• Franca (10/5): Gemütlich, sauber, freundliches/ zuvorkommendes Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück, Preisleistung Top - Das Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt. Wir hatten ein kleineres Zimmer. Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Kissen waren für unsere Bedürfnisse ein wenig zu flach, aber dies ist Geschmacksache. Das Frühstück war super. Gab verschiedene Säfte, Milch, Ovo, Kaffee.... alles was das Herz begehrt. An den Tisch kriegten wir ein kleines Tablet mit Wurst/ Käse, Konfi, Butter und div. Brote/ Gipfeli/ Züpfe. Am Buffet, gab es dann noch div. Joghurt's, Müesli, Konfi's, div. Käse und Eier. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Unsere Zimmer lag auf der Seite des Hauses und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Teppich und die Grösse war ausreichend aber eher kleiner. Dafür hatten wir ein grosses Badezimmer mit einer grossen, sauberen Dusche. Was im Badezimmer fehlt, wäre ein Schränkchen und Ablagen um Hygiene Artikel zu verstauen. Hatte nur den Spiegelschrank. Aber als Frau, bräuchte es mehr Platz.

Je ne mange pas de salé mais on m’en a apporté, on ne peux pas choisir sa confiture ni le type de pain. Je pense que ne pas laisser de choix peut générer du gaspillage de ce qui est servi mais pas mangé et c’est regrettable. La télécommande de la télévision dans ma chambre ne fonctionnait qu’en étant à 1 mètre du poste. Pas très pratique …

• Kimberley Müller (9/5): Great find in a cosy part of town - This was a great find! It is about a 7 minute walk from the center of town, and there had been a lot of snow when I visited, so the setting was beautiful. It is close to the Gemmi telecabin and only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to the Torrent telecabin. When I arrived, the staff provided me with a card which allowed me to use the bus for free and to get a discount for the thermal baths, which was great. There is also a ski room provided below the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was nice, with many options. My room was large and warm, with lots of storage. There was also a clothes drying rack, which is often missing and so underrated, especially after having spent all day in the snow in wet clothes! When I was skiing, the staff refreshed and tidied the room, which was a nice thing to come back to. I would come back!

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage nach unseren Wünschen. Ebenfalls mit unserem grossen Hund war der Aufenthalt gut zu händeln. • Dilan (6/5): Wir danken herzlich für den Aufenthalt, ausser das kalte Zimmer, gefiel und alles und wir fühlten uns wohl und sicher. K - Das Zimmer war sehr sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da merkt man, wie viel Hygiene ausmacht. Danke dafür, dass man in einem gepflegten Zimmer schlafen durfte. Des Weiteren war die Rezeption sehr behilflich und hat alles genau erklärt. Wir erhielten auch Rabatt fürs Schwimmen etc. Parkplätze bisschen umständlich aber auch in Ordnung. Man konnte bei Problem sich immer wieder melden, fand ich sehr schön und bin dafür dankbar. Eindeutig das kalte Zimmer, mussten noch zusätzlich eine Heizung bitten. Das Zimmer hat eigentlich Bodenheizung, was jedoch nicht funktionierte. Beim Frühstück könnte noch verschiedenes hergerichtet werden, hatte das Gefühl, dass es irgendwie zu wenig war. Z.B mehr Confiauswahl oder mehr Käseauswahl.

Quiet place and secured parking. Delicious breakfast and helpful friendly staff. We were also given discounts to the Burgerbad thermal baths. We will come again for sure.

• Diego (10/5): Agradable fin de semana de relax - Me gusto mucho lo bien ubicado que esta. Es cierto, que esta un poco lejos (10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad) pero tiene unas vistas increibles. Es ideal para dormir bien despues de un duro dia de esqui o de disfrutar en las termas. Se encuentra en lo alto de una pendiente. Asi que hay que llevar buenas botas si se quiere subir y no resbalarse. Es la unica pega que le veo, pero no es un problema porque mucha gente va a disfrutar ahi de la nieve.

• Seaside533217 (10/5): A perfect choice of hotel in Leukerbad. - We had a lovely few days in Leukerbad and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Beau-Sejour. The staff were wonderful and the spacious, comfortable and spotless rooms had a superb view towards the mountains and a partial view over village. The breakfast was abundant and the location excellent.

• Claire (9/5): Très bon séjour d’une nuit dans un hôtel confortable - Accueil agréable, grande chambre et grande salle de bains, pas de bruit, excellent état de propreté, lits confortables. Jolie vue malgré une exposition sur le côté du bâtiment. Bon petit déjeuner. Tout était bien. Si je devais faire une remarque, elle concernerait le petit déjeuner qui aurait pu être un peu plus varié (pas d’œufs au plat, choix de pains servis d’office sur un plateau) mais qui était quand même bien et surtout largement suffisant.
