- Utami (10/5): Good service and clean hotel - Nice and cozy room, newly refurbished room, hotel management well maintained their rooms. Bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable . Nice lobby with some lighting decorations. Staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely Will come again to stay here as my hotel of choice when I’m at Puchong.

Nak masuk bilik byk gile sampah lampu2.. bilik air pon kecik tak tahu nak describe mcm mana.. siap bersambung dgn yang ade bathtub kecik, tp seluas2 cermin nampak dalam.

- Tasriff Mokhtar (8/5): I will return to the hotel in my next visit because the room is very clean and nicely set up. - The room is well set up with nice touch like towel foldings and small plants in the room. They even provided us with bathroom amenities and tooth brush Upon arrival, I was told that the type of room I have booked for is not available and I have to take a higher category (with window) and pay extra for it. I did not agree because we will only need to sleep and rest for a few hours before continuing our journey early the next day. It was not a pleasant conversation when we arrive at 1.30am. We left the next day at 6am.

- YeowJyue (8/5): comfortable with a well-kept bathroom - Although the hotel is a bit dated, the bathroom is well maintained, clean, with good water pressure for the shower, and the hot water works fine. The mattress was noticeably sagging, and the room walls looked a bit old.

They upgraded to Queen sized bed with additional charge. When I argued why I need to pay for the upgrade that I'm not asking for, staff said they can give me double twin bed room (2 single beds room) but I can only use 1 bed only.
