- TADASHI (8/5): 一泊だけだし満足かな？って感じ。 - 初めて宿泊しましたが、フロントスタッフも手際良いチェックインをしてくれて 館内説明などもしてくれて、アメニティは十分すぎるくらいありました。 部屋に入ると清掃も行き届いていて、とても清潔感がありくつろげた。 各フロアーにはウォーターサーバーが設置されているが、そこまで行かないとダメなんでめんどくさがりの人は無理かなぁって。道路沿いに面してるため、夜間など車の音がひどいかなぁと思ったが、 緊急車両が通る時はかなり煩いが、通りすぎたあとは静かになって良く眠れた。 エアコンは壁に備え付けのタイプだったので、風量調整したが、上手くいかなくて、ハンガーに風が当たるため、カラカラと音がしてうるさかったので、部屋も涼しくなったので停止した。 あと音が気になり、浴室の24時間乾燥のファンも動いてるため、二重でうるさくて、それが気になった。あと酔っ払って部屋を間違えてるのか、何度かノックされたりしたので、対応はしなかったがそれが不快に感じた。できるだけエレベーターホールから離れた部屋をリクエストしていたのだが、アサインする上で仕方なかったのであるが、今回みたいにいきなり部屋をノックされたりとかは、ほんとに不愉快で、それ以外では良い施設とは思う…

- Sian (8/5): - This hotel is basically bookended by Sannomiya and shin Kobe stations, so you have your pick. Close to Sannomiya station there is a lovely street full of bars and restaurants. Close to Sannomiya station there js also access to the airport bus. The hotel is comfortable and has all the usual stuff available in case you’ve forgotten anything! Really clean and the staff are friendly.

- Gavin (6/5): An alright stay in Kobe - The reception staff were all friendly. The location is ok - you can walk to the main parts of Kobe but the stations are a little far if you're pulling a suitcase. The bed was comfy. No bottled water provided (there is a water dispenser on each floor, however). Breakfast was provided by Matsuya which gets old fast with few options to choose from. The restaurant was also a bit dirty. The room was also quite cold.
