• Verified traveler (6/5): - There were stains on the bottom floor so it was hard to determine cleanliness. We had to move the beds in order to access the ladder. There were a lot of signs to remind us to be quiet and it made me think this was more of an airbnb in a residential area. This was fine for a one night stay but it didn't feel comfortable at all for five people. They were very responsive online and the instructions on how to self check-in was very easy to understand.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Convenient location. Thank you, and pocket wifi was great :) Staircase could of been a concern with height, therfore tricky but reasonable. Toilet and sink caused unpleasant smell for the apartment. Instructions of the washing machine for washing powder could be improved.
• Judd (8/5): Good location. Only really suitable for two - Good location in walking distance of good places and train stations. Nice clean room with good amenities, including a washing machine. Two beds were comfortable, but the three futons were just thin mattresses on the floor, which is very uncomfortable for us westerners.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 排水口、ゴミ箱の匂いがひどすぎて気持ち悪くなりました。 お風呂は、水で流しているだけなんじゃないかと思うほど、水アカとカビがひどい。お風呂の換気扇も目でわかるほどのホコリ。 エアコンの効きは悪い。 ロフトでは暑すぎて眠れない。 こんなに酷い宿泊先は初めてでした。 いくら、安くても泊まりたくないほどです。 写真がキレイで広く見えたので騙された気分です。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 很不錯的住宿 - 用品備品都非常齊全，很像家的感覺。但不建議睡樓中樓，冷氣上不去所以會悶熱。
• KA LAI (8/5): 地理方便 - 屋內環境與相片相符，之前網上話廁所有異味（是真的有異味），如果有問題，屋主會主動幫忙，回覆很快，只適合2～3人入住，4～6人就比較迫，閣樓都比較高，地點非常方便。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 욕조에 머리카락이 있는 등 청소 상태가 조금 부족했고 4명에서 생활하기에는 나머지는 아주 좋았으나 801호는 히터가 너무 약하고 창이 이중이 아니어서 춥게 자야만 했습니다.

• Matthew (8/5): - Great place... Big for Japanese standards. Very clean - separate toilet to bathroom - the bathroom is of big standards. Little kitchen we made coffee in the morning. The upstairs loft is by stairs its pretty high up if you or kids are afraid of heights. We just put some of the futons downstairs for our mate to sleep on./ Value for money in Osaka for sure. The key takes awhile to process and get but we worked it out. Definately take your address of this place in Japanese for the taxi driver. We had a little bit of trouble finding it ... All the more fun though. This hotel apartment is in a very local area the street 2 minutes away was fabulous for food and the train station is very close. We walked around the area alot and into Dotonbori main area. Thanks for the great stay we love Osaka Matt and Lindsay McConnon and Linda Oliveri
• Verified traveler (8/5): - はしごをつけるのにベッドを動かさないといけないのが大変でした。でも、そのほかのことは良かったと思いました。
• KA FUNG (6/5): 地點方便，閣樓冷氣不足 - 酒店地點十分近地鐵日本橋駅及近鐵日本橋，行去道頓堀都好近，十分鐘內可達，十分方便。可以自助check in，十分方便。房間只有兩張單人床，其他人要睡在閣樓，閣樓的通風極差，閣樓冷氣不足，沒有風扇，十分悶熱，夏天不可能在閣樓睡覺，除非你是冬天入住，夏天極不建議。房間空間不足，如超過兩人，根本沒有地方放行李。廁所跟浴室是分開用的，浴室設施尚可，廁所通風極差，廁所十分臭，我們入住當天已經很臭，廁所地台沒有去水位，想清潔廁所都有問題。
• MUNJI (10/5): 봄이나 가을에 추천하는 숙소! - 전자레인지도 있고 침대랑 이불도 많고 무엇보다 사다리로 2층 올라가는게 재밌다
• hyunju (6/5): 코지19 - 사진과 다르게 조금은 작지만 3명이 잘수있는공간은 충분했습니다. 샤워실 한사람 씻으면 배수가 잘되지않아서 기다렸다가 씻어야 됩니다. 3명간다고 했는데 완전싱글 침대두개라서 잠자리가 불편했어요.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 使いやすいお部屋でした - 心斎橋の繁華街まで歩いて行ける立地です。 近くにコンビニもあります。 室内はベッドが２つ並んでいると、ロフトに上がるハシゴがかけられないので、ベッドを移動させないといけません。 それ以外は、必要最低限のアメニティが揃っていて、清潔でした。
• 浜ちゃん (6/5): 綺麗な部屋なのに… - とても部屋は綺麗で、広いし、いい部屋だったのに、エアコンが効いていないのか部屋が寒い！冬の泊まる部屋としては残念な感じでした
• 태홍 (6/5): 코지 호텔 NO 19 이용후기 - 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았지만 일본이라 그런지 난방기만으론 난방효과가 미진해 겨울철 이용은 비추입니다.
