- Natalia (10/5): Más que un hostal — personas que hacen la diferencia - Reservamos este hotel de urgencia a las 21:00, cansados y bastante frustrados después de que otro alojamiento se negara a respetar el precio confirmado en Booking. Fue una decisión de último minuto… y terminó siendo lo mejor que nos pudo pasar. El equipo respondió de inmediato, nos recibió sin problemas y encontró una habitación perfecta para nosotros. Inicialmente íbamos a quedarnos 4 noches — terminamos quedándonos más de una semana. No fue solo el hotel lo que nos conquistó, sino las personas. El staff fue increíblemente amable y cercano. Nos ayudaron a planificar actividades, reservar tours, nos explicaron la ciudad y hasta nos invitaron a cenar con amigos y nos llevaron a vivir el carnaval desde dentro. Gracias a ellos, Cusco dejó de ser solo un destino y se convirtió en una experiencia humana. La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno muy bueno, la cocina compartida es práctica, todo está siempre limpio y seguro (recepción cerrada y personal presente en todo momento). En relación calidad-precio, superó todas nuestras expectativas. Este tipo de servicio y calidez humana es lo que realmente impulsa el turismo y lo que deja huella en el corazón. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Muy, muy recomendable.
