• Zoe (5/5): Good location, spacious but lacking in many areas - The room was spacious and clean. The lovely female reception who checked us out and called a taxi for us was a delight. The beds were not comfortable, they were hard and had springs poke into me. The air conditioner was locked and unable to be turned on even to fan, so the room was hot and stuffy. The window was able to be opened however the constant loud street noise prevented us from leaving it open at night. The curtains were not block out, so bring an eye mask if you find it difficult to sleep with city light and early sun rises. we found the man on reception to be quite unfriendly and rude on the two occasions we encountered him - not the way to be in a customer service role. The breakfast was average - not a lot of flavours and a lot of it was cold despite being under heat lamps. Will stay elsewhere next time I come to Jeju.

I would like to thank the cleaning ladies for doing a fantastic job with our room. There were nice restaurants and coffee places around the hotel. • John Michael Ventura (8/5): Soggiorno in famiglia a Jeju. - Pulizia delle stanze, posizione molto vicina all‘aereoporto, vicino anche a parecchi ristoranti, al secondo piano c‘é un 7eleven che salverá parecchi pasti in caso. Water Koreano comodo come quello giapponese, Asciugamani sufficenti per tutti gli ospiti. l‘aria condizionata era presente in stanza ma lon c‘era il telecomando, avevo chiesto alla reception se potevano foninrcene uno o vome funzionasse, ma ci hanno informato che loro non ne usano, tano pacato.. Non se stagione non era, o comunque abbastanza fresca da poter farne a meno.

• Morris (5/5): - 二樓有7-11，很方便。房間內有浴缸。停車場有服務人員引導停車。 隔音不好，半夜還聽到其他房客的聲音。床不是獨立筒，睡雙人床會互相干擾。停車車位不多，晚一點進飯店會沒有車位，然後服務人員有引導我停在坡道上，需要有點技術，不建議開車新手進來停車。

• 은경 (9/5): 이젠 다른데 안보고 글로스터 먼저 찾아요!! - 한식과 샐러드 골고루 먹었습니다. 편안하고 사골 우거지국 맛있어서 두번이나 먹었답니다. 한번은 톳밥과 같이 또 한번은 그냥 백미밥으로... 같이 간 아들아이는 빵을 좋아해서 빵도 골고루 구워서 야무지게 먹었습니다. 후식으로 오렌지 쥬스, 커피까지~~ 감사!! 테이블이 모르는 사람과 같이 앉아 먹는 스타일(큰 원탁)이라 조금 불편했네요. 간혹 너무 식사 매너 없는분이 계셔서... 가볍게 육수에 말아먹을 수 있는 면류도 있었음하는 아쉬움 있었어요. 밥만으로는 아쉽고 빵은 싫고 그럴때 필요하거든요.

• Hannah (8/5): - I really liked how modern the suite it. The bathroom has the Japanese bidet. The location was also really close to several souvenir shops like Hello Jeju and some famous restaurants. The location is really accessible to everywhere. The staffs could have been more friendlier. Maybe they felt annoyed that they're always facing foreigners who can't speak Korean but that's their job tho.

• Daniel (6/5): A 3 star pretending to be a 4 star - The hotel had a shower and bath combination. Close to the airport and had a 7 eleven inside. Room was cleaned regularly, had a TV and air-conditioning. The bath, it was really small and with the shower gel locked in place at standing height. Didn't understand why. As when I was having a bath was constantly standing up and sitting down again for washing. Working out how to use the bath and not the shower was very difficult. Plus, the water was warm at best, had to fill it up loads to be hot. Doesn't have a natural drain inside the bath, on the outside. So have to overflow the bath to drain it. No safety rack outside the bath, help you get out. Has a rainfall shower and normal. Didn't fully see the point in both. But a overkill point. Place only does breakfast, asked for a fork or spoon outside breakfast hours to eat something in the 7 eleven (as they only had chopsticks). Nope, and no. Understandable if in a restaurant but 4 star hotel when you'd have Europeans

• Francesc (10/5): Una opción perfecta para alojarte en Jeju - Hotel muy bien situado, con buenas instalaciones, habitaciones grandes, colchones cómodos y muy limpio. El personal de recepción da muy buen trato. En próximas ocasiones nos alojaríamos aquí toda la estancia sin duda.
