We rented a motorbike to get around but knew from the beginning we would have to do it this way. The room was a little bit run down. Furniture, walls and shower looked old and not looked after. The pool was dirty and green when we were there, and the water cloudy.

• Cristian (5/5): - The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Both the sink in the bedroom and the one in the bathroom were completely clogged and unusable. Throughout the entire stay, the room was never properly cleaned. There was no housekeeping service, no fresh towels provided, and no toilet paper refilled. The only “intervention” happened one morning, when someone entered the room just to leave two bottles of water and roughly place the bedsheet over the bed, without fixing or cleaning anything else.

• Vigne (6/5): Correct pour une ou deux nuits - Personnel agréable et lit fait ainsi que serviettes changer tous les deux jours. Logement globalement pas propre. Ne surtout pas passer par leur loueur de scooter,menaçant et pas arrangeant alors qu’on voulait lui rendre les scooters plus tôt que prévu car nous avions un bateau. Il a tenté l’intimidation pour garder la caution et a réclamé des sous pour le niveau de carburant qui été pourtant exactement le même.
• Josepha (7/5): Séjour au calme - Nous avons passé 5 nuits et avons apprécié le calme et l'écrin de verdure autour. Petit déjeuner correct. La clim fonctionnait bien. Le site dans son ensemble mériterait un bon rafraichissement et quelques réparations. Le robinet de notre lavabo tenait à peine, le frigo est tellement bruyant qu'il fallait le débrancher la nuit, la piscine semble peu entretenue, les transats sont vieux et très sales. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement non plus. C'est dommage ça enlève du charme.

• Adel (9/5): The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced - The 2 women were extremely kind , we arrived around 7pm and the older lady drove us to more than one motorbike rental to help us out . She also welcomed us with a plate of fruit and some fresh juice . Super kind she didn’t even want to charge us for breakfast the next morning The resort is about a 5-10 min taxi ride from the centre A few insects like ants here and there .

Staff was friendly Beds were extremely hard (we are use to the hard Thai beds, but this was next level No warm water in the shower and no water pressure. We asked staff to check it and they tried but didnt succeed. We were told that someone would check this the next morning but nobody came. The next day the water out of the sink was brown. We couldn't shower or wash ourselves for 3 days (after that we left). The walls are very thin, you can literally hear your neighbours fart and we had to turn off the fridge at night becsuse of the loud noise.

Aparte nos olvidamos plata debajo de la almohada, entraron a limpiar la habitación y volvieron a colocar la plata debajo de la almohada es decir, el personal es de confianza, y fueron las dos mujeres que nos atendieron muy amable siempre. GRACIAS. También te ayudan con el alquiler de motos Lo único malo de este lugar es que el aire acondicionado realmente funcionaba MUY mal, y nunca llegaba a enfriar la habitacion, y la habitación era muy calurosa. Tuve que dejar de secar mi pelo jajaj, era imposible. Pero estoy segura que es algo unicamente de esa habitacion, y si llaman a un técnico podría solucionarlo rápidamente para que funcione bien. Pero no se puede mencionar a esta habitacion como que tiene aire acondicionado porque realmente nunca enfría.

• Meryem (9/5): - I loved my stay at this calm and peaceful hotel away from the noisy and crowded beach area. I was lucky to have a room on the first floor looking out onto the beautiful garden. The beach is only 5km away and you can easily book a Grab motorbike or car to get there. The mattress was a bit hard. However, this might be a personal preference as I'm used to softer mattresses.

Na booking widziałem inne zdjęcia (nowocześniejszy pokój w innym budynku) - wada lokalizacji, to by dojechać skuterem do Au Nang trzeba przejechać te kilka dobrych kilometrów - basen i jego otoczenie nie robią dobrego wrażenia. Nie miałem ochoty tam przebywać, zwłaszcza, że zaraz przy nim jest pokój innych gości

• Patrick (7/5): Ruhige Anlage mit super Personal aber auch Verbesserungspotenzial - Die ruhige Lage der Anlage und auch die Bepflanzung im Resort hatten etwas sehr gemütliches und entspanntes. Aufgrund der Lage empfiehlt es sich einen Roller zu mieten um beweglich zu sein. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir konnten sogar kostenlos frühstücken. Das Preis- Leistungsniveau ist hier allerdings etwas zu hoch. Die Zimmer sind schon recht abgewohnt und an einigen Dingen ist die Funktion eingeschränkt. Wir hatten eine sehr verschmutzte Klimaanlage bemängelt (Schimmel) und konnten in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln, hier gab es allerdings Probleme mit der Dusche. Das Personal hat sofort reagiert, allerdings war das Problem mit der Wassermenge nicht richtig zu lösen. Ich denke das die Anlage mit ein wenig Mühe wieder den alten Glanz zurückbekommen kann, da die Mitarbeiter gute Arbeit leisten.
• Michelle Madeleine (7/5): Ruhige Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern, aber mit Abstrichen - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn man etwas gebraucht hat, wurde einem sofort geholfen. An Silvester haben sie uns sogar zum Arnang Beach gefahren, weil es keine Taxis oder Grab gab – das war wirklich nett. Die Anlage liegt ruhig und etwas abgelegen, mit einer leicht dschungelartigen, verwunschenen Atmosphäre, was grundsätzlich ganz schön ist. Außerdem habe ich das Frühstück kostenlos bekommen – die Bananenpancakes kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Für den Zeitraum über Silvester war die Unterkunft leider ziemlich teuer. Dafür war die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Zimmer aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Die Dusche hat mehrfach nicht richtig funktioniert – teilweise kamen nur Tropfen aus dem Duschkopf. Es wurde zwar jedes Mal reagiert, aber bei dem Preisniveau erwartet man einfach mehr. Zusätzlich war zu Beginn das Türschloss kaputt. Insgesamt passte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Location is about 15minutes-20minutes from Ao nang beach. Had ants in my room. The shower head is very bad. The air con killed me. It doesnt work to your suiting and for one of the nights i was sweating. I was in room 9 so just a heads up.

• Paulo (8/5): Uma estadia "relax"! - A localização é fantástica para quem tenha carro ou alugue moto. O espaço envolvente é muito agradável. Breakfast limitado. Tomar banho com água temperada é uma das coisas mais difíceis de fazer neste hotel, pois, a água está sempre a escaldar.

Skootterilla pääsee liikkumaan kätevästi ja paikan henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta. Huoneet tilavia ja siistejä. Uima-altaalla kiva lepäillä. Aamiainen saatavilla mutta se on melko pieni. Palveluita ei ole saatavilla lähistöllä mutta jos liikut skootterilla / autolla niin ei haittaa.

Felt like we were part of the family. Pool was divine and would highly recommend staying here if you want to be slightly away from the noise.

Y para colmo... alquilamos motos con ellos 4 dias y solo utilizamos un dia las motos y no quisieron darnos el dinero restante. No querían ni dialogar.

Swimmingpool, not very big but perfect to cool down (good temperature). Scooter rental from the hotel. You need a scooter to get anywhere (5min to ao nang beach). We like driving the scooter so for us we this is ideal: quiet location and with the scooter go anywhere! Basic rooms that are clean, with airco and a nice terras. Good price/quality! We would come back!
