- Sandra (10/5): Comfortable stay - The onsite Manager (Cherie, sorry not sure on spelling) was exceptional, the wrong TV remote was in the room and she replaced it immediately. Cherie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. Room was clean and beds well made, fresh towels and clean bathroom. The only room available to book was the "family room", the room in general was a little crowded but had a kettle with tea, coffee, sugars and UHT milks, small bar fridge, toaster and crockery/cutlery. The room was a little dated and old. Maybe due for a renovation and the outside chairs need to be more stable as they were rusted and unsafe.

- Durgesh (10/5): Perfect stopover for a roadtrip - We were visiting for the tamworth country music festival so this was a great location! The facilities in the room were well taken care of - wifi, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, iron, air condition spacious beds and bathroom!! Highlight was the shower! Its like getting a massage after a long day out! The staff were courteous and housekeeping service was awesome. The original booking was for 2 people but we had a last minute addition. We submitted the change and within minutes Mr Prabhjot Singh called and changed to a bigger room with extra bed!! Exceptional customer service. Will definitely stay here again!! Motel caters for all needs. Nothing to not like about.

Kitchenette well set up and able to freeze ice packs in the mini fridge's freezer Conveniently located for a quick day trip to Tamworth for Country Music Festival. Able to pick up key on the way past so didn't matter what time we returned. A little expensive but all prices may be up because of the Festival.

Glad I had my own pillow with me. I do recommend the accommodation though, just check pillows before the office closes.

Bedding was comfortable. Adequate space in the room. Sleep at a premium. Location on the highway is difficult at night due to truck noise, and quite a few guests (mine workers) had very early starts - nothing the property can do about any of that, and it would be the same wherever you stayed.

Everything looked like it had recently been renovated. The beds had electric blankets which were very much welcomed. The noise from the road was minimal. Clean and fresh room, bathroom and facilities. No hanging space for clothes.

- Fkj196t (5/5): 1 night stay - We had trouble with the door lock and the room was cold, took air-conditioning along time to start and didn't warm the room really good but bed was really comfy, there was no milk in the fridge and because it was a late check- in we couldn't get any from office No milk in fridge and air-conditioning didn't warm room up enough and we had trouble unlocking the front door

- Natasha (2/5): - Spent the night without power (not entirely within their control I know) so couldn’t shower etc. Combine that with rock hard beds, ancient pillows and poor phone reception and it made for a very unpleasant night. I recommend to keep driving to one of the larger centers - not worth the money spent.

- Divya (8/5): - Definitely a decent place for one or two night stay. Easy check in and check out. There is a servo and pie face outlet next door. I wouldn't call any eateries walkable(especially with kids) like in other reviews. Our room had a king and a single bed. There is kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, microwave, hair dryer, basic tea & coffee, cups, etc.. Parking in front of your room. A good added touch was the windshield cleaning brushes that was made available
- Marcus (7/5): Would stay there again. - Time wise, Murrurundi was about halfway along the route I had planned to take. I had stayed in the village years earlier and liked it better than the big towns on route. I like to be able to back up to the room door to unload the boot, no stairs, and car is under cover should there be rain. The bones of room are showing their age, but the room was comfortable.

- John (8/5): Very good - It's an old style motel, but the room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. It had a big bed (very comfortable) and a full size sofa to relax on. There was a nice-looking pool that would be good for kids to work off some energy after sitting in the car. Nothing really. A couple of other guests sat outside smoking and talking late at night which was a bit annoying. We had to shut the window and didn't hear them after that. But that can happen anywhere.
- Robyn (7/5): Good as it was with local family - Location Unit would have been better if the view was to the north with bathroom and entry plus kitchette on the street side. Even opening the view to the north would have been better than south, on the noisy road/rail side. Bed was odd.
- Amy-jean (10/5): Fantastic, dog friendly and comfortable rooms. - Fantastic motel right on the highway. We travelled 18hrs with our dogs and my disabled mum and needed accessibility and a motel that accommodated pets as well. The beds were super comfortable and the lady at reception was awesome! The beers were cold at reception and the showers were hot and we had a nice tea from a local pub on snitty night - there was not a single thing to be upset about this great motel in this cute town.

- Briony (9/5): Homey - The gardens were spectacular, well maintained, and so many flowers. The rooms were clean and immaculate, with no flashiness, just the essentials and a good aircon. Water pressure was awesome and plenty of hot water. The parking was a bit tight for a dual cab land cruiser.

- William (9/5): Superb - I had a late check in due to traffic and other factors. The staff communicated with me to ensure other guests were not impacted. The extra coffee machine was a bonus, and I would have used it if I stayed longer. Nothing— It was fit for purpose.

- Marianne (8/5): Very good - The motel is close to town at the foot of the misty hills. Set back from the road. The staff are friendly and the room spacious and clean. Nothing. For what we needed it was terrific.
- Janine (6/5): - BE AWARE - property owner charges PER PERSON. also says PET friendly yet u book pet room then they try to charged an extra $50 on arrival - which does not state in their pages.. Staff manager is lovely , but has no control over Owners disfunctionality and money grabbing actions.
- Melissa (3/5): Poor - I booked a family suite with 3 single beds and double bed. Was given 2 double beds and a single. Not good for 3 kids 2 adults. Was charged for family room still. Ended up leaving early. Was up for my brothers wedding and couldn't even shower, no hot water. 1 shower for 5 people yet everyone else had hot water. Room was smokey from people smoking outside next door.
