Habiatció massa petita, i en el meu cas amb vistes a un mur de formigó situat a poca distància, així que no molt lluminosa. Bany força petit i espai per esmorzar massa petit per allotjar a tots els hostes a l'hora de l'esmorzar.

Check in&out was smooth. Everything was provided (even steaming+drying equipment in the room and the vacuum packing). The bed was also comfortable. Nothing really.

- Harley (8/5): Would stay here again, but request a room away from the elevator - The location was great for us, very close to a station. Few convenience stores very close by aswell which was handy. Hotel was very clean. I knew breakfast was included but didn’t know they would have snacks and drinks available all day which was a nice surprise Our room was next to the elevator which was very noisy and meant we didn’t sleep very well. I didn’t like that breakfast was paper plates & bowls, felt very wasteful, and it was very difficult to have a decent portion of cereal.

- Ramona Bularca (10/5): - I loved the layout, the secure way you had to tap your card to take the elevator, lookers available, great room It was a bit weird to deal with the reception robots, as when I tried to checkout I tried to put both keys provided, but wouldn't let me, had to do it in 2 rounds, but on the second attempt it was asking for the additional key, and I had no one to ask it indeed the checkout was successful. I prefer humans at reception, as they are more useful when it comes to exceptions.

- Ruth (10/5): Cosy hotel at the city centre - The location was near Tokyo station, the room size was good, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The receptionists were lovely. :-) There was a small area for breakfast and snacks. Nothing.

- Tinh (8/5): Quiet, comfortable and convenient - It's situated in a quiet area with 7-Eleven and a small supermarket less than a hundred metres from the hotel. There's also lots of food options in the area. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the Ginza shopping centre. There's also two metro lines a short walk from the hotel. Beds are firm, and pillows are the ones with plastic beads underneathel so you can adjust the shape to your liking. Breakfast is simple, but helps for those days you couldn't be bothered to find something. Having access to biscuits and drinks throughout the day is handy.

- Tan Chin Leng (6/5): Hotel with Standard Facilities & Small Room - The hotel is conveniently located near the subway stations and lots of convenience stores/Aeon supermarket nearby. Free simple breakfast at the dining area near front desk. Walking distance to Tsukiji Outer market Plus point is LG Styler which allowed us to dry our clothes in room. We can monitor the status of laundromat units on the room TV. The self check-in and check-out process is unmanned. Only two robots sitting at front desk, making any queries with staff difficult. We had to call to reach the hotel staff. The room is small which is the standard size in Japan
- Paul (9/5): A place I would certainly consider returning to - It's a bit difficult getting to and from airport and shinkansen station other than by taxi but it's in a quiet area with plenty of interest within a short walk or a bus ride. I did not see a single functioning human until we left - there are no robots only two plastic dolls sitting at "reception". The coffee downstairs was OK in fact. The window did open and we could see the weather outside. Aircon was necessary and efficient. Having someone permanently available in reception would be a good start.

Não havia zona de banho público, os quartos eram pequenos e o pequeno almoço simples.

No es una zona muy bien comunicada y está algo lejos de la estación de Tokio para ir con las maletas. Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas (es opinion personal).
