• May Suan (10/5): - Очень хороший сервис, дружелюбные и приветливые, решали все вопросы, на ресепшене всегда кто то есть, даже ночью. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины, кондиционер работает хорошо, телевизор с доступом в интернет. Нет тараканов, что очень обрадовало. Отель немного потрепанный, но видно что следят за состоянием стен и ванной комнаты. Нет плесени. В шаговой доступности много кафе, магазины, до пляжа 5 минут пешком. Переулок очень тихий, шумоиходяция в номерах неплохая. Хотелось бы кондиционер в холле в зоне ожидания

• Trương Yến Ngọc (9/5): - Phòng bố trí rất hợp lý, tuy nhỏ nhưng không gian sử dụng thuận tiện, nhiều chỗ để đồ. Hồ bơi quá nhỏ ko phù hợp cho người lớn. Nếu chuyển không gian này thành hồ thuỷ lực massage hoặc chức năng gì khác sẽ hợp lý hơn.

• Onnika (10/5): - Very comfortable room, with soft bed, warm strong shower and simple kitchen equipment. There was a washing machine and dryer available in the basement for guest use for free. They had good motorbike rental prices. Close to a supermarket and walking distance from the beach. Only issue we had is that our room was above the entrance and therefore the room was not dark at night as the curtains didn't block out the big spotlights at the entrance outside.

Refill dư dả cà phê và trà cho số lượng khách thuê. - Nên cân nhắc welcome drinks cho khách. - Khăn tắm nên chọn lọc loại còn mới và có thể sử dụng được mà khách không cần phải nhìn thấy vết bẩn giặt không sạch còn dính. - Nên có phòng gym mini cho khách tập luyện - Nhà tắm nên rộng rãi hơn để nước tắm không văng ra khu vực khô của nhà vệ sinh

• Alexandra (10/5): - The lovely balcony with nice green plants hiding you from the sun 🙂‍↕️🙌🏼 in general the room is very cozy, has everything you need. Even a tv where you can connect to your Netflix account. It’s very close to a lovely beach - whenever I went it was almost empty. A few brunch places nearby. The staff were nice and attentive. The only small thing is about the cleaning liquid they use. It smells really intensely of chemicals after cleaning, I had to air out the room from it. I would advise to be a bit less generous with it, or change it for something that isn’t so unpleasant to breathe in.

It was very dirty and we were giving the room downstairs which was not ideal as it was quite noisy and it was next to the honestly kitchen, also the balcony was beautiful but couldn’t use it because of all the insects! shower clogged a few times

У меня был балкон весь в зелени . Сам отель и постояльцы очень спокойные в низу находиться бассейн . Ребятам ресепшене очень внимательны ко всем вопросам и просьбам . Рядом массажные салоны кафе , море минуты 3 по дороге супермаркет . Если в обратную сторону то кафе и тоже мини рынок и супермаркеты . Все улицы параллельно морю это кафе магазины . Нет такого

• Till (9/5): - Its an nice Location and not far from the Beach. They Help you to Rent an Scooter at around 150k a Day. Staff was Overall really Friendly and Helpful. There is an Washing machine and dryer U can use for Free. Maybe the corridors and Rooms would need some fresh Paint.

Есть бесплатные стиральные и сушильные машины, большой плюс! Рядом отличное кафе wind, недалеко кафе с фо бо и спортзал, до моря тоже близко Все было хорошо, может чуть далековато от основной жизни, но с байк такси это совсем не критично

• Joshua (6/5): The rooms are cute and clean but the lack of soundproofing and hot water was a let down. - Nice quiet location near the beach. Bed was comfortable with a nice mattress. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No hot water at all—lukewarm at best. After a day at the beach it’s hard to wash sunscreen off in cool water and it’s not nice taking cool showers everyday. For the price paid there should be hot water. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours in the next rooms and in the hallways. Maybe the “family rooms” are nice if you’re travelling with kids but far too frequently you can hear kids crying and screaming in the corridor.

• Rakshya (9/5): - Convenient location, clean room and friendly staff. Since the minute of booking till check-out the communication was excellent. Rooms were clean and newly furnished. We also made the most out of the kitchenette and had breakfast outside in the little balcony. The staff went above and beyond. They even helped us pack and move our stuffs to the new room while we were outside and couldn't make it by the checkout time. They made us feel at ease as they said not to worry and just enjoy our trip. The tap in our new room was leaking, but was not a big deal. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you team at John Boutique Villa!

Good location near cafes and walkable to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay here. Also the laundry machine is free to use in the hotel. The kindest hotel reception we had so far -

Нас поселили на верхнем этаже, и утром открывался красивый вид на кусочек моря и горы, а ночью — на огни города с высотками. Сам номер оказался очень удобным и продуманным: главное достоинство — не потолочные кондиционеры, а сплит-система. Она охлаждает комнату равномерно, не дует прямо на людей, и в помещении комфортно находиться. В ванной были все необходимые принадлежности. Небольшой балкончик добавил уюта, кровати удобные, а по две полноценные подушки на каждого — отдельный плюс. Порадовало и наличие множества поверхностей для вещей, сумок и мелочей. Сам номер был чистым и ухоженным. В целом, в соотношении цена–качество считаю этот вариант отличным и могу смело рекомендовать.

• Natalia (10/5): рекомендую - в целом все было на уровне. персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. на ресепшн можно получить пляжные полотенца. до общественного пляжа с лежаками 5-7 минут пешком. уборка в номере каждый день. мы пользовались раз в 3 дня. немного не понятно убирались - пару раз недоложили туалетную бумагу. при первой уборке забрали один из халатов, в последующую уборку забрали и второй халат, новые/чистые так и не предоставили. на балконе не убирались ни разу. но для меня все это было не критичным. понравилось расположение гостиницы. улица, на которую выходили окна и балкон была тихой. ребята на ресепшн молодцы, стараются. спасибо им за это! магазинов и кафе рядом более чем достаточно - только выбирай по ценам и вкусовым предпочтениям. не хватает сушилки на балкон

• Loren (10/5): Fab hotel stay and great, friendly staff - Fabolous hotel. Staff are so so lovely, bed is fantastic and super comfy, big TV and cooking facilities are good. Love you can do your washing and drying for free and also the pool and sauna! Location is good- maybe a little far out from the main centre, center (only about 30min walk) but near to the beach, shops, restaurants and a cute cafe down the road!!! Would highly recommend!! Maybe a spatula and a bottle opener would be a bonus but everything else was AMAZING

We could use the washing machines and the dryer for free (just had to pay for the little pads to put into the washing machine but these were super cheap … and we had the option to use our own washing detergent.) the room was cozy and clean. Definitely very good value for the money. If we go to Danang again, we will stay at this hotel again. Nothing. Everything was just great!

Cleaning staff always greeted us too and rooms were cleaned ,restocked everyday. They were professional, polite and our rooms were always clean. Our rooms overlooked front street...not noisy, and always fun to view the everyday activities of people going past. Pool is on the small size, but refreshing. Choose your time for pool, as can get crowded. Use GRAB app to find cheap, reliable, safe transport to other places. Mosquitoes are everywhere, so bring good repellent and itch ointment/spray!! Air conditioning -excellent.

My room was perfectly arranged to include a small kitchenette, large bathroom, desk, queen bed, closet and balcony space that didn’t feel too crowded - my partner and I comfortably enjoyed the deluxe room. Absolutely nothing. This is the perfect property for a stay in Da Nang.

• Kaung (9/5): It is the best decision ever to choose this villa. - Environment- quiet but not too far from downtown Hospitality - Warm, respectful, friendly Communication - The staffs can speak English fluently Facilities - Pool, massage chair, Book Nook Vibe - Calm, Relax, Nature, Cozy, Private, Peaceful Breakfast included would be better. The mattress makes noises you know when. Some door fixtures needs to be repaired.

• Murali (10/5): Cozy comfortable stay at Danang - The rooms and building are exactly like inthe pictures. Perfect. Rooms are big unlike North Vietnam. Location is close to restaurants and cafe and a small walk from beach. A small functional kitchen and balcony is available. Pool was clean but we didn't use it due to lack of time.The staff manning the reception desk, especially Ms. Min are very polite and helpful. They suggested useful itineraries and made us comfortable. On the last day we were provided a beautiful photo frame of us as a gift. This was an extra touch that earned the stay as beyond expectations. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Marlene (10/5): - Friendly staff, they go the extra mile. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Close to a number of excellent coffee shops and 5 minute walk to the beach or grocery stores or restaurants.
• Julien (10/5): - We enjoyed a 3 nights stay and if they weren’t fully booked we would have extended our stay with a week. It is close to the beach. Our balcony overlooked the street and was lovely to sit there in the evening.

• Zsofia (7/5): Good - I really loved the team / staff! Everyone was so nice, always welcoming us with a smile, helping us with every question, request etc. The neighborhood is lovely, it's quiet, I actually liked it better than My Khe beach. The street it is located in, is not very busy, so you can't hear the motorbikes all the time. There is a lovely café next door. Beach is 4 mins walk. Room: I liked our balcony and the bed was super comfy, I always woke up super rested. The room had a smell to it (which happens in most of the hotels unfortunately here, because of the humidity I guess). We told the staff, they were really helpful, cleaned the ventilation system. It got better, but you can't really get rid of the smell totally. Although I am very sensitive to smells, it was ok, "bearable". We decided not to move somewhere else, as the staff was just so lovely and the area too. I am happy we stayed. (for 1 week) Thank you for all your support during our stay!
• Nature (8/5): - 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 24시간 체크인할 수 있어 좋습니다. 방에는 테라스와 키친이 있어 편리합니다. 베트남 날씨 때문에 약간 습한 기운이 있지만 에어컨을 틀면 괜찮습니다. 좋은 경험이었습니다.
• Pernille Skov (8/5): - Sød personale. Værelse fin stand dog list fugtigt og derfor lugtede det lidt skidt. Men overordnet rent og med en fin beliggenhed.
