- Reel Travel With Janet (10/5): - One of my most fave stays. What a wonderful property! I loved the bright pillows on the comfy couch. From the moment you walk in it feels safe and upscale yet do not pay upscale prices. I love that it had a full kitchen table! I loved the water art feature by the elevators too! I did not expect a full fridge and two stove top burners! BONUSES! The square footage of 699 was ample room! My son always appreciates a desk and comfortable office chair to do his gaming so SCORE there too! So normally when a kitchen is provided, you don't get a breakfast in the lobby. THEY DO THAT! Breakfast is included in your stay! What!? I know right!! This'll be the first time that I had a kitchen and was offered complimentary breakfast in the lively and comfy lobby area.

- naureen (4/5): - Disappointing Stay – Cleanliness Standards Not Met I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Marriott Bonvoy property. Upon check-in, I found the room in an unacceptable condition: the kitchen had trash left behind, the pull-out bed was unmade with cushions scattered on the floor, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and a side lamp was broken. This experience did not align with Marriott’s ‘Commitment to Clean’ initiative, which emphasizes rigorous cleaning protocols and guest room sanitation .  As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I chose this hotel expecting the high standards the brand promises. Unfortunately, the lack of proper housekeeping and maintenance fell short of those expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to uphold the quality and cleanliness standards that guests anticipate from Marriott properties.
- Tori (10/5): - We travel a lot and are not brand specific when it comes to the hotel usually booking the hotel for convenience to our destination, amenities or other reasons. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has made me want to become loyal to residence Inn by Marriott. We booked 2 accessible suites for 3 nights each and this hotel checked every box. A hot breakfast in the morning, indoor pool with a pool chair left. The rooms were clean and spacious and well stocked with personal items, including dish soap and dish dishwasher liquid as we had a full kitchen. The staff at 4 o’clock in the morning, 1 o’clock in the afternoon or 11 o’clock at night, no matter who it was, was more than helpful always greeting you with a smile. The location for us was perfect as we were visiting family in Fairview. And that entire area was very walkable with an abundance of eating and shopping things close by.

It had built up grease and food all over the stove top and oven door not only being filthy but giving off an odor of dirty disgusting grease. The floors were filthy. I didn’t even want my suitcase on the floor. And once I decided to try to just sleep and get out of there, my night stand right next to my bed was filthy dirty. The handle on the night stand had some dirty build up all over it making it unbearable. I called the front desk telling them the conditions and saying I was leaving could I please get a refund for the rest of my stay? They refused. They would not even give me a refund for my 2nd and 3rd night with the 24 and 48 hour notice. The refrigerator as well as the freezer smelled horrific. And the people across the hall appeared to be living there permanently. I had to leave immediately due to the filth and due to the fact that I am a female traveling with my 2 young daughters, for my safety. I spent 0 nights at this establishment. I had to rent an entirely different hotel. I reached out to Expedia and they did nothing for me. Expedia should look at the hotel before they give it a review or before the rent it to a hard working individual whom ended up being ripped off for $70o dollars. Shame on you Expedia, shame on you both for not caring whatsoever about your customers, their happiness, their safety, and their wellbeing.Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been overcharged for

She saw to my needs of a handicapped room and followed up to see that we were satisfied!! Personalized care not usually seen at most hotels!! Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!! Breakfast was delicious!!! I think Gabby deserves 5 gold stars!! Thank you!!

Had to endure tv and heating and air not working. Thermostat not functioning correctly. Even one of 2 elevators not working part of the time. We’re told no service personnel on site to make necessary repairs. Breakfast area crowded and offered little variety daily.

Was given a reposes email stating that the rooms would be joining and at time of check in the rooms weren't available and to top it all off you refunded my money to booking.com and they never reimbursed. I was charged for incidentals for both rooms twice and still haven't been refunded. I'll never book a room with you guys again....

From the moment I arrived, the general manager, Mr. Donnelly was so kind and professional. He was knowledgeable about the area, local restaurants, stores etc. The room itself was more spacious than I imagined and was impeccably clean, stocked and comfortable. The property is pet friendly, and had fantastic space to walk with our two dogs. I cannot say enough good about our stay. This will be our ONLY choice to stay when in the DFW area. Our family is spread out from Azle to Commerce- and we were accessible enough to invite several family to come visit. The large, well designed room made it easy to visit with 4 adults, 2 small children and two dogs. The only thing I could complain about- if I just HAD to complain- the elevators are really slow. That’s the only tiny, insignificant issue I could possibly come up with
- S7241SXbradc (8/5): Nice hotel/good location - The hotel is located in a good area. A lot of restaurants around along with a grocery near. The exterior is well kept and maintained. The rooms are a little dated and need some upkeep. We had to change rooms after check in because the lights between the beds didn't work. The lights in the new room worked, but one of the reading lights had been pulled or taken off. It was nice having the bedroom area and plenty of room. The couch wasn't too comfortable to sit and we put pillows under us to prevent sinking. The breakfast was as good as I have had in a hotel. They did change the hot meals each morning. The only drawback is that the English Muffins were old and hard. Once you got them apart and ran through the toaster they didn't taste too bad. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.
- U161LXtheresag (10/5): Our week-long stay was very comfortable - The staff are friendly and helpful; the hot breakfast is amazing, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but not hard to find with good GPS. That also means we heard NO road noise. Centrally located between McKinney and Allen. We did not have a hang tag for our door to let housekeeping know to replace towels, so we just popped downstairs to retrieve them ourselves. And put the trash bags in the hall, but did not have replacement liners. The dishwasher in the room was disappointingly out of order, but the supplied liquid dish soap came in handy. It is pet friendly. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to stay again.

WiFi is sometimes a bit hard to connect, but otherwise good. Clean, good furniture. Occasional barking dog, but you change rooms. Breakfast is nice. I enjoy staying here. Near lots of good places to shop and eat.

- Shelia (10/5): Overall our stay was nice quiet and peaceful - The facility was very clean and has a nice view when entering the front lobby , each morning breakfast was hot fresh and ready with varieties of food choices. The only problems I experienced was the pillows were very thin not so comfortable I had to used three pillows to adjust my head and the furniture in the rooms needs updating .

- Verified traveler (2/5): The smell of pee is everywhere - Customer service is horrible. They are not helpful. There is a smell of pee everywhere you go. This is a pet friendly hotel, so that would explain the smell. The room is nice. Feels like an apartment. Beware, your keycard may not work at some exterior doors. Lastly, you will not receive a refund on your nights if you have to leave early. Additionally, the manager is rarely available to discuss any issues, such as early departure.

- Greg (8/5): - As a mobility impaired guest, I stayed in a handicapped room. Three minor complaints. Not enough handicapped parking. Floor drain in bathroom was full of hair. Rooms seemed far from desk. Nice place.

- Natasha (6/5): - My family and I have stayed at this property at least 4-5 times over the past few years and have always had a good experience. This stay was nice, but the room we stayed in was very dated looking. The wallpaper needed to be replaced and there was rust in the shower area. No housekeeping during our stay, we had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and empty our own trash cans. For the price we paid we expected more.
