- Catherine (10/5): Theatre Weekend - Nathan and his staff were friendly and very helpful. There's parking available and the facilities and nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Having a rear room was a bonus as it was nice and quiet, even with the window open. The service at breakfast is excellent. We never had to wait for a thing but never felt rushed. I'd definitely stay here again. It's a great location, especially if you are going to the Theatre. There's nothing we can say that we didn't like!

The beautiful view across the road of the Irish Sea from our bedroom window, the location was just what we wanted, still in view of the Llandudno sea front, but a more quiet and less busy vista. The lovely guest house was very clean and breakfast was fresh, hot and perfect. Nothing.

- Stephen (10/5): Peaceful one night stay. - We stayed for one night in a sea view room The check in was simple and the host was extremely friendly and explained the parking options. The room itself was perfect. Absolutely spotless with tea, coffee,hot chocolate, milk and complimentary biscuits. A fantastic view and two window chairs. A nice touch was a pair of binoculars to look out to sea. We slept well on a really comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The shower was great with a rainfall option. In the morning we had a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options that we ate in a lovely breakfast room with a sea view. We couldn't rate the Kendrick more highly. The host was so helpful. One of the most relaxing stays we have had in a hotel. It was perfect and we will definitely stay again. Nothing. We could not fault it.

- Philip (10/5): Perfect short break - Perfect location on the sea front, far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to walk into the centre with ease. A lovely welcoming property, extremely clean and tidy. Everything you could want in a small hotel. We stayed in room 2 at the front with a perfect sea view. Although it's on the main road, we didn't find it noisy and slept with the window open. Breakfast, a full English, was always piping hot and there was a good selection of other breakfast items. Can't praise the place enough for how clean it was. There's clean, then there's Kendrick clean! It's definitely somewhere we'd consider returning to and would recommend. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Also it had everything that we needed for making refreshments, and to our surprise if had a fridge for our use. Nathan, our host was friendly and helpful, he is also a good cook with breakfast being a real treat. There is parking around the back of the property, and also on street parking. Can't think of anything The owner Nathan, was friendly and helpful.

- michelle (9/5): Very comfortable stay and would return again. - Room was lovely. The room was spotless and well equipped as had a little fridge, bottled water, tea/coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate. There was a hairdryer supplied as well. Bathroom was clean and although compact it was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable, great night sleep. The feather bedding was a treat and we slept really well. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful advising regarding parking. Purely from personal choice I prefer not to pre-order breakfast however understand how this assists with the breakfast service and as such is not a criticism of The Kendrick.

- Graham (10/5): A lovely break away! - We were greeted by Nathan who was a charming and friendly host. The hotel is located just far enough away from the pier so that you have peace and quiet. It is well decorated and well equipped and the breakfast was freshly cooked and served just as you arrived in the dining room. Faultless. There was nothing to dislike.

Just a short 20-min walk to the centre of town along the seafront - perfect for walking off a meal on the way back. We'll definitely be back.
