The location is great — close to tourist spots, restaurants, and easy access to activities around Sapa. The staff were lovely, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They have also cafe and restaurant that offers excellent food. Breakfast buffet was superb! They were very helpful in arranging activity tickets and booking transportation, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Nothing.

- Ella (10/5): Exceptional staff, great stay! - I cannot thank the staff at Sapa Centre Hotel enough, especially Tintin! On our first night there I was battling a stomach bug and fell really ill from dehydration. Tintin called a driver, accompanied us to the hospital, and stayed with us to translate to the doctor in the middle of the night. He helped us extend our stay, was so friendly and hospitable for the rest of it all and checked in on me lots once I was better. The other staff were also nothing short of exceptional. The room itself was comfy and the hotel is super located. We ate at the restaurant often and it was always delicious. Hugest thanks to Tintin and all the staff, I cannot thank them enough!

Our shower didn’t work. The controller of shower fell out so we complained and somebody came to fix it by just gluing it and of course when we showered again - it fell off! I also found roach twice! But it’s expected I guess

The staff here were exceptional. Special mention to Selena and Dua Lipa. They both went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome stay. The fellas in the bar area were also great making sure they had a cold bottle of wine ready for us at the end of our day exploring. The location of the hotel is great. Close enough to everything. Highly recommend.

Likewise the staff at the restaurant Room was spacious enough for me and my parents. It comfortably fit in 3 adults and came with a balcony overlooking a beautiful street. It’s right next to Sapa Station which was the major highlight of our tour.

- Paula (9/5): Great stay in a great location - We had a very nice room. Bed was very comfortable. We also had a nice balcony with mountain view and could watch the mountain mist roll in during the evening. The hotel location could not have been better. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the Fansipan station and to Sapa Square. The receptionist, Dua, is amazing. She remembers everyone’s name, and was very helpful in getting us Fansipan tickets and sorting out pickup for bus trip back to Hanoi. Being overly nitpicky: - The shower head in bathroom more like a tap than a shower head, but still did the trick. - Breakfast was included but choices the same each day and could have had more variety. - You are right in center of Sapa so it can be a bit noisy, but normally quiets down by around 11 pm. Keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

- Bing Chuan (10/5): - The hotel is located at the center of sapa town. Very convenient with food and shop around the corner.Station to Fansipan just next to it. Hotel food is nice and staff is friendly. Room is big enough for family with 1 double and 2 single bed. Breakfast good as well and worth for the money. The room have to be touch up abit. Found some cracked on the floor. Make more variety for breakfast.
- JaneyGolong (10/5): Best hotel in Sapa Center! - Sapa Centre Hotel has great location - literally 2mins walk from Sun Plaza. Good spot for hotel pick up or grab pick up. They have great service - they clean the rooms daily. Breakfast buffet is decent and has a good variety of food. The room is secured. The receptionist will accomodate your request. They can immediately book you a car service if you're having trouble in booking via grab. The hotel staffs are hospitable. We enjoyed our stay in the room as they have airconditioner and electric fan at the same time. The bathroom is a decent size. we had great sleep because of great bed and comforter. I highly recommend this hotel.

- StephenMoh (10/5): A hotel that offers more than what was expected. - So near to everywhere! Imagine after coming down from Fansipan, the legs are sore. The good news is the hotel is just a stone throw away. It is so conveniently located that you will find 24 hour mart, street food and a very good family operated massage just round the corner. Not to mention the coziness of this hotel. It is set in a welcoming atmosphere with staff addressing your name and remembers your itinerary. The room is spacious the bed is soft and comfortable, the balcony has great view and able to people-watch. Everything here just is spick and spanned. You are literally paying peanuts to get the service and value of prestige hotels. Trust me, you won't regret staying here.

The room is comfy, its near the central of the city and many shops and cafe so i can explore many things in sapa. The breakfast is also great especially the yoghurt maybe like top 5 in my entire life. Overall great experience and ofc i will tell all of my friends about sapa and central sapa hotel.
- Katharine (10/5): Definitely will return. A delightful stay - It’s a toss up between the ambiance (kind of apres ski vibe) and the incredibly gracious staff. They sincerely want you to enjoy your stay and the available local offerings. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, ample hot water in a nice shower, windows that open (rm 405 is quiet) an elevator, breakfast buffet with fresh, varied offerings, restaurant on the ground floor that has consistently good quality food - that is well priced. It felt like returning home at the end of each day. The great staff is obviously supported by a top down management that promotes customer service. Can’t think of a thing
