Michael (8/5): - The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The room and bathroom were clean. Bathtub floor had a nice grainy texture that reduces slips in the shower. The only thing I didn't care for was the very strong scent of room deodorizer (coconut oil) that was present in the room. Strong enough to bring on a headache. Possibly sprayed so heavy to cover up something from the previous occupant. Overall a good stay but a little over priced in my opinion.
Michael (6/5): Going downhill unfortunately - Hotel is very clean, but starting to show signs of neglect. Staff gets annoyed if you make a request. At the time of the reservation, I requested the rooms as close as possible. The person that checked us in huffed and barked that they were full and this was how it was going to be. I asked if we could change one of the room types to get closer together and he refused to even look. TVs are flaky - it was an ordeal that involved pulling the plug out of the back of the TV and waiting on it to load again. Power went completely out in one of our rooms, tried to call the front neck, no answer - went down, felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. They did reset the breaker but never followed up or checked on us. The breakfast staff started rushing people out, walking around and loudly telling guests they were shutting breakfast down and we needed to get what we wanted. Overall not the experience we’ve had with this hotel in the past.

midwestDee (10/5): Great 1 night stay! - My husband & I had a 1 night stay in June,2025. We were traveling with our daughter and grandsons (had 2 rooms). This is a really nice Fairfield Inn & Suites. The rooms are great. The bathroom was spacious and they are generous with clothing hooks (thanks!). The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was great and Housekeeping is definitely doing a great job. The breakfast area is large and well kept. The food was good (potatoes, scrambled eggs, spinach quiche and sausage links. There was a variety of cereal, fruit, and a good selection of packaged bakery items. My daughter was disappointed at the lack of a waffle maker. The attendant made sure the area was spotless, and everything refilled again as needed, I appreciate that they had a covered sitting area across from the entrance. There is an elevator and a good supply of luggage carts. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area.
Steven (8/5): - Hotel located very conveniently off of I-75 in London, KY. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Numerous fast food and a very good selection of sit down restaurants near the hotel. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and extras. Overall a very nice place.

Bucksaver (6/5): So so - Very clean hotel, great breakfast, great service. The big negative is the shower water flow is less than you get at the lavatory. Less water flow and it takes twice as long to take a shower. After a long day on the road I look for a great shower with lots of water.

dpurcelld (10/5): Above and beyond - This hotel was one if the best we have ever stayed in. We were traveling home from Florida, got caught up in a snow and ice storm in the middle of Ky. Along with several other drivers. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate all of us who had no reservation and was just trying to get off the road. Gave us a good rate, food and water if they could( all restaurants closed). The Fairfield Inn will be my go to hotel in the future.

Joyce (10/5): Comfy - Such a friendly guy at check in. Mattress a little soft for my back. Nice soft pillow not too thick. Some bathroom baseboard tile could use repair so all looks uniform. Wish places would offer bar and simple food so after long drive going to a restaurant isn't necessary.
124toria (4/5): Not the best :) - My classmate and I are from Knoxville, TN. We take nursing classes in Corbin Kentucky and currently doing a clinical rotation at Rockcastle. We have never been around this area and looked into many hotels that would be close to our clinical site. This is our second stay here and last week 10/9/24 we stayed we had a really good experience. The room was very clean, staff were very nice and good on the go breakfast options on our way out the door. This week 10/16/24 we are back. Experience didn’t start out well. Got checked in staff was still very nice and told us to let them know if we needed anything. We get all of our things to the room get our school stuff out to do paperwork for clinicals and study for an exam. I ALWAYS check my bed before sitting on it. It wouldn’t matter where I stayed. Checked the bed hairs and brown crumbs in the bed by the pillows. Of course I called the front desk, I asked if someone could just come change out the bedding that it didn’t look clean. My friend and I went to the lobby to let housekeeping come in and do what they had to and not be in their way, before leaving I remembered a friend of mine that worked as a manager in housekeeping said she always marked the bed sheets to make sure her employees were doing their job. Grabbed a pen a made a tiny mark on both sides of the sheet and we went on down. I asked front desk to let me know when they were done. Got done came back up and what do you know markings still there and they either vacuumed the crumbs off or swept them off. I called the front desk and say hey room *** again I don’t mean to be a bother and complain but I thought you said housekeeping came and he said they did and told me they changed out the bed. I said well I know they didn’t because I marked my sheets on the bed to ensure they were replaced. Housekeeping came back up immediately and we stayed in the room this time to ensure they were changed. The housekeepers were both very sweet but still doesn’t make up for paying and already making this drive from Knoxville to potentially lay in a dirty bed. Next after all said and done and getting paperwork and studying done. My friend goes to shower- dirty rag in the SHOWER still. She comes out and says you are gonna die and shows me and throws it away. IF YOU STAY HERE CHECK YOUR ROOM. Front desk wouldn’t move us rooms due to being fully booked OR we would of requested another room. We thought this was the best hotel on exit 41 but now not so certain, just raising awareness to always check your rooms. As to people take short cuts and don’t realize how nasty it is to not clean a room good before your next PAYING CUSTOMER. As to we are already broke nursing students we thought we were paying for a good place to stay! We have one more clinical day we have to stay up this way and will definitely look into other options :)

Sheryl (4/5): - Breakfast was great and so was staff. However Room wasn’t quiet—We could hear the folks in the rooms above and around us thru walls/ceiling. Room was clean except there was some mold in shower pan so we did not use it. Additionally even tho sign said No Pets (which was one of reasons we selected this property) someone brought their dog into room and it was barking for about 30 min.

TravelerCentralFLA (10/5): A Nice Comfortable Hotel - My wife and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn on our drive home from Kentucky. The hotel is in a convenient location near I-75. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. It was the standard continental breakfast at hotels of this category. We enjoyed our stay.

bonnie107 (10/5): Spectacularly clean! - What a nice place. The lobby and sleeping rooms were fresh and vibrant. The bed was comfortable and the shower was perfect with glass doors that sparkled! Front desk clerk was hospitable as were the people working the breakfast buffet (which was standard fare). This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and the hotel staff seems to really care about customer experience.

I sat outside the front desk for over 5 mins and could hear her in the office gossiping with a friend. I knocked on the door and said hello and was ignored. Issue didn’t get resolved for over 20 min. We were almost late to my uncles funeral due to not having lights to get ready

chrisjY2226JX (8/5): Great but highest prices - I didn't visit in 2023, I came here in 2021. It's just you can't pick before 2023 and it's required! Too expensive, but amazing place to be. Out of all, this is the best. Place is beautiful and right in town off I-75. Sucks that I went during COVID. Food places around here good. If you do not like sketchy motels, come here (it's just more expensive).
ronni2010 (10/5): Highly recommend - Travelling to Florida on New Year’s Eve, I called the hotel to check availability. I was surprised when the call was answered by a friendly voice “Blake” he was helpful, advised he would hold a room for us, however he would not be at the hotel when he arrived but would have “ Nate” help us at check in. Nate was also friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, king suite spacious, large breakfast area with a good selection and a friendly attendant.
Rosa (10/5): - Have stayed here twice now, last time was about 2 1/2 years ago and still a good experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Only issue was fridge it froze all our food and beverages. Otherwise will continue stay at this property.

497pennyw (10/5): Excellent hotel to stay - This hotel is an excellent place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area are always clean. They keep the breakfast stocked. Kim's staff does an excellent job (Sharon, Candace, Stephanie, Nate, and others). They are friendly and helpful. We stay here a least three times a year (8 to 9 nights) on our way and from Gatlinburg. .
Crystal (10/5): - It was probably one of the cleanest most beautiful hotels I have ever been in. I loved my stayed. However, on the comfort side it could definite be improved. I was very surprised that at such a nice hotel the comfort level was not up to the level of the appearance of the hotel. The bed was extremely hard. I don't know if you have to request a soft bed but mine was extra extra firm. The only seating in the room was an uncomfortable chair and a desk chair. You need a big comfy chair in the rooms and the one in there was not that. People want to lounge and relax in the evening when they come back to their hotel room. The hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Great place the only thing I would change is the comfort of the bed and chairs in the room.

House keeping is top notch. a/c works great. The STAFF is amazing. Special shout out to Nate, Blake and Nolan for going above and beyond expectations. Our group (I think it was 23 rooms) appreciated the extra coffee for our evening chats and card games. Great value. Great breakfast too. (CEliacs…there were GLUTEN FRee muffins as well as fruits) Many of us who are not GF, enjoyed eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal and sausage, I hear the bacon was great too.

The staff (Kim, Sharon, Denise, Candace, Stephanie and the two young gentlemen) was very friendly and always helpful. The staff are always professional. Our room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast area and lobby are always clean. The breakfast is great and is always supplied. We stay here three or four times a year and have never had a bad experience.

The staff are always warm and welcoming, the building is well kept and clean. Pillows are always soft. Staff works with me to always get me a room that suits my needs. Sharon and Stephanie are the absolute best and are my family while staying there.
Janny0813 (6/5): The service was “meh” at best - The service was mediocre “meh” at best. The desk staff were young and didn’t provide the type of service I expect from a Marriott property. No special greeting as a Platinum Elite customer. The power went out in the room overnight. In the morning when we called the desk, the woman said, okay I’ll flip the switch. No apology.
Blweikle (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Our stay was perfect. Kim and her staff (Sharon, Candace, Martina, Joey, Stephanie and other staff) made our stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area was kept clean. The breakfast was great and kept stocked. Everyone was like family to us because we have been coming here about three or four times a year since it opened. We have gotten to know them well.

DaveP529 (8/5): Good room - This hotel is the standard Fairfield inn and was well located just off the highway with a Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door. Our room was a good size and we liked the large walk in shower. It would have been nicer if there was more water pressure. The breakfast was the typical Fairfield Inn breakfast with inedible waffles and tasteless running scrambled eggs. Unfortunately this seems to be the case with breakfast across this chain. Good stay, skip the breakfast.

travelcritics2022 (10/5): Fabulous place to stay - This is a fabulously well-maintained clean hotel with a friendly staff. If you’re sensitive to noise ask that you be located on the opposite side of the hotel away from the trampoline facility next-door. Rooms on that side will experience ceaseless drumbeats until 10 PM each night.
charlie (10/5): - Everything was great except the breakfast. Not a large selection and my wife got a waffle and it was cold.

Jeffrey (8/5): - The hotel is very poorly insulated. We could hear everything going on in the next room. Made for a very poor night’s sleep. Shower was great. Food OK.
Carolyn (8/5): Overall outstanding - The hotel/room was exceptionally clean but the on-line ck in process was useless as I requested extra towels and the request was ignored. Also the mobile key did not work for the exterior doors. My husband wasn’t impressed with the breakfast as it was more a simple continental offering. Staff was great!!!

Verified traveler (2/5): Stay Elsewhere In London - The room was nothing special when the rate was double everything else in London. I had to request a new tv remote after changing the batteries, and it still did not work. It was not the front desk agent's fault, but still, at the high rate, you would have expected better amenities. Soap and bathroom amenities were sparse and cheap - along with the towels. You could tell things in the bathroom had been cheapened with the dispensers being moved out of the shower. I did not even chance the breakfast based on the rest of the stay being a nightmare. The proprietor was even too careless to make the parking lot safe for parking and was also a hazard with the winter weather that was days old. Was this really a Marriott?
William (10/5): - When we got to the room the temprrature was 79 degrees. We had to turn on the air conditioning because it was so uncomfortable.

He spoke so softly under his mask we could barely here him and he seemed annoyed when I had to ask him questions about breakfast, etc. He definitely could have used more training in politeness and common courtesy. The hotel itself was good. We just stayed the night while traveling.
Karen (10/5): Great Stay! - Our stay was short but wow very impressive. I don’t believe I have ever had a more friendly checkin process. She was kind, friendly and professional. We had a good breakfast. The breakfast area was well taken care of and clean. The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. The room was nice, felt clean and had everything we needed.

Michael (2/5): Covid not a priority - When checking in, the attendant was not masked. Therefore, I asked whether or not she was vaccinated, and she replied that she was not. I found this preposterous, especially given the big 4th wave spike of infections and deaths currently in Kentucky. Although I am vaccinated, I am still taking precautions so I do not inadvertently spread the disease. Further, my sister-in-law's sister had just died from it two weeks previous. The staff told me Kentucky does not require masks, so employees have the choice. However, I looked up Marriott's policy, and they do require all employees use personal protective devices. As a result, I will never again stay at a Fairfield Inn establishment. It is unclear whether or not I will stay at other Marriott businesses.
Brian (10/5): - Glad we stayed here. Clean, very updated rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Debra (4/5): - We had a rocky start.. Joey put us in a very nice room next to the electrical room .. it sound like a dryer with a ball in it.. we ask for quieter room and he replied he had one left at the end of the hall again 1 st floor next to the exit door.. Joey was very short with words upon request no apologies. According to website there was plenty rooms.. hotel is very nice needs to work on customer service.
