- kendal (6/5): Sauna et hamman ne fonctionnent pas - Chambre spacieuse et confortable Bon petit déjeuner Piscine (mais bruyante) - pas de sauna ni de hammam Un peu loin du centre. Le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnent pas Cela n’est pas mentionné sur le site internet et cela n’est pas non plus indiqué devant les équipements. D’après les avis sur cet établissement cela est très régulier, je pense donc que le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnent jamais et que l’équipe dit à chaque fois que c’est en maintenance. Il y a même du moisi sur le bois du sauna, cela prouve qu’il ne fonctionne jamais. Il n’y a aucune compensation. Il y a aussi énormément de bruit à la piscine à cause des moteurs de climatisation.

- Brian (9/5): The Moty Hotel made our two night stay in Malacca most enjoyable, especially their great staff. - We were met with a friendly manager and staff. The moty hotel has a grand style, you feel it when you first walk in. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed their exceptional buffet breakfast and a nice pool at the end of the day was a great bonus. The hotel is a short walk from the main attractions in malacca also. nothing. The manager ran a good ship, everything was under control and great customer service from all staff.

Smiley and cheerful upon arrival and as our room had been cleaned earlier allowed us to checkin prior to scheduling. Room was tastefully decorated and clean. Thanks for a great stay
- Hasri (7/5): Near to Taming Sari and Bandar Hilir. Value for nonet - The location, near to the attractions and many food outlets around Bandar Hilir. We took family room and it was huge. Breakfast area were small and we have to wait for our turn to get our table. Car Parking around the hotel were difficult to find during weekend.

The breakfast was basic but sufficient with a few options. The rooms were dark, the mirrors seemed to have a tint on them which was unusual. The room and bathroom are a little run down and in need of a renovation. The sauna facilities for the women were out of order.
