- CADU (4/5): - O quarto reservado era muito similar as fotos exibidas no site, porem éra possível notar claro desgaste e envelhecimento do local. inclusive das placas sinalizadoras com muitos erros de escrita, borrados e caindo aos pedaços. Ao mesmo tempo que tem algumas facilidades, tambem tinha claros pontos de melhoria, como limpeza dos banheiros e manchas nas paredes. Os funcionários não entendem bem ingles, não prestam serviço como transporte de malas, chamar um taxi ou mesmo tirar duvidas. A lavanderia disponivel é boa, mas as maquinas ja estao velhas e a secadora não é muito eficiente. Nas redondezas é possível encontrar lugares para se alimentar e outros hoteis q inclusive parecem mais bem estruturados. Infelizmente o saldo foi mais negativo do que positivo, parece estarem a beira da falencia e entregando apenas o minimo para se manterem

- Stefan (8/5): Great - Very decent for the price. I stayed for a week and had no problems what’s so ever. This is a very quiet area though and it’s a little bit of a walk to minami senju station but this didn’t bother me too much. Would stay again!

- Adam (4/5): Beskidt - Ikke særligt rene faciliteter og rum. Væggene var beskidte på værelset, men var mest mærker, og det lignede ikke der var lavet grundig rengøring længe. Der var meget skimmelsvamp i badene og tilhørende rum. Personalet var venligt, men kunne ikke hjælpe så meget.

- Maria (2/5): - Esta anunciado como hotel y es hostal, sucio en general basura en la recepcion, camas oliendo a sucio, alfombra de pasillo apestosa, paredes de la minimini habitación sucias, no había agua para tomar, toallas de mano muy pequeñas para secarse el cuerpo,habitacion para tres personas tan pequeña que apenas podiamos movernos ,mala experiencia no volveria a hospedarme alli y mucho menos lo recomendaria ya que por ese costo hay lugares con mejores instalaciones sobre todo limpios.

- Naeun (10/5): - It was pretty convenient it was really cheap had everything i needed in there but the soundproof was kinda bad it felt like i was in a room with whole bunch of people but other than the wall being thin i am very satisfied i liked the location so many supermarkets and convenient stores to go nearby and train station and bus stop nearby the staffs were nice it’s a simple place to stay i liked the area it was quiet and suburb but close enough to go to middle of the city as well closest busy area would be asakusa which i love

- Eddy Iskandar (2/5): - Pro - nothing Contra - no refund, too small room, stairs very steep and unsafe, no lift, u got to carry your luggage upstairs, shower for male have to go different level, toilet is dirty, laundry is dirty, inconvenient for people who have leg and knee problem, bed are small, mattress and pillow are smelly, business hours are limited, nobody will attend you when you call outside of business hours, confusing location, and long list to go.. Conclusion - I'm not happy and will never come back.

- Juan (6/5): - The train station is 1km away so be prepared to walk this distance every day but there’s a bus stop right in the corner. The room is tiny, the 2 shared showers are on the second floor but I was assigned to the third floor. The stairs are narrow and the steps are small and tall which could be difficult for a person with bad knees. Towels are available for a cost. Each floor has shared restrooms. Overall it was decent, I’ve stayed in worst places that charge more than this place so I would recommend it only if you don’t mind to exchange commodity for economy.

I broke my foot and the ambulance team had to help me to get to the 3 floor and pick up my stuff. The person in the room next to me started yelling at them for no reason and made me feel really uncomfortable

I really appreciate that the owners left the keys outside for me for my late check-in. If you are coming here for a few days I definitely recommend this hotel
- Bethany (6/5): Lady’s bring your own mirror 😂 - It was alright but the only mirror was the one above the sinks in the communal hallway there is also no lift and a tight narrow winding staircase so if you have heavy suitcases it is not the best idea

- Yolanda Ling Wai (4/5): - We arrived at 9am hoping to drop off our luggage since we arrived way before check in time. There was no one at the lobby and the doors were locked. The hotel listing didn’t state that staff are only present at limited hours. We finally able to see someone after waited for an hour. The luggage storage area is just the hotel lobby which is accessible by all the guest. We felt insecure as there wasn’t even any staff at the front desk to keep an eye on our luggage. The hotel should state clearly on the listing that it is shared bathroom. I have looked into other properties as well and other hotels would state that clearly. We felt like we got misled.

- Tina (8/5): - Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes Zimmer. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Supermärkte. Für 2 Personen mit Gepäck ist es aber wirklich sehr sehr klein. Vielleicht sollte der Kühlschrank raus damit man die Möglichkeit hat sein Gepäck besser hinzustellen

- Leslie (10/5): - Private room with fridge, TV and self controlled heat/air conditioning. Showers are 24hrs but there is also a private bath until midnight– great for soar muscles at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Station is about a 10-15 minute walk with more dining options around that area but around the hostel itself there are conbinis and a grocery store closeby. Microwaves are available but only until midnight, no kitchen space to do any actual cooking. Overall very good, I was on the last week of my trip so I really appreciated the private room
- YUSU (8/5): 후기 - 숙소 자체는 잠만 자기에는 가격 대비 괜찮았습니다. 샤워실은 2층에 공용으로 있고, 개인샤워부스같은 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 수건은 카운터에 요청하면 하루에 한 번 인원 대비로 줍니다.(2명이서 3인방으로 예약했었는데 2개 받았습니다.) 그래서 자주 씻으신다면 따로 수건을 챙기시거나 주변 편의점에서 하나 구매하시는 게 좋습니다. 세탁실이나 건조 시설은 없어서 아쉬웠지만 와이파이는 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 숙소 주변에 마트나 편의점, 대중교통 등이 잘 구비되의 있어 도쿄 주변으로 관광할 계획이면 괜찮은 선택이라 생각합니다. 다음에 또 놀러간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다.
- Dara (4/5): - The front desk was friendly enough. There was a quaint sitting room lobby on the first floor. It was easy to get to and check in was painless. Our room had black mold on the ceiling and the room was the size for 1 bed, but there were 3 beds in it. The fridge was not colder than outside the fridge. There were towels only for rent. No tea, coffee, or cups. Slippers are worn on arrival, but there was no room in the cubbies for our shoes. Showers were fine. Other guests were fine. Communal hot water for tea was available. Temperature was pleasant. Sheets on beds were clean.

- Benjamin (6/5): - The floor was kept clean and the carpet was vacuumed ever day, but there where some areas in the corners and on top of the counters which had dust on them, the dust fillers in the bathroom were not cleaned and covered, the walls in my room had stains by the bed and somehow my room was always dusty after one day. Maybe the air con wasn't cleand properly
- Donald (6/5): - This is a great place for maybe a two day stay or if your on a budget, but if you want to stay for a long time i would say it’s a difficult pick due to some of the locals being sketchy and the room being small can be a bit to mantain, the store clerk and everyone else was lovely but i would say you get what you pay for

- Verified traveler (6/5): 良い二つ星 - 格安旅館やホステルの多い地区で、南千住から徒歩12分だがコースはわかり良い。チェックイン時間が16時から20時と些か不自由。チェックイン後は入口キー借りれるので出入り自由。バスタオル、浴衣には借用料。カミソリ歯ブラシは販売。まあエコか！？居室は非常に狭いが冷蔵庫とWi-Fi無料。シャワーは24時間だが少ないので先手必勝。なお浴槽は１箇所だけで17時から。トイレもレストアしてるが少ない。各階に電子レンジ湯沸かしポット有り。使い捨てスリッパ持参を推奨。親切で清潔ではある。

- TAKASHI (8/5): 部屋の外の音が気になってしまう - ドアの下に隙間があるので外の音が丸聞こえ。部屋の外に洗面台、トイレ、シャワー、電子レンジがあるので人の行き来が多く、耳栓を使用したが気になって眠れなかった。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 満足と不満足な点 - 冷蔵庫があり価格が安いホテルを、という条件で選択して泊まりました。 とりあえず不満足な点から。 こちらのホテル、エレベーターがありません。カートを持ちながら狭い階段を昇るのは相当疲れました。 トイレがシャワートイレではありません。不快な臭いではないですが、トイレ特有の臭いを消臭剤でカバーしてる感じです。あとトイレの数が1フロア男女1つずつなのは少ない気がしました。 ホテル案内が、向かい側のカンガルーホテルのものが入ってました。これは早急にSIDE-Bのものと交換すべきです。 満足な点 以前、西成のホテルにも泊まったことがあるので多少覚悟はしてましたが、思ったより静かな環境で、少し拍子抜けしました。 でも夜中は外を出歩かない方が賢明かも。 部屋は狭いながらも、折りたたみ式机があり、テレビと冷蔵庫、それに小さい鏡とドライヤーがあります。部屋の広さ(約3畳)を考えれば、よく工夫して置いてあると思います。 シャワールームが3つあるとありましたが、実際は、ワンルームマンションにあるようなバスルームが3つあります。狭苦しくなく入浴出来て良かったです。 南千住駅からは線路を抜けて約7-8分でしょうか？通り沿いにまいばすけっとがあるので、そこの角を曲がり一つ目の路地を曲がると小洒落たカンガルーホテルとカンガルーホテルSIDE-Bが向かい合わせであります。 たまたまかもしれませんが、いびきをかく人もいなく、他の部屋に宿泊してる人もマナーよくとても静かでした。 この値段と立地なら、また泊まるかもしれません。

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staffs were accommodating. Property itself was clean. The only thing we don’t like was we need to pay for big towels (bath towel) which they call it. For the one that was provided inside the room was just like a wash cloth.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pretty good place to stay while visiting in Tokyo - Nice, quiet, safe (a police station is a couple of corners away), and conveniently located place (close to the Sky Tree, which is visible as you go to the property). It's a bit of a walk to the JR train and subway stations though. Not on a main road, but it's not hard to find if you have a map. Several groceries and convenience stores close by. Rooms are in the 2nd and 3rd floors, but they don't have an elevator and the stairs are steep and a bit narrow. I would not recommend having bulky or heavy bags. Very clean and quiet inside. Staff were not always available and kept to themselves.
- Verlie (6/5): Budget hostel is best for short stays - This is a good cheap place for a night or too. Do NOT use it for long term stays, the money saved won't be worth it. Not if you're a group of 3-4 because the rooms are really tight and the beds are...firm. Very firm. It was clean though.

The rooms are very small, especially if you have luggage with you- I would recommend booking a double room by yourself as having 2 people is too small. There are only 2 showers available. I would stay here again but bring extra comfort as sleeping on a thin mattress on concrete floor is hard. Believe the title "small stay"!!!!!!! Overall, nice place.
