Отличное расположение. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. До порта 2 минуты пешком. Фен нужно поменять. Оголились провода. На второй день обнаружили муравьев в номере.

Teraslı oda için rezervasyon oluşturmuştuk ancak yağmur kaynaklı başka bir odaya alınacağımızı ve bu durumdan kaynaklı bize yardımcı olacaklarını belirttiler. Gerek whatsapp üzerinden gerek yüz yüze tüm sorularımıza yardımcı oldular. Çok ilgililerdi her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Очень дружелюбный, приятный и русскоговорящий управляющий, помог нам с тяжёлыми сумками и во всём помог при заселении и во время всего пребывания! В самом номере просто, чисто и всё необходимое есть, уборка проводится по желанию. Очень красивое лобби и предметы интерьера везде подобраны со вкусом! Небольшой минус в виде отсутствия лифта, но наш номер находился на самом верхнем этаже и вид оттуда со своей личной большой террасы того однозначно стоил! Так что минус для нас незначительный)

The walls and the windows are obviously too thin. The facilities of the rooms are okay, but a little bit old. Though the price is not so high earthier.

Özellikle sahibesi olduğunu düşündüğüm zarif hanımefendinin güler yüzü ve ilgisi mükemmeldi.... Booking üzerinden Kahvaltı dahil fiyatla oda kiralamıştım. Ama otelde kahvaltı hizmetimi yokmuş... Küçük bir meblağ farkı ile şehir manzaralı büyük oda seçeneğiyle hizmet satın almıştım oysa odalar aynı büyüklükte imiş.. Ve otelin hemen karşı sırasında bulunan kafes ve restorana girip çıkanların gürültüsü çok kötüydü... Bilseydim bahçe manzaralı oda seçerdim...

Чувствуется, что владельцы активно занимаются своим бизнесом и имеют достаточно высокие стандарты предоставления услуг. Мы не брали завтраки, но как-то утром до нас доносились довольно аппетитные запахи из кухни) С удовольствием, остановлюсь здесь еще раз. Рядом церковь и они начинают бить в колокол с 5 или 6 утра, первую ночь спала плохо из-за этого, потом привыкаешь. Но это не вина отеля, я так понимаю, эта специфика старого города.

Номер був світлий та просторий, чистий і з усіма потрібними речами. Дуже привітний персонал, пішли на зустріч щодо години виселення. Безмежно за це вдячна❤️ Також, прекрасне розташування та інтерʼєр. Окреме щастя принесла кішка, що живе в готелі🐈‍⬛ Дуже рекомендую цей готель в Батумі!

• ismail emre (10/5): Tam istediğimiz gibi - Konumu merkezde,sahibi çok yardımsever, sohbeti güzel biri. Hiç yabancılık çekmeyeceksiniz. En üst kattaki odada kaldık o oda için konuşacak olursam odada eksik bir şey yoktu, terasından solda denizi sağda saat kulesi ve kiliseyi önündeki manzarayla şehri, evleri, ve dağı görüyorsunuz. Terastaki salıncak ve sandalyelerin olduğu yerin üstü kapalı, bu güzel çünkü güneş ya da yağmurda dahi oturabilirsiniz. Tekrar Batum'a gelecek olsam ilk bakacağım yer olur.

Otel işletmecileri gayet güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Old town’daki her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Denize on dk yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Geri kalan seyahatler için mutlaka Bolt uygulamasını kullanın.
• Hazel (8/5): Good price&location - Overall, it is a good, clean and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent. The shower curtain was somewhat uncomfortable to use. It kept sticking to my body while I was showering, which made it uncomfortable, and water kept leaking onto the floor, making it slippery.

• Kucharski (10/5): An excellent, well-located place with a very helpful host. - The place is very well located, just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions and the cable car. The owner was extremely helpful, and Tina speaks outstanding English, which made communication easy and smooth. Everything was perfectly organized, and checking in late was no problem at all. I would strongly recommend staying at Tina’s place!

I chose it for the room with a large terrace on the top floor, which offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The price is fair, but don't expect gold door handles. It's simply a good hotel in the Old Town. Can you finally do something about the uncomfortable shower? Your shower gets on my nerves every time. It's hard to adjust, and the curtain is a mess. That's probably the only negative thing that's ruining my opinion of you.

Price is very very affordable so for this price it is the best you can get. Room was spacious and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist cat "Miki" is the bonus :) We stayed in December and there was no breakfast, i don't know about the summer season

We were arriving late around 3 AM and they still helped us so nicely although check in was closed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The balcony was a great addition with a really nice view. The only disadvantage may be that there is no elevator but that was no problem at all. It was still comfortable and they helped us with the bags.

The way you are treated at the place where you stay truly shapes the overall experience. Although my stay was short, I felt very welcome, even after changing my check-in time several times. If you are crossing the country by car, keep in mind that border control may take several hours—we spent about two and a half hours. Aside from that, the hotel is very well located, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. If I return to Batumi, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Gezilecek yerler de bu bölgede.Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi eğer problemi direk sorup çözüm üretebiliyorlar.
