Tudo muito sujo (cheio de pó, microondas com ferrugem e com resto de comida, chão muito sujo, pratos e talheres sem lavar), degradado e velho. Dormimos num colchão em cima de umas placas. Não era uma cama. Não correspondeu ao que vi no Booking e o que se reservou.

• Amoah (4/5): - I stayed at your Shepherd’s Bush flat recently, and unfortunately I had a very terrible experience. The property was extremely dirty when I arrived. The moment I entered the first room, I even sent a message asking if the place had really been cleaned because everything was unclean. What was even worse was that the bed was infested with bed bugs. They were crawling on the bed day and night and biting me. As a result, I developed severe skin rashes, and I am currently spending money on treatment to cure them. I immediately reported the situation to the manager, but the only response I received was “sorry” and an offer to change the place if I wanted. By that time the damage had already been done. Because of the condition of the flat, I had to leave before the date I originally planned to check out. This is the first time in my life I have experienced something like this, and it is completely unacceptable. I also have pictures showing the bites and the condition it caused on my body. Because of this experience, I intend to formally report the property.am as well planing to speak to my lawyer to get a legal action.A place in this condition should either be closed down or taken over by someone who can maintain it properly and run it responsibly. I hope this matter will be taken seriously. Thank you.
• Madina (5/5): Dissappointed - The location Very disappointing stay. The room was quite large, but very dark and rather cold, which made it far from comfortable. The TV wasn’t working, and despite sending several messages, I never received any response to my questions, which was really frustrating. The entrance is very basic, with little to no signage, giving a poor first impression. The bathroom is also an issue: after taking a shower, there was water everywhere, so if you’re sharing the space, the next person will have to stand in water just to brush their teeth or use the toilet. On the positive side, tea and coffee were provided, along with a few utensils, which was convenient. The outdoor areas looked neglected and poorly maintained. We only stayed for one night during a last-minute trip — and honestly, that was more than enough.

• vittoria (6/5): Problemi di corrente eletrica - La posizione e conveniente per me perché è vicinissima a dove abita mia figlia Al mio rientro verso le 21:30 ho purtroppo scoperto che nell’alloggio non c’era corrente elettrica. Ho provato immediatamente a contattare l’assistenza per richiedere un intervento e la riattivazione del servizio, ma nonostante le mie chiamate non è intervenuto nessuno. La corrente non è stata ripristinata né durante la notte né la mattina successiva. Sono quindi dovuta partire alle 10:00 in condizioni di forte disagio, senza elettricità e con notevoli difficoltà. Mi dispiace lasciare questa recensione, ma ritengo che un problema così importante avrebbe richiesto un intervento tempestivo e una gestione decisamente più attenta.

The room had very dirty doors and walls, the bathroom was very dirty, and the room smelled bad. I didn't have a good experience at all.

They provided a fan heater to supplement the heaters that were in place which we used often. It wasn't all that clean and there wasn't any hearth brush we could see to sweep up when I broke something.

• EVANGELOS (1/5): The most awful place - Nothing of all, they made us wait outside on the street for half an hour, even though we had spoken on the phone and they had told us what time to come. But the most important thing of all was the unbelievable filth in the room. There was mold everywhere, the bathroom had stains from urine and smelled bad, and the small window in the room was broken and never closed, while outside it was 5 degrees Celsius, with the only heating being an electric heater. The bedsheets had stains, and the door does not lock, so anyone can enter the room at any time! Overall, the worst experience of my life renting a room!!! I was forced to buy bleach and clean it myself just to be able to use the bathroom. I believe the room has never been cleaned! I wish I could sue them and get my money back!!!!!

The walls were broken and mould ridden, and the bathroom had dirt throughout. The fridge, cutlery and plates provided were very dirty, and unable to be used. The room was very run down, and we would not recommend staying here.

Quan plovia, la pluja entrava i mullava el llit. Posava que hi havia calafecció però no funcionava. Ens han deixat uns ventiladors que vam fer servir per assecar el llit de l'aigua de a pluja per culpa de la finestra. El wifi no existia, per tant, no n'hi ha. El secador de cabell, tampoc funcionava.

Nos dijeron que dejásemos las maletas y que volviéramos después...Cuando volvimos obviamente el estudio seguía oliendo fuerte y en el baño había restos de silicona hasta en el váter. Podrían haberse organizado para hacerlo unos días antes teniendo la habitación reservada desde hace meses... La cama es muy incómoda, pero si solo paras por ahí para asearte y dormir no sé si vas a encontrar algo mejor...

We started our holiday a week later due to unforeseen circumstances, so were looking forward to unwinding before flying out the next morning, ( we only chose this place due yo location) only to experience the following: I should have read previous reviews where there is a mention of no hot water, shower not draining as the sink. We experienced the same yesterday. Shower screen doesn't close, curtains are not the same length as the window. The closet door kept on opening as it was lose. The sink does not drain. There was no HOT WATER, let alone warm water. Save your money and book the Ibis or travelodge

I think at least a kitchen towel, a sponge and some other accessories would be very much appreciated. Its hard to clean up when you don't have any tools to do so.

It’s difficult to find as it’s sort of behind the building on the road. There is no “reception”, just a door with no doorbell. The gentleman that met me at the door was unkempt, even though he was polite enough The door to the actually room is very flimsy, it doesn’t inspire any confidence of providing safety Once inside the rooms, it’s appalling! Walls are dirty and in desperate need of a coat of paint. The bathroom has no windows, it is very misty and mouldy and has a strong malodour. Shower walls have limescale that looks horrendous, same with shower floor. I couldn’t use the shower, it was most unhygienic as it was visibly dirty. Bathroom floors also filthy, hair all over the place and little puddles of water. They have a little stove that is old and rusty. Same with stool: rusty. There is a couch that is in tatters. They just threw a white sheet over it. And the bath towels nicely folded on the bed? Dirty I do not understand how this place is even offered for bookings as it is unacceptable!
• Kayla (6/5): It was good for the price we paid but missing some kitchen/bathroom supplies. - The flat was a good price for London and included a kitchen which was ideal for saving money on food. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for storage of clothes, luggage and other items, as well as ice stocked in the freezer compartment. One of the powerpoints didn't work, there was no spatula, teatowel, oven trays, tongs, bathmat and various other things you would expect in a flat that comes with a kitchen and bathroom. The window was broken so kept blowing open during the night. While the hosts were accommodating of our early check-in, they didn't arrive until half an hour after the agreed-upon check-in time, leaving us waiting in the rain to get in.

El mini frigo funcionaba bien. Hay un calefactor que calienta la habitación rápido. La habitación estaba sucia, sobre todo el aseo. Nos dejaron 2 toallas para los 4 días que estuvimos, se hubiera agradecido una más al menos. Los utensilios de cocina podrían estar más limpios y bien cuidados. Los electrodomésticos son muy viejos y sucios.

Room was warm enough even though the weather wasn’t very cold. Spacious room. Bathroom had good potential if proper maintenance was carried out. The flooring was not properly cleaned. The shower set in the bathroom was rusty. Even though the booking was for two adults, only one towel was provided. Kitchen chairs were dusty. An empty dishwashing soap bottle was left instead of a filled one. Curtains were worn and had visible tears. The bathroom floor had hair left from previous guests, which was very unhygienic.
