• Lauren (6/5): Nice room, no wifi, strange parking - Nice looking rooms. Wifi was completely dysfunctional and they don't seem very motivated to fix it as it's been out all week, apparently. A/C wasn't great. Bed was super firm and pillows were poor. Parking requires going to a lot where there's an illegal attendant you have to tell to go away. Overall, this place would be 5 stars if they cared more about their client experience.

• Ginette (10/5): - We very much enjoyed this lovely boutique hotel. Located one street over from the main historical attractions, shopping and restaurants, it was very central and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious and well furnished, with all the necessary amenities. The decor was wonderfully bright and quirky with a unique and welcoming feel. Communication was excellent, from clear directions for free parking to suggestions for activities in the area. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of options and first rate coffee. Overall, a great stay.
• Stefano (4/5): - Per quanto il proprietario si sia giustificato parlandoci di un lutto avuto in giornata,mi sembra folle che un cliente non riesca,se non per un caso fortuito,ad avere contatto con qualcuno che ci aprisse la struttura: il risultato è stato che abbiamo atteso che ci aprissero alle 22.00 dopo circa due ore di attesa
• Melisa (10/5): - Loved the lovely lady that checked us in very friendly and professional easy to talk with. The breakfast was incredible! Love the dining area in castle style. Absolutely stunning decor. The room we had was fabulously decorated, quiet, and spacious for us 2 the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I recommend visiting there. I wanted to stay longer! So close to great shopping, sea and restaurants too.

• Megan (10/5): - Very friendly amd helpful staff, comfortable room, good shower. In the centre of Marsala so easy to walk around. I was able to park outside the hotel on the street as it is low season. There is a car park nearby but the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. Would recommend if you are travelling to Marsala.
• shelley (4/5): - They could put more effort into cleaning head boards above the bed and rugs. The breakfast was too sweet and poor quality. But on the other hand the staff were very friendly and the location was great. I have mixed feelings.

• Stuart (8/5): Comfortable hotel in good position - Comfortable hotel above a restaurant. Rooms clean and decently equipped. Breakfast was ok, a little "cake heavy" but filling. Location is very good for Marsala town centre. Street parking is tight !
• Louise (10/5): Lovely hotel - Really lovely hotel that is right in the middle of things. Walking distance to everything you would want to do in the area. Parking was off site (free), about five minutes walk away. Really nice staff.

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, gentili e pronti a darci consigli sul soggiorno. Ottima colazione servita un una splendida sala arredata davvero di gran gusto, come l'intera struttura. Ci tornerei e consiglio questo b&b a tutti. Un saluto ai gestori.

• Christopher (8/5): - Boutique hotels have their charm and this one delivers plenty of charm. For Marsala, it is conveniently located but parking is almost ten minutes walk away in a public parking area that is dirt and gravel. Room was comfortable and charming but be aware the TV and shower are small. WiFi was acceptable.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not the best place - Excessively noisy place, windows not soundproof. Condescending and smug boss. I made a reservation for 2 nights and i left after the first one even though the entire stay was paid.

• Barbara (10/5): - This property is within the old city that comes alive at night. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the searms of teenagers just out walking. Make sure you eat at the amazing on site restaurant which is where breakfast is also served.
• Tariq (6/5): Lacking in good service and amenities. - Very small room and lacking in ameneties - no USB connection, no coffee/tea maker, no desk phone and the TV is not smart and does not have cable. So only Italian channels. Breakfast was meagre. Small capucino cups and no refill was offered. Had room service pasta. It was bad.

• Stuart (8/5): - This is a delight property with character in the middle of the old town. Driving there was interesting, but parking was easy once we arrived. Our only complaint is the 3 euro charge for a second coffee with breakfast. This has never happened anywhere else we've stayed.

• Jeff (10/5): Excellent place in the heart of Marsala - Hotel is above the highly rated restaurant, which has the same owner. It’s a family run business. There’s dedicated parking next to the hotel. The heart of town is about 2 blocks (3 mins) walk away. Rooms are well insulated and I can’t hear the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful though very limited English. I stayed 2 nights and would stay again.

Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile fornendoci anche una guida con tutte le attrazioni che offre la zona circostante. Colazione abbondante e servita in una sala molto caratteristica. Purtroppo la struttura non è dotata di parcheggio, ma c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vie vicine. Posto stupendo, ci tornerei.

• Lorenzo (10/5): Great hotel next to the city centre of Marsala. - Located just around the corner from the city centre, the hotel offered a spacious and clean room, excellent staff service and a good restaurant. The only “cons” is that our room was next to the terrace where the restaurant served food outside so you could hear a bit of noise coming from outside. But that was nothing major (slept beautifully) and it was only for one night. Would definitely come back!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Struttura in pieno centro con tutti i pregi e difetti della posizione (parcheggio inesistente). Ho scelto questa struttura per usufruire del ristorante che però la sera del mio soggiorno era chiuso! Personale disponibile e colazione buona.
• Athol (10/5): Marsala get away - Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Restaurant attached not associated with the hotel, which is good otherwise would have scored it lower. I.E. great place to stay but find somewhere else to eat unless you like fillet of beef with gristle and frozen fish on the menu. Strange considering Marsala has a fishing port. In essence great place to stay, we had the room at the very top with the four poster bed and a door straight out to the roof top terrace.
• Lilian (10/5): Ótimo Hotel - Bem localizado, elegante e aconchegante. A equipe é muito simpática, forneceu mapa, orientações, dicas de passeios e proporcionou uma estadia muito agradável. O quarto é bonito, espaçoso e muito confortável. O café da manhã é bem saboroso e servido em um espaço super bonito. Recomendo a estadia !
