- Jonathan (1/5): Complete hell, disgusting. Plzzz avoid this place - Owner overcharged me early check in fee the first time I checked in , I stayed there three weeks he charged early check in fees every time I paid for room Owner, water broke me out u use for shower, towels stained , sheets stained. Shower faucet cover fell off .
- Marva-renae (5/5): Overall it was an experience - I was able to get a room booked with the holiday coming up I did have towels in my room but one and it looked dirty like a towel used to step out of the shower. Plus wasn’t told til last minute about the deposit. When I didn’t see it on the app. Spread had spots and fitted cigarette burns.
- Ibrahim (10/5): - The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable .Loved the stay would definitely come again
- Oliveira (1/5): - Limpeza muito ruim
- Lila (10/5): - I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Staff were super supportive and always smiling. Small gestures made the stay special.
- Analia (10/5): - Slept better here than at home! Perfect for both business and leisure trips. Loved the attention to small details.
- Weaver (4/5): Great staff, needs updated - The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. I don't know how else to describe just how fantastic the staff was. Almost the only thing that kept me from giving a negative rating. The bed was comfortable and solid, it was a comfortable nights sleep. The facility is older and not well maintained, there were loose tiles in the bathtub, mold on the ceiling of the shower, and there were stains on the bed cover and sheets. Also believe there may have been bed bugs which has required us the expense of treating our luggage and items we had with us.
- Harper (9/5): -
- Queen (4/5): -
- Johnston (4/5): - They place double charged me for my stay, and can't get ahold of the hotel to get it back. I also called corporate they said there was there nothing they can do. I'd had to get it from the place.
- Md Faisal (8/5): -
- James (8/5): -
- Artem (10/5): -
- JOHN (3/5): -
- Amanda (2/5): Waste of money and they offered no compensation - There was a no breakfast as advertised. The breakfast was the reason I chose that location over motel 6 and it was just false advertisement as far as I was concerned the lobby area looked nowhere near as nice as the pictures.
- Travon (1/5): Bad -
- Jerry (2/5): - The room was smelly! The A/C unit was so loud I couldn’t sleep! Worst experience I’ve ever had.
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Felicia (2/5): - Did not stay due to conditions of the hotel. Dirty, roaches, room key did not work, got locked out every time I left the room. Had to wait on someone to let me in. Air condition did not work. After 4 hours room was still hot. Left after feeling very frustrated with not being able to get into room. Wasted my money and was not willing to stay there under those conditions.
- Jesus (6/5): You get that you pay for. - You pretty much get what you pay for. Upon arriving, no one was at the front desk and I ran the doorbell multiple times until someone came. The rooms have a bad smell to them. It’s not the prettiest place but it will do for a night sleep. Just be careful because, someone knocked on my door to offer me to buy something. The door locked but I can still hear everything from the outside. They charged me twice, but an employee was able to resolve my issue.
- Marshay (1/5): The most surprising thing about this property was that the first room did not have roaches. - Nothing. Everything. I rented two rooms. When I got into my rooms, they were both hot and had been left with the AC off, while it was over 90 degrees outside. The rooms smelled of urine, and the refrigerator it one still had old food in it. One of the bathrooms had several dead roaches behind the toilet. Neither bathroom was stocked with towels or soap. The key cards to either room did not work. The receptionist had to let me in the room several times, and she kept stating that she would make me another key card but never did. After waiting in the rooms for over 2 hours, the smell still hadn’t dissipated, nor did the smell get any better. At that time, I asked the receptionist and the owner if I could just get a refund for the room. They denied my request stating that they had a no refund policy. I ended up taking a loss and staying somewhere else for the night. It was a terrible experience.
- Angela (2/5): 100% NASTY!!! - This hotel is disgusting. The towels were black and smelled of mold. The bathroom ceiling was falling down, the carpet was absolutely nasty...we NEVER took our shoes off in this room. I won't even comment on the linens. The whole room was just nasty. Putting a little granite around the sink doesn't make a room nice. DO NOT STAY HERE....Do to an emergency situation is the only reason we stayed.
- Eddie (2/5): - No toilet paper
- Rachel (2/5): - The photos that this property use to advertise are FALSE!! From the moment we pulled into the drive way, this place was terrible. You cannot actually enter the lobby, you're checked in through a hole in a window. There's a $50 deposit on the room, when in reality, the property should be PAYING guests to stay there. The room was disgusting. The door barely shut, the window was duct taped, the chairs were nasty, the bedsheets were stained and full of cigarette burns. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. The shower curtain was covered in black and pink mold. Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this property.
- Rayburn (7/5): Good -
- Gwendolyn (1/5): Never again. It’s filthy - The staff was friendly. It was bed bugs infested
- Verified traveler (6/5): YGWYPF - The only really good thing about this place is its location. You have several restaurants and shops in the area, including a Walmart, all within walking distance and right behind you. Look out for the $50 deposit that's hidden in the fine print... They won't give you the room without it, even if you've already paid.
- Adam (2/5): - Junk bed, front desk refused to switch us to a better bedroom. No cold water.
- William (2/5): - It’s a dumpster
- Verified traveler (2/5): Ruined My Wife's Birthday - This was the most terrible hotel we ever stayed in. The door keys would not work. The hotel was left with the housekeeper and maintenance man who tried hard to get it right. We had two rooms. None of the TV's worked one of the microwaves worked. Roaches in both rooms. We have never had a hotel like this with hotel.com. This was a embarrassment because we had other guest and we told them that we had hotel rooms for them. We should have known because the parking lot was empty. Festivals in town and we had aready booked at a good price. People running from this place must have boked all the others.
- Nicole (2/5): - DONT STAY HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE
- Lorraine (2/5): Very poor -
- Elizabeth (4/5): - I find bugs in my room and things were broken and did not feel comfortable I put the table in front of my door I was scared
- Bronson (8/5): - It was nice
- Martha (1/5): the worst hotel - Nothing is disgusting, the staff mistreated me and insulted me Very rude and abusive, a hotel with horrible facilities and staff. I would never rent one of their hotels again.
- Randy (8/5): - I enjoyed the stay
- Jose (1/5): I didnt like the stay honestly - The receptionist so rude, he overcharged me They dont clean the rooms
- Jose (1/5): Bad -
- Jose (1/5): Bad -
- Bertha (2/5): Very poor - There were like 2 light fixtures not working in room, not enough towels
- Danny (2/5): - It's disgusting. After booking they charged me a 50 deposit I'm sure I won't get back. Just trying terrible experience all around.
- DENISE (2/5): - Personally I will never get a room there again , im not the type to do a review but honestly they are absolutely a hazard , room 128 shower is terrible , bed sheets haven't been cleaned and when I asked to be moved they said they weren't able to move me. It took for the housekeeper lady to help for me to get moved which bless her heart. Woke up to a roach on the stand before check out. @Osha needs to shut them down because aint no way they still in business. 0/10 customer service sucked , i do not recommend !!!!
- michael (10/5): - Best rates in area, I just needed a place to rest on my trip, bed was firm the way i like it, front desk very good
- Danielle (1/5): Bad -
- Henderson (1/5): Bad - Staff Very Rude and disrespectful,TV doesn't work good,Frig was dirty and they wouldn't give my Fiance back our deposit.
- Mark (6/5): - Nothing
- Michael (4/5): Cold showers - It was very quiet and no noisy neighbors. Didn't have to worry about anyone being too loud and keeping my family up. The water in the shower barely got above room temp. We all ended up taking farely cool showers and would have loved at least 5-10 mins of warm or even hot water. I didn't even turn the cold nob at all, only the hot nob. Also don't say there's a microwave wave if there isn't one.
- Katrina (2/5): - Not that hotel I thought I was booking. I paid for a I refundable night. Got there he wanted 25$ for early check in fee. Didn’t have that. So I came back a lil after 3. He then tells me he need a security deposit. I didn’t get to stay in the room I paid for.
- Robert (2/5): - Over charged and over priced a lot of things about this hotel are not mentioned before arrival when I got my text with stay detail they never stated they prices for checking in early or paying a deposit they just tell you might have to pay they don’t like when people book online and they will over charge you if you do they only clean up once a week I asked for new towels never received them and the owner pulled a gun on me when I expressed my distrust in them and their shady ways I was told I could leave when ever I brought up something i didn’t like such as not getting new sheets and towles if you book a room online to extend your stay they will charge you and early check in fee or you will have to leave and come back after 3 pm they do everything in their power to make it difficult for people who book rooms online
- Robert (2/5): - This hotel should be shut down
- Robert (2/5): - Owners are very rude every time I made a complaint I was told I could leave no one ever did anything about the problems I had. They only clean up once a week. I was also charged an over priced fee to check in early. My stay at this hotel was very disappointing I never got fresh towels my entire 7 days of being here I had to buy my own I basically just paid for a bed I honestly wish I could get my money back but they refused to give me a number for a grievance or complaints
- Da Mya (2/5): - Would not stay here again
- Rodney (10/5): - Good
- Nl (1/5): Bad -
- Jose (6/5): - There was no breakfast
- Lazarina (4/5): - The front desk person was absolutely professional, but that's all I can say about this place.
- Lorraine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Signe (6/5): - Other than having to check in standing outside and the room had some graffiti by the heater and no plate in the microwave and room a little run down the lady who checked us in was a sweetheart!!!!!
- Desiree (2/5): DISGUSTING!!! - It was the worst place ever. Cockroches literally everywhere, nasty dirty curtains that had something dripping down them. blood on sheets, cigarette ash on the towels and i have no idea what was in the ice bucket, but i was afraid to ask. Don't walk, RUN away!
- Desiree (2/5): THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!! DON'T STAY HERE! - Not only did i get charged twice but the room is filthy. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. There is blood or something on the bed. The door handle is brocken. There is somthing splattered and running down the curtains that could stand up on their own because they are so dirty. The ice bucket is full of black stuff and has some sort of white glob in it. The one towel that is on here has black cigarette ashes on it. I told the manager and he seriously didnt care.
- Lena (2/5): I know it can be better - I liked the price. I work at a hotel and I would not lie to deter anyone from staying there but they do need to make some improvements. The heat in the room did not work. The hot water was just warm enough that it didn't freeze us. And unfortunately they need an exterminator to visit with some powerful spray and return regularly on very short intervals until they get the infestation under control. There's other stuff that can be improved but those are the major ones that should be addressed first.
- Waheeda (1/5): Dirty room , no heating - Locations Nothing
- KaShayla (2/5): - I Had No Towel, No Tissue. My Key Wouldn’t Work, Workers Kept Trying To Come In My Room. It Was All In All HORRIBLE
- Lea (9/5): Superb - Nothing the customer service was rude. I didn't get the room I ask for online. A 2 bed. Then he charged me 50bspe ǰ
- Latrina (1/5): Bad - Nothing To many roaches,I slept in my car
- Amber (1/5): The pictures on booking.com make this place look fantastic, but it is NOT as the pictures seem. It was very sketchy. - They were pet friendly, but they did charge a pet fee of $25. I also liked that we did not have any bed bugs. It smelled of smoke BAD, it was very dirty, ashes were left in the sink, the towels were stained, the room was just very filthy.
- Seamus (2/5): RUN! Whack A Mole with roaches. - I originally booked 4 nights at theis hotel. Well the job ran over a day. I booked another night the night before.
Well, we called rhe hotel before checkout time and informed them we were staying another night, it is paid for and we were in room 130. The woman said it was fine.
Well, when we get back from work, I go to re program my key. The owner informed me we had to pay for another night AND early check in.
I showed him the confirmation and all. He said he doesnt care about hotels.com. If I wanted to get my belongings out I would have to pay the money.
So, having no other option, I paid.
The room was filthy. Roaches everywhere, the owners are just nasty people. I called the police afterwards and he said he could have got my stuff out at the very least had I called before paying.
We even had to pay $25 a day for my wifes service animal even though it wasnt mentioned in the original booking.
I have traveled for a living for 18 years and never have I run into the rudest extotionist I have ever rented a room from.
Its not so much the money, but the principle and how they went about it that chapped my ass. Just go anywhere else, trust me.
