• Lily (10/5): Highly recommended stay in Arabba, avoid the craziness of Colfosco! - Highly recommended stay in Arabba. The hotel lies above the town on a hill, which is nice, but it is only a 5 minute walking distance to the supermarket and bus stop. Rooms were spacious and we had a great view of the town from our balcony. Beds were wide and hard/firm (which we prefer), and sheets, pillows, and blankets were perfectly cozy. Breakfast had a lot of sweets as well as meats and cheeses to choose from and also eggs and pancakes. It was a fairly quiet place and very peaceful. You do hear road noise, but only if you open the balcony door. The temperature was nice and cool for sleeping and never got hot. The rooms were cleaned every day. There was parallel parking directly in front of the hotel. Everything was good. I would recommend the use of a liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom, instead of the tiny packaged soap bars. It would be more environmentally sustainable, hygienic, and easier to wash hands in this way. Breakfast began at around 7:00-7:30, which is fine in most circumstances, but if you need a very early start for mountaineering or to secure difficult parking for your adventure, this is something to keep in mind.

L’albergo è pulitissimo e le signore che lo gestiscono sono molto gentili, disponibili e si danno molto da fare per venire incontro al cliente. L’albergo è il tipico trentino ma con un’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono convenzionati con un ristorante ottimo.

Właścicielka od pierwszej chwili zrobiła na nas fantastyczne wrażenie – uśmiechnięta, pomocna i zawsze gotowa doradzić. W całym obiekcie panowała nienaganna czystość, co sprawiało, że czuliśmy się komfortowo i swobodnie. Śniadania były pyszne, świeże i urozmaicone – każdy dzień zaczynaliśmy w świetnym nastroju. Do tego lokalizacja okazała się idealna – blisko do wielu szlaków i kolejek górskich, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie tu wrócę!

We arrived late at night, but we received simple and detailed instructions and checked in on our own without any problems. Good breakfast, lots of sweets. The mattress was very hard and the pillow was very thin for me. This was the main problem because I could not sleep on that bed.

• Márton (9/5): Lovely stay at Arabba - Garni Astor was an excellent choice for our stay in the Dolomites. The hotel is located in a good place(walkable distance from the town center, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, cable cars, and hiking trails)with parking available. The host was welcoming, checking in and out was easy, and we could ask any questions at the reception we always received great recommendations for restaurants or anything else. They also have useful maps at hand. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and extremely clean. We also had daily cleansing in our room. The bed and the mattress were exceptionally great, and the pillows were the right hight as well. We had an amazing balcony too, with a beautiful view of the town and the nearby mountains. Our bathroom was also equipped with everything, and was clean. There is also a recreational room that larger groups can use to play boardgames etc. The breakfast provided was great, we had mostly sweet things to choose from, with some gluten free options too. We were given freshly made pancakes every morning, coffee was available upon request. Overall, I would recommend visiting the place, great for a relaxing vacation. Also book a room with a balcony if possible. Although our stay was awesome overall there are a couple of minor things that might be improved. First of all it would be great to have a better savory selection for breakfast, a bit more cheese, vegetables, and most importantly eggs would be an amazing add. It would also be good to have some lactose free options besides gluten free.

• Dahan (9/5): Amazing good value stay in arraba highly recommended. - Very good value place in arraba. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great views to ski slopes. Provides skiroom facility by the ski elevator. Exceptional access to epic ski areas, Alta badia and marmolada. Quiet and relaxing stay. We came without a car. A bit away from the elevator. A ten minute walk, about 300m to the ski elevator. Not too bad, but will require to walk next to the traffic for some part on the road side.

Very clean rooms and great service. Excellent value. Gilliola does a great job. The included access to the ski lockers near the Burz chairlift are excellent. Nothing I can think of given that it is a two-star hotel or B&B. Might not suit those looking for a more up-market hotel. Highly recommend Garni Astor.

• Dinham (9/5): Superb - The apartment is only 7 mins walk from the ski lift and a ski storage locker was provided beside the lift. The apartment was warm and clean with a well equipped kitchen. There was a little bit of noise from upstairs but nothing too serious. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed our stay for 1 week. There is also a lovely view overlooking Arabba from this property. We can highly recommend this apartment.

There is ski depot right at Burz ski lift so you do not need to move your ski back and forth everyday. There is nice vision from the rooms down to the Arabba. You do not need more if you are there to spend a time on ski.
