- Verena Köv (8/5): Hätte der Flughafen-Transport funktioniert, wäre es super gewesen. - Der Pool ist richtig groß und das Wasser angenehm - nicht zu kalt. Die Betten sind bequem und das Bad ist groß. So weit alles ok. Von außen nicht sehr schön, aber innen wirklich ok. Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert - ich musste 90 Minuten warten. Das ist ein totales No-GO! Der Transport zum Flughafen am kommenden Tag hat dann gut funktioniert.

Rude, dismissive and should be working in the kitchen not customer facing. Rest of staff pleasant. The poolside was extremely dangerous, the floor needs a non slip coating on it. Would be illegal anywhere else.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, con todo lo necesario, además la lavandería gratis y el té disponible cuando quisieras fueron detalles muy útiles. Lo único negativo fue el ruido exterior. Nuestra habitación daba al parque de enfrente y, aunque estábamos en la planta 18, se escuchaban los coches y a veces gente cantando en el parque hasta medianoche. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien.

Absolutely terrible internet that hardly worked and I felt very frustrated as I had to work on my layover. Staff didn't or couldn't help with it at all, and I had to purchase a lot of additional data than I had planned for to use the internet for a few hours.

- Rachael (6/5): Swisstouch but never see. Switzerland - The breakfast was nice - lots of variety but they need to clearly label the ingredients and if it’s vegetarian. The bed was comfy and the room was good overall. I didn’t like how when organizing my trip the hosts were not responsive. So trying to organize the airport shuttle wasn’t easy and getting about in China if you’re from the west isn’t so easy. The wifi was also pretty bad and I didn’t really find the hosts very warm… It was bare minimum kinda vibes. Also the gym opens too late and the equipment I wanted to use wasn’t working. And also my fridge didn’t work and so the food I had spoiled. So yeah - not exactly the “swisstouch”
- Adin (8/5): Perfect overnight stay while in transit. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and easy transfer to and from airport. - Good location if you’re looking to be short trip away from the airport. Very comfortable airport transfer included. Modern and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Limited activities in the immediate vicinity of you are looking for something to do.

- Gabriel (8/5): Very good for airport purposes - Bedding was great, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not many choices but they are all great and tasty. Building a bit old so 1 of our room has a bit cigarret smell but acceptable.
- Edik Li (8/5): - Соотношение цена-качество идеальное. Хороший просторный номер. Очень неплохие завтраки. Рядом метро, много кафешек и торговый центр. Окна выходили во двор с хорошим видом. С утра просыпались под пение птиц. Есть бассейн и финская сауна. Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. Хоть аэропорт и недалеко на метро, но после долгого перелета трансфер прямо отличный бонус. Приветливый персонал. Есть бесплатная прачечная. В целом отель очень неплохой за свои деньги. Уборка посредственная, хоть и каждый день. Тюбики с шампунем и гелем для душа открыть и не сломать ногти нужно постараться. Есть кухня, но ни одной вилки или тарелки. Так что это бесполезный опционал.

- shammas (10/5): Excellent stay and great value for the money - The room was huge and very clean. The staff were excellent and allowed us to check in early, which was really helpful. Breakfast was very good with high-quality food. Overall, the stay was more than our expectations and truly great value for money. + airport shuttle Room AC was preset for heating due to winter. so i had to open window to cool the room to my liking.. wont be an issue to many just my personal preferences

- Natalya (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение отеля относительно аэропорта и метро (выходишь и идешь направо пешком минуты 4 (ст.метро Renhe), метро понятное. Номер брали с 2 кроватями, был ещё и диван. Чисто, всё есть. Есть трансфер от отеля с 6-23.00 , нас встретили ( после получения багажа я попросила сотрудника аэропорта позвонить в отель и сказать, чтобы отправили машину за нами, мини автобус приехал с названием отеля, выход 43 на 3 этаже, туда они приезжают), обратно поехали на такси ( на ресепшен вызвали для нас ночью), 80 юаней, может и дорого, но нам было всё равно). В рабочее время метро спокойно можно доехать от/до отеля.

- Denis (10/5): - Не в первый раз останавливаюсь в данном отеле, чисто , аккуратно, порядок. Есть бассейн, хамам и сауна . Находится не далеко от станции метро Renhe, рядом много магазинов и кафешек чтобы покушать. Порадовал бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта.

- Lucy (9/5): Great for a comfy sleep! - The beds were really comfy. Spacious rooms. Great facilities. Lovely hotel. The shuttle bus took 40mins to get us. Apparently it came and went sooner without picking us up and the licence plate number we were given had changed, so we were looking for the wrong vehicle. The driver had a photo of us but apparently didn't see us. Although there is a kitchenette there wasn't any utensils to prepare food.

- Sophonie (9/5): Très bon séjour à proximité de l'aéroport de Baiyun - Superbe hôtel. La communication en anglais parfois difficile, mais personnel très serviable et à l'écoute. Le personnel du restaurant a été adorable. Navette aéroport disponible. Station de métro Ren He à proximité immédiate, Seven Eleven et distributeurs automatiques de billets (ATM) dans la même rue. Centre de Guangzhou à 45 minutes (Zhujian New Town) en métro, ligne 3 directe. Laverie disponible gratuitement ! Un autre moyen de communication que WeChat serait apprécié, car WeChat ne peut pas être installé à l'étranger
