• Mary (2/5): Really disappointing - so dirty, and stressful to find a new place. - I loved the location, right on the beach. It was dirty, unhelpful staff, not what the pictures showed online. Really horrible. I didn’t end up staying there.

• Nur Dyah (6/5): my stayed - Sea view direct from balcony. Responsive host n easy check in/out. Nearest wt food stall n direct access to d beach. There was a pool n restaurant/bar but not sure it halal. I just grab food my order n easily delivered to d guard house. Is okay for 1 night stay D house look clean from surface but when u start 2 use d facilities it is not clean at all. d equipment a bit old n rusty. Im bring my parent n shower in tab/ jacuzzi was a NO for me. It slippery n totally not clean at all. Im wonder paying for RM80 cleaning chrge was worth it. A lot to complaint but it was 1 night stay so juz bear with it

Good location Room19-14.Rooms smell cigarate smoke , alot of ants..whole family got bit by ants.i stayed here alot before from a kid to teenagers. I would say the place is not well maintain now. Use to be my family fav stay before hope they can maintain the place well.

Pas de personnel d’accueil, prise de possession des lieux compliqué, obligé de changer de chambre en arrivant, salle et matériel cassé. Chambre ne sont plus au goût du jour. • Katrin (7/5): Ich würde das Zimmer wegen der Aussicht aufs Meer wieder buchen. - Die Aussicht war genial. Ich konnte sogar vom Bett aus das Meer sehen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und ich hab geschätzt, dass es ein Wasserkocher, ein Fön und ein Bügeleisen hatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert. Er hat immer sofort auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Zudem hat mir die Lage des Hotels gefallen - in der Mitte zwischen Nationalpark und Stadtzentrum. Das Gebäude ist sehr sehr alt. Wenn man den Wasserhahn im Bad aufdreht, kommt zuerst gelbes, rostiges Wasser. Schade finde ich auch, dass der Restaurant-Aussenbereich nicht geputzt wird. Auch der Strand unmittelbar vor dem Hotel wird nicht vom Abfall befreit und beim Pool gibt es keine Liegestühle. Die Hotelanlage lädt daher leider nicht zum Verweilen ein.

The room is clean and it is good value for money and iron for each of the level of the hotel. The lift need services and maintenance. If there’s emergency cases like lift stuck, it can cause suffocation cause lack of oxygen. The hall needs an AC

• Tammy (5/5): Nice view, good price, but if the dingy locks & cleanliness is a dealbreaker, perhaps skip it. - I like the sea view & the affordability. Love the balcony. Love the spaciousness. Host was responsive. Because I like the affordability for the view, I hesitate to give honest feedback because if it's taken, the price wouldn't be the same... But I will still list them here: 1. Room is old - I mean really old. The lock uses keys, not card. The keys can be found on the keybox outside the room. It's not even a well-secured lock... anyone can break in. 2. The balcony door is also dinghy. The latch that keeps it locked was loose. Again, someone could have climbed in & broken in very easily. 3. Ants everywhere. 4. Not the cleanest place.
