• Gerald (8/5): Fully met my requirements. - This is a very new, modern airport hotel. It is perfect for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. Dining arrangements are very basic. Nearby burger house restaurant for dinner, in-house very simple "continental" breakfast.

• jacqueline (7/5): Hôtel veuillot de l’extérieur, alors que l’intérieur est bien décoré, moderne et confortable - J’étais convoqué à l’aéroport à 4h30, le départ était très tôt Le personnel a refusé de nous servir un café à 4h30, manque une cafetière électrique en chambre ou en salle de petit déjeuner à une heure tôt Pas de navette avant 5h, le prétexte étant que l’aéroport ouvre à 5h, ceci est faut, je l’ai vécu, je suis rentrée à l’aéroport avant 5h. • Kobie (7/5): Great for an early or late flight - - close to the airport - free shuttle bus to and from the airport The receptionist was extremely rude when I phoned to ask about the shuttle pick up. It was the last shuttle of the evening so I wanted to make sure we didnt miss it as we were told the shuttle leaves exactly at the specified time and will not wait. I was at the pickup point about 2 min before the shuttle was scheduled to leave and there was no shuttle. When phoning the number to enquire whether the shuttle was still coming or had already left I was yelled at and told to go to the correct place (I explained I was at the correct place and described exactly where I was but she just kept yelling). A few minutes later the shuttle showed up (it was just running late which would have been helpful information instead of the yelling and being told I should listen properly)

La possibilité de laisser la voiture au parking pendant le séjour Pas de parking fermé, juste une corde pour entourer les places payantes. 10€/jour pour une voiture à l'ext ... Un peu cher (mais pratique cependant)

No tiene servicio restaurante, pero para mí saltarme la cena no es problema, llevaba algo para picar, fruta y yogur. Si vuelvo a tener que salir a primera hora de la mañana desde el aeropuerto de Bilbao, volveré a reservar en ese hotel.

• Pylyp (10/5): Best Hotel to spend the night before or after the flight. - Free shuttle. Hotel is small and quite comparing to the Holiday Inn which is just steps away and was crowded and messy in comparison. Car park is huge and free. No fridge in the room.

От места аренды авто ( всех фирм) метров 200 пешком, есть пандус для чемоданов. Если вылет утром, можно накануне сдать авто и переночевать. При раннем утреннем вылете нас не оказалось в списке на ранний шатл, хотя накануне на рецепции долго обсуждали во сколько и сколько человек.

Super propre, merci ! Nous aurions apprécié une bouilloire dans la chambre ou une machine à café dans le hall.
