- Andre (8/5): - The staff members: Joseph, Amber, Mohammed and Linda were extremely attentive, polite, professional and helpful. All of them really made my stay and I would gladly stay at this accommodation in part because of them. I really appreciate their attention to detail and kindness. It was my first time in the US and I will remember how they made me feel forever. They helped me with anything I wanted or needed. Thank you all so much! Also the hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff were polite. Good gym. The chicken burger served at the restaurant was really poor, I had to send it back, sorry! The sound insulation in the rooms was also not so good.

Me gustó mucho el hotel (las instalaciones) pero el personal del servicio al cliente tiene un pésimo pésimo pésimo servicio excepto, Amir y una joven latina que tienen aveces. Los demás tratan la gente como animales y da mucha pena por que el lugar vale mucho la pena , tenía un arreglo que me regalaron y le sacaron más de la mitad de las rosas que tenía el arreglo y luego me tocó ver mis rosas en un carrito de limpieza que la tenían de adorno sin por lo menos pedírmelas a mi y se las hubiera regalado . Es vergüenza por que se supone que entran a limpiar no a tomar las cosas ( pides limpieza y las hacen un día después) mis lentes se quedaron en la recepción donde está su computadora y también desaparecieron mis lentes , ( lentes Gucci ) que raro que no aparecieron pero tampoco hicieron un intento por ver que pasó. Te hacen cargos a tu tarjeta que luego ellos no saben explicar que pasó ni por qué te cobraron el dinero . Ven a este hotel por primera vez y es un lugar bonito pero con pésimo servicio. Si eres latino y vienes a este lugar piénsalo bien por que es posible que te traten diferente a los demás solo por que si .

- Kacey (10/5): It was exactly what we needed. - The staff were so friendly. My husband and I got away for a night because we have a newborn at home and we're TIRED! we loved that there was a bar- we enjoyed a few drinks, ordered some food and slept so well. Only issue was our TV remote wasnt working well. The OK button didn't work but honestly, it was ok. We watched a movie on our phone and fell asleep.

- Pamela (2/5): - The hotel and the staff was very nice, but were unable to control the noise that went on TWO NIGHTS outs of the three that i stayed. The staff did not control the amount of noise coming from the hallways and above. Their were kids running up and down the hall. I did not sleep more than 3 hours on Friday night and less than that on Saturday. The amount of yelling, running, and people yelling were so loud and did not stop either night until after 2:00 a.m.!

Good was really nice…bathroom a little dirty but overall room was nice. Bathroom overall was less to be desired. Toilet looks plastic and shower smelled like mold a bit.
- Marsha (7/5): The whole stay was good - The staffs were very polite and helpful. The hotel is quiet and its in a ok location. The mall is on the opposite side of the road but you will have to take an uber to get over there which cost roughly $10.00. Loads of food shop and loads of store for shopping spree. The flooring on the carpet it needs changing as soon as you open the door you can smell it. The chairs are also fabric and they need cleaning or best to change them to leathers. The breakfast cost $12 for a meal, I think we could benefit from buffet breakfast.

- Jon (8/5): Good hotel but not great. - Hotel was very comfortable, clean rooms and great bed. Noisy rooms on either side and above. You could hear people walking above and banging next door. The shower was just adequate, just enough water to have a shower.

Unfortunately on the second night we arrived late and my 2 year old came off the bed it was about 12 ran to the bathroom when next thing I have the room phone ringing then there were knocking at the door. Apparently we wrecked disturbing the guest downstairs. The hotel did say 2 years old and over was ok. Then on the last day we checked out unfortunately we didn’t check the sheets and we left behide my sons Mickey Mouse that he sleeps and goes everywhere with it. I called the hotel twice apparently it wasn’t there I spoke to the manager and asked please to ask housekeeping and nothing. I told to please let the manager of housekeeping to give me a call. I’m still waiting for a call. He’s had it since we was 6 months I’m asking to please if someone took it by mistake to please return it.

However, we picked this hotel because the information online about the hotel says that it has a hot tub in addition to the pool, which was a disappointment. This information needs to be corrected.

We would of stayed somewhere that had the above features, (we are not happy) Also we ordered food from the restaurant and waited a half hour after ordering to be told the cook was late and had not arrived yet. I've traveled for 25 years and never had such a bad experience!!

- Abdulmajid (2/5): - I had a truly unacceptable experience at this hotel, which forced me to cancel my stay and leave early. The overall conditions were deplorable. The bed was infested with bed bugs, mold was present, and the air filters were extremely dirty. The towels provided were so rough they felt more like sandpaper than linens. The bathrooms were in horrible condition, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the rooms and hallways, making the environment unbearable. Because of these issues, I could not continue my stay and had no choice but to check out immediately.

We had ants by coffee machine in our room. Ice machine not working on Second Floor (did not check other floors).

We were there for only 8 hours At check-in I was told there is a great hot breakfast only to find out you have to pay for it, even the coffee. For a $260 room you should at the least have complementary fresh coffee. Not the in the room coffee.

But the hotel is okay but not worth all this stress. - The indian women was very beautiful who was working as the staff Theh charged me two times on my Jetblue card and then when I got to the hotel the guy asked to use a card and I gave him the debit card. then he sees they I was charged three times for the stay! I had outlets sticking out of the walls, the outlets that were not sticking out did not work, refrigerator was not and did not get cold, the pool was green as there were 60 plus children that wanted to swim, the ice machines did not work, there were no containers of milk to purchase as I said there were 60 plus children and they sell cereal in the “market”, the rooms had a horrible odor smelling like perspiration, the cleaning staff took dirty towels and did not replace them, I can continue but do I need too The room was horrible. I had outlets sticking out of walls, the outlets that were not sticking out didn’t work and the refrigerator was not and did not get cold, the pool was green as there were 60 plus children that wanted to swim, the ice machines did not work, there were no containers of milk to purchase as I said there were 60 plus children and they were selling cereal in the “ market “, the rooms had a terrible perspiration odor, the cleaning staff came in took dirty towels and never replaced them with clean towels, the staff was knocking on my door at 7 am on my final morning in which I was not appropriate to open the door and my checkout was not until 11 am. I also am having a problem with the front desk charging 2 credit cards for my stay
- eddyy993 (2/5): By Far the Worst Experience – Deeply Disappointed as a Marriott Member - Just Terrible! As a long-time Marriott Bonvoy member, I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, this stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We were traveling with our baby, and the experience was beyond stressful. A loud party which, according to the front desk, was supposed to end by 10 PM, continued until 1 AM. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every word, every laugh, and the TV noise from neighboring rooms. Our baby couldn’t sleep, and neither could we. We were completely exhausted by morning. I contacted the front desk multiple times hoping for help, but all they did was ask the guests to lower the volume. No effort was made to actually end the party or enforce the stated quiet hours. I also requested a room change due to the noise and poor conditions, but was told it wasn’t possible. The room itself was another disappointment: - Blood stains and hair on the bedding—absolutely unsanitary. - A shower with barely any water pressure. - Bugs and even a small cockroach in the bathroom and on the carpet. (see pictures) To top it off, the emergency exit door near our room was broken and left wide open all night—a serious safety issue. (see pictures) This stay was a total waste of time, money, and peace of mind. I’ve trusted Marriott for years, but this experience has made me question that loyalty. This property is far below standard, and I will absolutely not be returning. Marriott should be seriously concerned about what’s happening here.
