The place was clean and had all you needed in the room, and even the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. The receptionist was superfriendly, provided all the necessary information and helped us organise one tour. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent, really close to bars and restaurants and a short walk to a nice beach. Very quiet and peaceful at the hotel. Although it's by the main road there was no road noise and the road isn't actually very busy anyway. Right next to the bus stop for buses to Phuket and the airport. Early check in at no extra charge. Lovely large and clean rooms and great shower pressure and temperature. Breakfast was good too and well worth the 150 baht. Good well priced laundry service. Excellent value for money.

• Alisa (9/5): - Super nettes Personal! Bucht eure Ausflüge/weiterer Transfer unbedingt im Hotel - günstiger als z.B. bei Get your Guide und wenn was nicht klappt, dann kümmert sich das Hotel. Lage auch gut - gegenüber beim Mc Donalds halten die Busse. Beim Nachtmarkt ist man mit dem Taxi in ein paar Minuten. Zum Strand ist es etwas zu laufen.

• Wolfgang (10/5): 56 Tage Urlaub im Paradies - Die absolute Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals sowie die Herzlichkeit der Betreiberfamilie. Sie sind fleißig, arbeiten rund um die Uhr und sind immer für Ihre Gäste da. Soetwas in dieser Art und Weise habe ich vorher noch nirgendwo erlebt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. In wenigen Schritten ist man an der Hauptmagistrale und hat ALLES wirklich ALLES was man im Urlaub braucht vor der Hoteltür. Eines der besten Restaurants ist direkt vor dem Haus (Kung Seafood). Wann man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat oder stellt, dann genügt dieses Hotel den Erwartungen für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub.

• Justine (1/5): - The staff were seemingly friendly, but when I asked to move rooms took my drinks I left in the fridge, even though I told reception they were there. I got them back the next day with a story that the cleaner had forgotten to take them to my room The room was the worst ever in my entire life that I have stayed in. Only 1 plug socket worked, lights didn't work and could not be turned off, the toilet seat was broken, the bed was hard, the pillows old, the bedding smelt of body odor and gemerally everything was old anc broken. As a vegetarian there were no allowances I just had eggs on toast not at all value for money. I am extremely disappointed with booking.com as I would not have booked this hotel if the ratings had been so good. Also and extremely important it has lift and I was made to carry a heavy suitcase and carry on bag up 3 flights stairs!

On a bien aimé. Tout est accessible au pied. Plage commerces, restaurants. Personnel très sympa et nous a aidé pour transfert au niveau réservation. Petit déjeuner était bon, peut-être il nous manquait plus de légumes. Et la système pour comprendre - ils préparent une assiette complète avec les produits, dessinés sur une foto - imagés. Et après on peut nous servir pour la reste style buffet. La route à côté, bruit. Mais on savait, donc - ça va.

• Malgorzata (10/5): - This was my first visit to the area. I wondered if the busy road would be a problem. It turned out that there were very well-marked pedestrian crossings, and a walk to the beach provided some much-needed exercise and was a pleasure. The owners are very kind and helpful. I felt comfortable and free there and knew I was welcome. I highly recommend this hotel. The room are spacieous & comfortable as well. There are plenty of shops, bars, and travel agencies nearby. The beach is clean and beautiful. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but I got a room on the first floor overlooking the garden. I was worried about the birds, but it was very quiet. At night, I watched the stars through the large window in my room. It was so beautiful. I noticed a bad smell on the first day in the room. Maybe it's from the fridge? Sometimes it was quite hard to unlock the door to my room from outside.

Frukosten var enkel och vägen till stranden tar man via genväg brevid McDonalds. Rena rum och många bra restauranger i området. Man får gå en bit för att komma ner till stranden och en större väg går utanför.

• Roksana (9/5): Oceniamy pobyty bardzo wysoko. - W hotelu wszystko było jak powinno, a największym plusem było dla nas, że na miejscu mogliśmy zrobić pranie odpłatnie oraz wynająć skuter. Oszczędziliśmy czas i było to bardzo komfortowe. Duży plus! W hotelu czuliśmy się też tak dobrze zaopiekowani jakbyśmy byli u rodziny w odwiedzinach. Śniadania były bardzo dobre i sycące. Jedyne co było na minus to spore ilości mrówek które szybko weszły do bagaży i codziennie musieliśmy się z nimi męczyć.

Less than 5 minutes walk to bus stops (mini vans to/from Phuket, Krabi, Surat Thani etc.) I was happy with all aspects of my stay. Please note that this place only has steps (no lift) - this was not a concern to me, however it may be for those who are unable to carry their luggage

• Mehrzad (5/5): A Tired Hotel - the staff were friendly, but.. The property and furniture were very dated, and the air conditioning failed twice and was extremely noisy. We ended up checking out two days early due to poor sleep quality and safety. Towels and bed sheets were visibly worn, with multiple stitches, giving an unclean impression. There’s no elevator, and no staff helped with our luggage to the fourth floor. We also didn’t feel entirely safe during our stay for certain reasons. Evidence of this is available, but I prefer not to elaborate or follow up. The nearby beach isn’t ideal for swimming due to rocks, but Coconut Beach is a better option by taxi.

Location was good near beach and the big street, still not noisy at night time, i slept very well. I wouldnt pay for the breakfast not so good. I didnt see staff very often and they didnt take contact to greet when walked by. No elevator and I didnt get help to get the luggage to the 4th floor.
