• Marilee (10/5): - The hotel was very nice. The room was clean I had to wait at the front desk for a few minutes before someone was there but they had put a sign out saying when they would be back ao it wasn't terrible.

Von einem echten Amerikanischen Frühstück weit entfernt. Kein Tresor auf dem Zimmer, sowas geht heute wohl gar nicht mehr.

• Connie (5/5): We love LaQuinta hotels; however, this one for our first time in Atlanta was most disappointing. - Breakfast was one of the strengths: hot, varied and tasty. Also, our entry desk clerk was most cordial and efficient - despite, having to multi-task and attend to all only by himself. Cleanliness of the room: shower had mold and unsafe without a mat or safe floor. Poor space in vanity/sink area. Coffee maker not plugged in - had to move heavy console to plug in.

Staff could not fix it by rebooting the system. Person came to the room and found that a cable was connected to the wrong TV input.

• Misty (10/5): Wonderful hotel, wonderful experience! - Our room was very clean and neat and that was very much appreciated. The hotel in general was very clean and looked recently updated. My child loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The tile is a little slick and that could be dangerous. A teenage girl slipped and fell while we were in there, but otherwise the facility was great and a big part of why we stayed there. We exercised in the workout room and that was nice. The hot breakfast was great and another reason why we chose that hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and if we visit Asheville again, we will definitely stay there again. Our overall experience was wonderful and we don't have any real complaints at all. Our pillows were pretty flat and we would have liked to have had a little more supportive pillows. We weren't given the Wi-Fi code, so we weren't able to use the hotel Wi-Fi which was a little aggravating, not a huge deal though.

• Jeremiah (8/5): Good value. Great location. Clean place - Great place to stay. Awesome indoor pool and a few miles from downtown Asheville. The window unit was kinda loud and rattled. Bathroom fan didn’t work.

• Erin (10/5): Fairfield Inn Tunnel Road - It was much cleaner than expected (hotels in my opinion are juat dirty in general), but very clean amd didn't feel like I had to take extra precautions for cleanliness. My kids loved the pool and it wad not crowded. The front desk was super nice and breakfast included made my stay easier. Th pool area could have used a little more cleaning. Overall was pretty clean though. Juat somw hair in the pool and somw type of brown film in the hottub.

I will admit that no matter where I stay I always wipe down the room, clean the bathroom, and spray Lysol. My husband and son are severe asthmatics so that’s why I do extra so they don’t get sick. The pool had way too much chlorine.

• Gary (1/5): Very disappointing !! - Free breakfast was very good and the indoor pool was well kept. Left a day earlier than we had planned on due to the high number of drug addicts in front of the hotel "shooting up" in broad daylight in front of the hotel and immediate surrounding properties. No police presence at all. Extremely bad for Ashville, NC tourism. Will never be going back. I am a Marriott rewards member and have yet in all 10 plus years I have been staying at a Marriott property been awarded any free nights or benefits. I will be using my Hilton Honors points from now on and staying with them. Marriott has done nothing for me !!

• Tom (9/5): - It's all good, but it was not exceptional. friendly clean - everything you should expect midnight fire alarm was pulled. building was emptied, party department arrived and checked it all out. no smoke, no nothing, no explanation provided. everything else was pretty good
