- hiroshi (10/5): また泊まりたいホテルのひとつ - 阿里山の情報少ないですが、阿里山の中心街にあるホテルです （バスターミナルから徒歩10分；送迎あり。阿里山駅から徒歩3－4分） 築数年と思われる新しいホテルで、清掃も十分 シャワーだけでしたが、熱いお湯が豊富です スーペリア 4 人部屋を2人使用でしたが、ダブルベッド2台でゆったりでした 残念な点は２つ エレベータがない 朝食は、徒歩2－3分の別の食堂。ただ、ホテルの高品質に比べると朝食は、イマイチです とはいえ、非常に快適に宿泊でき大満足です

- Janice (2/5): - It was 15 deg outside and there was no heating provided in the room. The beds were also very hard, like wooden floor. The pillows provided no support, and there were no spare pillows in the room. We do appreciate that the front desk staff offered the seniors in our group a room on the first floor, as there is no elevator in the building. The front desk staff also helped us carry our luggage to our room on the third floor.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - They advertise all rooms have a mini fridge, but they do not. We stored some of our food/beverages in their main fridge downstairs and saw it was STUFFED with other people's items too, so it seems none of the rooms have a fridge. Bed also rock hard (but I've discovered that's just a thing in Taiwan...you have to spring for more expensive hotels for soft bedding). Great location though, check in staff was awesome and gave us a great map with excellent instructions.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is well maintained, location is great, pick up and drop off at bus transportation- these are what I liked. room does not have bathtub nor shower curtain, only provide one bath towel no facial towel, hot water not available 24 hours (only 4pm to 11 am). No free coffee- a small half cup cost 30 NTD- these are what I don’t appreciate.

- HSUEH WEN (6/5): - The two bedroom is quite small, without a desk. The bed is also very small. There is no closet for hanging clothes. Not worthy of the money one paid. The staff at the counter were pretty friendly, and explained everything in details.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 地點方便，乾淨企理 - 位置方便近園區入口，出酒店走5分鐘上坡路便到阿里山火車站及食肆。櫃檯服務很好，耐心介紹步行路線及園區車位置。早上看日出可付100租借厚褸。可惜舒適度與市區酒店始終有分別。床褥好硬，浴室花灑水壓偏低，指定餐廳早餐時段較短(7-9am)。房間暖氣訂明要7度以下才開，入住當天才9度沒有開。酒店內無電梯，獲派三樓要走2層樓梯，如家中有長者應及早預約地下一樓房間。但以山區酒店標準來說已經很好。下次會考慮。
- Hei man (6/5): - 網頁上看到的圖片和實際入住的房間是一樣的;飯店位置不錯，距離阿里山火車站近，附近有餐廳和便利店。但十分可惜的是當晚有隻小老鼠從門縫入到房間，幸好被我們發現趕走了,但旁邊的住客房間發現大老鼠,並四周走動。雖然後來致電前台確認已捉到,但當晚還是睡不好。

The room has been renovated, room is clean and comfortable. Water dispenser is available for refill water. Location is quite good, there is staircase shortcut way access to main car park and attraction point.

- Bin (6/5): A rather expensive hotel - Hotel has no aircon due to the cold weather. However, the radiator is quite weak. Does not warm the room enough. Bed is very hard and pillow is too shallow..

- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent looking hotel with really hard beds - Four storey complex with no lift. No awful smells in the interior. Staff was nice to help with luggage. Room is very small. Heating is not enough. Bathroom is awful. The whole bathroom is wet once you shower, the water flows to the entrance. The bed is really really hard, like sleeping on a wooden board. Walls and surrounding has obvious mould.
