• Bernadett (9/5): - Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, quiet enough space for our stuff. Staff was nice and friendly, even helped with the laundry machines. The hall is also cool with the mangas and books. + they stored our luggages before check in which was great For us the bed was not the best (but we slept well anyways) and the dryer in the laundry has not fully dried our clothes, neither after the second run.

• Bailey (3/5): The incredibly uncomfortable bed ruined the stay and our time in Osaka - Location and staff were accommodating, no issues Nearly every aspect was fine, however the bed was the worst imaginable bed to sleep on as it was rock solid. Therefore our 2 nights were horrible as we slept incredibly poorly. Looking at other reviews it seems other guests also had this experience.

• Teodorina (10/5): Lovely! - Very nice city hotel, great location and super helpful and friendly staff. It is located on quiet street with many amazing restaurants recommended and visited by locals but it is also walking disrance from Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsaibashi covered shoping street and foodmarket, between 2 metro stations. We loved the manga library and our teen used it with pleasure borrowing books in English. The hotel is clean, they kept for free our lugage from the arriving time till the check in time, they offer for free all toiletries. We recommend this hotel and would gladly visit it. The only disadvantage was that the rooms are a bit too small and for 2 adults and a teen, we got 2 beds and advice to merge them to sleep all the 3 of us together. But for 2 nights it was fine. We were prepared for this because the majority of center city hotels in Japan have very small rooms. So if you know in advance and expect that, for a short stay, there is no issue

Прекрасный завтрак на любой вкус. Доброжелательный персонал. Отдельная хвала японскому подходу со стойкой с косметическими и иными принадлежностями, здесь стойка максимально «богатая». Все понравилось. Могу рекомендовать

• Rudelynne (8/5): - Staff was great, breakfast buffet is good for the price Train stations, restaurants and shopping are all near. Beds were too hard. It felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring. Washer was fine but dryer was terrible. After 30mins in the dryer, clothes was still wet. Heat was weak on high setting. Luckily, there was a laundromat less than 2 minutes away which helped alot.

Good selection of complimentary tea, coffee and heaps of other goodies. The room was a lot bigger than most hotels in Japan but bathroom was very small. The bed was very very firm and we did not sleep well. Not many pillows provided aswell.

The room was a bit small, and the mattress a bit hard. There were probably not enough coin laundry machines for the amount of people staying in the building. Nor was there much enforcement of one set of machines per guest

• Adriana (8/5): Buena ubicación y todo muy seguro. - El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación del hotel perfectos. El personal del hotel amable y la limpieza de la habitación muy buena. A pesar de estar en una zona concurrida, no se siente el ruido en la habitación. No era tan cómoda la cama tampoco las almohadas. Nada terrible, pero como sugerencia de mejora podrían modernizarlas. También podrían mejorar la instalación del restaurante, el espacio es reducido.

• Erikas (6/5): - Its really close to dotonbori and all main Osaka attractions are easily reachable by foot or by train The only issue was that our room got mixed up twice, and once we got a room that allowed smoking inside, on the plus side they changed pur room to a regular one for free

Breakfast had a good balance of food choices with some Japanese options as well. I came with no expectations and was very impressed with what we got. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
