Great and affordable eating places all around, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they make an ok breakfast which is great value for money and all in all a nice, budget option. Guest friendly Dont expect it to be modern or 3 star. This is a budget place that provides you with what you need and please dont book thr fan room as Thailand is always hot so it will be difficult but if you, ask the staff if you can upgrade.

Room was very comfortable and clean with nice balcony and garden. Location was excellent. Everything was perfect for us. But people should be aware that the guesthouse is in the middle of the bar district and some people might not like this.

Vraiment rien a dire Je conseil quand même la chambre avec balcon car vraiment top et pour le prix ca les vaut largement. Ben.....peut être le bruit léger des bars jusque 1h maximum mais pas du tout gênant car en dehord

Huone oli hiljainen, vaikka hotelli on hyvin vilkkaalla alueella. Aamiainen ei ollut kovin hyvä. Hotelli sijaitsee ”punaisten lyhtyjen” ja meluisten baarien alueella. Ei sovellu lapsiperheille.

• Chia Chuang (9/5): Comfortable stay. - One street away from the noisy walking (bar) street, but still a number of bars near the entrance to the hotel; my room (12) and another, also with balcony were peaceful as they are right at the rear of the hotel compound, slept well! Convenient location for food, drinks, beach etc, room was clean and comfortable.

Ma compagne est rentrée le lendemain et la chambre était relouée. La caution ne m'a pas été redonner et alors que j'ai rendu la clé le matin le check inn n'a pas été fait. Seul le personnel de ménage est sympa. Ménage fait sur demande vraiment pas au top du tout! Établissement que je ne recommande pas 👎

• Jule1603 (8/5): Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Das Zimmer ist für einen Familien-Kurzurlaub oder Einzelpersonen ausreichend gross. Die Dusche lies sich gut temperieren. Pflegeprodukte waren grosszügig vorhanden. Kühlschrank, Wasser und Kaffeepulver sowie ein Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt inmitten des Vergnügungsviertel "Binthabath"! Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars, Taxis usw in der Nähe des Hotels. Frühstück kann im Speiseraum oder einer kleinen Terrasse eingenommen werden. Das Restaurant ist ganztägig geöffnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN ist gut. Check In und Check Out problemlos! Das Bad könnte etwas grösser sein. Es ist Platz für 1 Person. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Die Steckdosen (3) befinden sich nicht in Bettnähe. Man sollte ein langes Powerkabel dabei haben.
• Álvarez Castillo (9/5): - lugar muy limpio y con buena ubicación, cerca del centro turistico y de la playa me quedé en 2 habitaciones, la primera la cama estaba un poco suelta y sonaba y el colchon no era tan cómodo ya que era un poco duro. La segunda habitación era un poco más pequeña pero sin duda mucho más comoda y el baño más grande. tenia una ventana grande que entraba mucha luz natural.

A dog around your feet all the time . Staff asleep on 2 occasions when I wanted to ask something . But we’re helpful when awake , especially the lady that spoke English . First night , no air con and no sleep. Paid 200 baht extra to make it tolerable to breathe in my room . No daylight or fresh air . Location slap bang in the middle of the bars and all the things that go with it, my fault as I wanted central but it in the midst of that I’m afraid . Liked Hua Hin, just not there !!!
