Ines (8/5): - L’hôtel est très bien placé, avec un tuktuk à disposition pour se rendre dans le centre. La piscine vu sur la mer est incroyable, les chambres sont propres. Globalement tout le séjour s’est très bien passé. Seulement avant notre arrivée, j’ai contacté l’hôtel pour demander si c’était possible d’ajouter des petites décorations (ballons, pétales de fleurs) car c’était l’anniversaire de mon amie. Cela était possible mais à condition de payer entre 40 et 55€ selon le pack. Le pack comprenait pour le moins cher, des ballons et des pétales de fleurs. Dans aucun autre hôtel, on m’a demandé de payer et encore moins une telle somme. Je trouve cela dommage de ne pas faire un geste et de faire payer ses clients pour si peu de décorations.

I checked out and they said that the blow dryer is missing, however I did not used or find any hair dryer upon arrival. (I offered to pay, but they are very kind to decline, they said it's fine, though I hope that hair dryer was not misplaced before our arrival to prevent that incident)

Burt (9/5): Our stay was very enjoyable. - The breakfast was excellent. It was buffet style so you could pick and choose what you wanted. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Can’t say much about this place. It was up to very high standards.

Leny (8/5): Will definitely come back to Sirgao Island Villas for a relaxing Siargao stay! - We live the vibe, the lushbess and the beautiful tropical plants surrounding the bmvillas and rooms. The plants make it more private. It is also in a great location with many surrounding reataurants but away from the party scene. The cleanliness and well decored, spacious rooms is a big plus! The restaurant coud have more food options other than Indonesian fare. But we loved how their breakfast are nicely laid out!

Andrew (7/5): Schöne Anlage mit verbesserungswürdigem Service. - Die Lage direkt am Strand. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom generellen Trubel in General Luna, was ganz positiv ist. Die Gartenanlage ist schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Zimmerreinigung, Tausch von Handtüchern, sowie ein Auffüllen des Trinkwassers, erfolgt bei expliziter Bitte bzw. Nachfrage. Das Hotel führt keine unaufgeforderten täglichen Dienstleistungen, wie Betten machen, Zimmerreinigung, etc. durch. Das habe ich in einem 4 Sterne Haus bisher noch nie so erlebt, und finde es bei der preislichen Einstufung auch dürftig.
Alex (8/5): Nice stay! - Really nice stay here. Pool and sunbeds are right on the beach. Great. Free tuktuk to town is a good touch. Staff all very friendly. Amenities are good, even a gym. Breakfast wasn’t great. Missing western options. Smoothie bowls, or brunch would be amazing. Coffee was bad at breakfast, they have a coffee machine so should just use that. Also very expensive for early checkin. Even if you arrive 1 hour early and they have your room ready - they charge you.

Ria (4/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - The location of the villa The staff!!! Its like they dont know anything… esp the ladies at the front desk.. we would ask normal tourist questions since we are not form there , all we get was “no” and “I don’t know” … we came from another resort in El Nido that was very good with customer service to Siargao Island Villas very poor customer service… seems like they need to be trained more in that area. Example was information about how to get to a certain place, the answer was no they dont know, can they call tuktuk for us, no, and I repeated oh you cant help us get one? Then I guess she realized what we were asking for and pointed to the security guard outside the hotel and said he can help us. Everytime we ask for a general question sure enough the answer is no and I dont know. So.. manager of the hotel I suggest you have some trainings to do! There are better ways to say no and I dont know ! Like … the very common “let me find out for you “ … However the people at the restaurant were more helpful that was a plus. Also the shower needs to be cleaned more… the tiles have black stuff on the grout… our sink didnt drain rt away and the water would sometimes come out yellow then itll clear up. I did inform the front desk about it.

David (6/5): It was OK, but just not that amazing for the price. - Nice location, pleasant staff The facilities were not maintained to a very high standard. The room had a broken fan, a smelly toilet and old tiles. The pool looked like it used to have an infinity edge, but not functioning and the gardens were just a little messy. All tiny details that probably dont matter to many people, but we came from Siago Beach resort, which charged a similar fee and all of these things were well above standard at that place, so by contrast it just wasnt as nice.

Ils ont indiqué qu’il fallait contacte booking. Nous avons contacté booking. Booking a fait 3 demandes de demande d’annulation de la nuit du 5.03 au 6.03 l’établissement a d’une part mis beaucoup de temps à répondre et les a toutes refusées. C’est très mal insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui se passe en dehors de la chambre.

The setting is absolutely stunning, right on the beach with the most beautiful sunrises each morning , and such a calm, relaxing energy throughout. Beach Villa 4 was a real highlight and totally worth the upgrade. Waking up to those incredible sunrises each morning was something really special. As a family of 4, we had plenty of space and it felt like the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The team made everything so easy for us, from organising island hopping, amazing massages, to making sure we felt completely at home. It’s one of those places you never want to leave, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Nothing

Alexandre (7/5): Une bonne expérience, avec des axes d’amélioration - L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai avantage pour profiter pleinement du séjour. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue. La nourriture est globalement bonne, et le petit déjeuner est correct. La salle de sport est suffisante pour un court séjour. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste positive. La présence d’algues sur la plage est un peu dommage, même si cela ne dépend pas de l’hôtel. Les portions au restaurant sont un peu légères. Le service de ménage est à revoir : il faut systématiquement signaler son passage, et même lorsqu’il est effectué, certains éléments manquent régulièrement (serviettes, tapis de bain), ce qui oblige à faire plusieurs demandes à la réception. Les transferts vers l’aéroport sont assez chers, sans réelle alternative. Enfin, les chambres manquent de rangements et sont un peu petites pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Catherine (1/5): Worst hotel experience every. First time in IAO but this happened. - Good place, great location. Good facility there’s a gym This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were extremely unaccommodating, unprofessional, and consistently showed a lack of concern for their guests. Most of them had unfriendly, expressionless faces and seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. Basic requests were completely ignored. We asked for drinking water, and it was never delivered—even after waiting until late at night. We also requested a comforter and were assured it would be brought to our room, but it never came. The negligence didn’t stop there—our toiletries were not replenished for days. When we requested a new toothbrush, it was never provided. I was left with no choice but to sleep without brushing my teeth, which was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. The bathroom was another major issue—it had a constant foul smell, likely due to a plumbing problem, making it very unpleasant to use. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities at this hotel. The tuktuk service was equally disappointing. I was refused a ride for no valid reason other than having a backpack, which made absolutely no sense. Because of this, I had to spend extra money just to get to my destination—completely unnecessary and frustrating. Even upon arrival, the experience was terrible. Despite several staff members being present at the reception, no one bothered to properly assist or welcome us. We were left to get our own welcome drinks, which felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, the service was shockingly poor. The staff came across as lazy, rude, and indifferent. This place completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. I deeply regret booking here—staying at this hotel was a total nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.

Julien (9/5): Super hôtel à siargao - Piscine et plages superbes. Petit déjeuner incroyable. Chambres confortables. Tuktuk à disposition gratuitement. Chambres mal isolées phoniquement, on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs et particulièrement ceux des couloirs.
Detlef (5/5): Insgesamt war der Preis für das Zimmer zu hoch und die Mehrkosten für Shuttle und Handtuch machten es nicht besser. Im V - Das Frùhstück Das Zimmer! Es gab kein Fenster was man öffnen kann, kein Balkon oder Terrasse. Das Trocknen der Badebekleidung war daher nur im geschlossenen Raum möglich. Die Reinigung der Zimmer muss verbessert werden. Ein Mülleimer wurde nichtgeleert, ein sehr großer Spiegel im Raum war stark verschmutzt. Spritzflecken von undefinierten Flüssigkeiten. Der Spiegel wurde längere Zeit nicht gereinigt. Wir wollten ein Zimmer-Upgrade und ein Preis wurde vereinbart, als wir jedoch den Tausch durchführen wollten, gab es einen neuen Preis, es war der reguläre Preis der bei Booking gelistet war. Kein spezielles Angebot, der durch uns bereits bezahlte Preis wurde gegengerechnet. Beim Aus-checken wurde uns ein kleines Handtuch in Rechnung gestellt, es war angeblich verunreinigt und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Verunreinigung durch Kosmetik. Der Wert des Handtuch ca. 7€. Das empfinde ich als unangemessen und kleinlich, bei einem Mietpreis von ca 850€, solche Bagatellen auf den Kunden abzuwälzen. Die angebotene Landtour wurde durch den freundlichen Fahrer gekürzt, wir haben nicht alle Highlight der Tour angeschaut. Bei dem shuttle-service vom bzw. zum Flughafen wurde abweichende (höhere) Preise aufgerufen. Ich hatte die Preise als Mail über die Plattform von Booking.com bekommen. Erst waren es 300PHP, in der Buchungsbestätigung waren das Angebot 400PHP und bezahlt wurde 500PHP pro Person. Der Pickup-Preis vom Flughafen war ursprünglich 1500PHP in der 2Mail waren es dann 2000PHP Hi Detlef, …. We can arrange airport pick up and drop off for a fee. 300/person/way for shared van and 1500/way for private van. Please do email us your flight itinerary at reservations@siargaoislandvillas.com - Our check-in time is from 2:00- 4:00PM. - Front desk's contact info can be found on your en suite menu. - In room service is only available until 6:00PM Warm regards from the beach and see you soon!

Strange policy of not allowing guests to put items from bar/restaurant on your room account. Cash preferred to pay although they had a card machine. Room bath towels smaller than pool towels provided!! In this day and age allowing smoking in public areas is a real no go. Had a disagreement with reception about cost of airport transfers but they saw sense !

The ambience around the villa is really good (if you're a lover of plants, you'd love it here!) What I love about the Garden Villa was the huge window glass overlooking the plants + how the room lights at night complement the overall look and ambience. WiFi's decent - not sure about steaming or downloading since I was mostly doing light usage. 1) Breakfast choices could be better - it was decent but for the price I paid, I expected more choices 2) The lady at the front desk who answered my question about booking a van transport to the airport for our departure wasn't really helpful. I asked in Bisaya (in dialect) so I'm sure it wasn't a language barrier. She said that shared van transfer is available between 12-2pm and if it's prior that, only private van transfers are allowed. So when I asked if they have any contacts or if they can connect us with someone who offers shared van transfers, she declined without any explanation. 3) The room can really use some deep cleaning especially the bathroom.

L’hôtel est proche de général Luna et cloud 9 sans pour autant être dans une rue bruyante. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend les chambres d’à côté et les gens dans les couloirs était très bruyants.

omrido (7/5): - Nice rooms, decent wifi, good shower. Moved from a Premiere suite to a Garden suite - the change was noticeable - rooms are on the main road next to a bar thats open late. There are lights in the room that cannot be turned off unless taking the key card out which stops the AC. Rooms are ok but overpriced for what you get.

Eve (9/5): Luxury in the heart of Siargao - The pool and area surrounding it is super lovely for chilling. The location in town is perfect. We booked the cheapest room and wouldn’t do that again as it was close to the road and noisy. Also it’s cement so you hear everything. And we could even hear the conversation of the people above us and when their water was on. Book a more expensive room in the back. Front desk staff was lovely but no one went out of their way to make a connection with you - no smiles so friendliness.

Badr Eddine (9/5): - Bonjour. L'établissement est bien propre et le cadre est paradisiaque. La piscine et la plage privative sont excellentes. Le personnel est très sympa. Les messages proposés sont aussi bien même s'ils sont légèrement plus cher qu'au centre ville. L'hôtel propose des déplacements gratuits dans General Luna en Tuk tuk. Vraiment bien. Franchement, vu le prix de la chambre (Garden), ces dernières sont proches de la route principale : bruits de motos, klaxons, annoncent audio, entrée/sortie...etc. on entend tout dans le chambre et dormir devient très compliqué.
Florent (3/5): Choose another hotel instead - Very inconsistent hotel. The Premier Suite was nice, but the standard room was tiny and poor quality. Service is basically nonexistent lots of smiles, zero action. The toilet clogged four times in just two nights and no one cared to fix it properly. Would not recommend at all. Feels like there’s no management.

We loved the spa....Few nice restaurants around : Naga is very good and Lima amazing fine dining place ... The water pressure was very poor and no hot water sometimes....The swimming pool is a bit small...missing some music during the day around the pool.

Además les teníamos que recordar que limpiaran las habitaciones porque se olvidaron varios días a pesar de poner siempre el cartel de que nos hicieran la habitación. Además, al llegar tuvimos que decirles que nos cambiaran la habitación porque nos habían dado una "deluxe" en la que cabía la cama y poco más, y que no se parecía en nada a la de las fotos del anuncio.
