- 緹瀅 (4/5): 這次安排的房間剛好是臨路側，訂房時已有提出想要安靜的客房，雖然有回覆需視現場情況。但臨路的房型，真的是非常吵。 - 早餐的菜色新鮮，環境整潔，廚師補菜速度快👍 門口的接待人員，行政能力有待加強！光是入住手續就浪費了不少時間。
- 緹瀅 (3/5): 差！服務人員專業度有待加強！臨路的房間，非常的吵雜！！ - 入口的服務人員，行政能力跟效率非常有待加強！ 明明在網站上已經完成預訂，有將需求填入表單，也收到旅館的正面回應，並在入住當天的上午收到旅館致電通知及確認入住人數及時間；但晚上抵達現場，櫃檯人員的反應卻像是對訂單一事毫不知情…..提供訂位代號後，還反覆確認….花了很多時間；不理解為什麼明明已經確認好的事情，就算是輪班人員，也理應要交接勤務內容吧！現場整整浪費了10分鐘左右…..現場接待的小姐非常不諳自己的工作內容及服務流程；連之後要開車進去的時候，還得是我們跟她說：請開啟柵欄！！我們才能進去……..到底？？！？

- 如晏 (8/5): - 浴室整潔度蠻好的，但浴巾有點味道 早餐有遇到有道菜酸酸的，後來廚房人員有說明是做法不同會酸酸的，我們也接受說了解了！這位人員的處理跟說明都很友善！我們也沒有惡意，只是提出疑問，但有另一位人員一直在旁邊盯著看並碎碎念！其實原本只是疑惑但他這樣的態度反而讓人感受很不好！
