- Saavedra (10/5): If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located base in Sapa that won’t break the bank, Minosa Hotel Sapa is a - The property staff were very accommodating. They allowed early check-in for an additional fee, which was within our budget. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price. They come with all the necessities - clean bedding, AC, hot shower, TV, and toiletries. Nothing felt missing, and it was nice having enough space to spread out after a day of walking around Sapa.
- M (3/5): Geen aanrader. - / De hotelkamer was niet schoon, oud en versleten en het rook naar urine. Ik ben een aantal minuten binnen geweest en heb een ander hotel geboekt.

Easy check-in and check-out system, friendly receptionist and was able to pay with a card which is convenient. The water heater in our room was not working but they fixed it right away upon request which is good. They don't serve breakfast also but there are many restaurants nearby so it's okay.
- Jesica (10/5): - The location is the best. The heater especially of the bed is a plus👍. All are good except the lift that give me a little trauma. The minus is the lift .The lift is horrorable. It suddenly stopped at 4th floor and the light was off too while I just entered and stucked inside about 10 minutes.I used the lift urgent call but no answer. So I called my husband that waiting me at down stair.Fortunately my call was connected. Thanks God.

- Leance (9/5): - good location and kind staffs
- Karis (4/5): - Staff let us keep our luggage there the day we checked out.
Good TV facilities including YouTube.
Warm shower (once we were shown where the hot water switch was).
Laundry facilities. Room felt damp the whole time and me and my partner are ill which may be because of this.
We stayed on the 4th floor and the walls were paper thin so we got woken up AT LEAST x3 per night just to people talking. There was a LOT of banging around at all sorts of times which we couldn’t understand.
Unfortunately we were left a bit disappointed :(
- Monica (5/5): It was fair based on its price - Location was good The smell of the beddings
- bachain (10/5): My best decision ever and if Ill be going back, I would still choose this hotel! - Well we take the mountain view room, and it was a breathtaking one🥰 all I can say is that It was perfect!
the property is near to everything your basic needs, and to their tourist destination. I cant hardly think of anything.

- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohamad (9/5): Very nice and velue for money - In the centre of SAPA. Very clean and comfortable No comment
- Joan (1/5): Bad - None.. Disaster..uncomfortable
- Nizin (3/5): Poor - Right in the center of the city, very close to sapa station Rooms lack hygiene and cleanliness in overall.
There is an elevator in the hotel but you need to climb down a few steps from the road to get the hotel. Could be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.
Rooms are very small and poorly maintained with moulds on the wall.
- Aniza (9/5): Superb -
- Jessica (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amorille (7/5): Good -
- Carolyn (7/5): Good - The shower
- Hava (6/5): Pleasant -
- Teresita (7/5): Accessible to Everything - Mimosa Hotel is in the heart of Sapa City. We stayed for 2 days on April 5-7, booked two rooms with mountain view. Location wise is 10/10. It is very near to everything, shopping area, restaurants (literally would take you few steps). We enjoyed shopping in Sapa. The hotel is just a walking distance (around 150m) easy uphill to the Sunplaza(gateway to Fansipan). Easily accessible by Grab. From the main street you have to go down a few steps to access the road where the hotel is situated. The owners are also the staff. It is like a family owned and managed hotel. They are friendly but we didnt find such hospitality or support as what we had experienced in a hotel in Hanoi. One of the staff (daughter of the owner) speaks and understands english. But with the others, google translate is a must. The hotel room, 6th floor was spacious and the corner room with nice view. Though it was foggy and misty and rainy during our stay, we can see that the view would be really nice. There is a hot water facility which is a must in the cold Sapa weather. The bed has an electric heater which makes you sleep comfortably. There is a hair dryer; clean towels, complimentary bottled water.
If you arrive earlier than check in time, they allow you to keep your luggage. The same goes through when you check out but travel time later, they allow you to keep your luggages in the dining area and go for some other activities, and also allow you to use their bathroom for some fresh ups before traveling, without extra cost.
The only thing that i really have to transparently mention for their improvement, is the cleanliness. On our last day while we were re arranging our luggage in the dining area where they store the luggage of their guests, there was a cat poop under the table. I called the receptionist who immediately took it off with tissue paper but did not disinfect the floor, which was quite disappointing and disgusting. I hope it will not happen again. There was "cat poop" under the table in the dining area. Im sorry to mention this but i have to for their improvement because the hotel is good. Just improve the cleanliness. Also, the other room where my friends stayed, in the fifth floor, the linen was dirty and with some evidence of being used or not changed into a new one (there is hair and crumpled). There was no telephone to call the receptionist. My friends had to go to the ground floor reception area to inform them about the unchanged linen. They immediately sent their housekeeping though. But quality assurance measures should be taken to ensure cleanliness and client satisfaction.
- Aj (10/5): Enjoyable. - Ver accessible. None.

- Jarabe (10/5): Staffs are very accomodating! - Staffs are very accomodating! Nothing
- Joy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Khin (8/5): Very good -
- Cross (9/5): One night wonder - Room with amazing views. Possibly the largest bed in Sa Pa, two queens put together! AC was currently broken so has to sleep with windows open, so I bit noisy. Staff said they would have the unit serviced, but I was only there for a night.
- Eddie (8/5): Very good - Room was spacious and the location was great. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and plaza. They offered room maintenance daily offering clean towels and waters as well. It does have hot water for shower but only lasts for about 10-15mins max. A couple of small bugs in the room. They can do your laundry for a small fee and it will be ready within 24hrs. Just note not all the rooms have windows facing outside.
- Anastasia (8/5): Very good -
- Fathimath (5/5): Passable -
- Jack (3/5): Poor -
- Mugat (10/5): Good ambiance, near attractions around Sa Pa - The location is close to the Sapa Station going to Fanxipan, the staff is also responsive on queries and would help on what you need, especiallly as we are travellers from Philippines with strict immigration procedures. They would gladly help on confirming your booking prior to departure
- Jayneelynn (9/5): Superb -
- Shera (7/5): Good -
- Esper (10/5): Compy bed , very accommodating staff - Location is good
- Farina (8/5): Mimosa is not bad - The bed, the service is all good, the location also not too bad. Heater not really funtion, and have no views.
- Thu (9/5): cheap hotel in central Sapa - The hotel is central to every service you need in Sapa, everything is within walking distance e.g sun plaza, sapa station where you catch a train to Muong Hoa station and Fanxipan cable car, or walk to Cat Cat village.
The hotel is warm and if needed you can turn the electric blanket on too to keep you warmer.
Staff are friendly and assist us to check timetable of cable car or other tours. We highly recommend this hotel! After having shower the water did not drain all. It is shared with the toilet so it is a bit inconvenience. The supply of slipers in the hotel is good though.
- Sorin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Madei (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (8/5): Great value for the money. - The room is spacious, clean, and very bright, and the view is great (if it's not foggy outside). The bed is very comfortable, WiFi works well. The room had a tiny fridge and an electric kettle, which was great. The hosts don't speak English well but with Google Translate the communication was not a problem.
Location is great, very central, close to everything. The pictures are better than reality. The room was older and shabbier than expected, but still great value for the money we paid.
- Jelena (10/5): 1000% recommend - Location is great, we had amazing view. Near are a few good restaurants (family restaurant 💯). The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were a girl Ani (I hope I spelled it correctly) and she was soooo helpful and nice😭Also, we had a cleaning each day and they bring waters, soaps, new towels and etc. It was cold outside, but AC worked very well and it was warm inside. Bed was good for us and we slept like a babies 🥹 I would 10000% recommend this hotel! Especially for this price! All perfect
- Moosa (7/5): Good - The location Nothing
- Shahrulnizam (5/5): Passable -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (5/5): Not a good place to stay in Sapa - Location is great, near everything
They give you clean towels almost every day Sincerely I expected more about this place. First day I arrived to my room and sheets were dirty and I had to find someone in reception to change them but usually nobody is there and I had to call them by phone. And then every single day I saw small cockroaches in the bathroom what it made me felt so unconfortable there.
The lady in reception doesnt speak english at all so communication about this kind of things is very complicated. Sorry, but it was very bad my experience :(
