offered. - The cleaness and the position. The guy at the reception was also friendly. The bathroom was big enough but it was needed a shelter where to place your personal beauty care and body care. The room was paint in dark colors that I found not nice and there was mold on the wall. The fridge was old and the door didn't close correctly and was very noisy. The same with the air conditioning was noisy and impossible to sleep during the night. I found it overpriced for what the room offered. No breakfast included and what I didn't like the most was the advanced payment and not being able to get refunded in case you wanted to change it.
