MihaMih (9/5): - Am mai fost cazați aici și ne-a plăcut. De aceea am revenit. Acum însă, totul ar fi fost perfect .... Dacă balconul nu ar fi fost în totalitate plin de mizerie de la porumbei. Imposibil să ieși, imposibil să te așezi pe scaune. Am semnalat la recepție, dar se pare că nu s-a găsit nimeni pentru curățenie în cele patru ore in care am lipsit.

Nantia (8/5): Very descent! We recommend with some minor improvements.. - The hotel is very well maintained, with plenty indoor & outdoor sitting areas, and a cozy playing area for kids. It is located nearby the Botanical Garden, with very easy access to city center (10min walk). The room that we stayed in (family suite), was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception desk, as well as the cleaning ladies, were more than polite and very helpful. Many thanks to all for their attentiveness! Breakfast needs definitely some major improvements. It looked tired, some of the dishes were not even fresh. The staff at the breakfast area could be more welcoming as well. As for the accommodation, It would be good if there were a few more sockets into the room, as well as the option of having access to pay-TV channels (apart from cable channels). It is useful especially if travelling with kids in rainy weather! The reception staff very politely offered to change our TV with another that may host pay-TV channels. We really thank them for that! Our suggestion to the property manager is to update all rooms with such facility.

There are 2 parkings, A which is just with few places, but B parking, just next to the A, is with a lot of space. The room was budget one according to the description in booking, but the reality is quite different. It was quite bigger than the normal room. Will visit again for sure

Viktor (7/5): - Персонал розмовляє англійською, тому мовний бар'єр - не проблема. Сніданки смачні, все гуд. Співвідношення ціни та якості непропорційне. Ціни по верху ринку, але ж номери і обладнання, наприклад в ванних, старі і на таку ціну давно не тягнуть. Наступного дня приїхав в готель у Фелтічені: ціна майже вдвічі нижче, а якість, простір, чистота і новизна всього просто кидається в очі. У порівнянні - так взагалі контрастно.

L' arredamento, le vetrate, i divani in pelle capitonnè, i tavolini intarsiato. La camera ampia, peccato che la porta del terrazzo fosse chiusa, forse per motivo di sicurezza, bagno ottimo, consiglio: cambiare la vasca con una bella doccia, le cortesie. Tutto bene. Forse un po' più di attenzione alla sala da pranzo.

Florentina (7/5): Se poate mai bine la capitolul curatenie - Personalul, majoritatea celor cu care am interacționat erau amabili. Patul era confortabil si baia cu mobilier nou. Mi-a mai plăcut dimensiunea camerei si faptul ca exista o măsuță cu 2 fotolii destul de confortabile. Mi-a mai displacut ca am fost cazați târziu (anunțați in prealabil de acest decalaj ceea ce am apreciat cumva). Mocheta era toata murdara probabil din aceasta cauza nici nu mirosea a curat in camera. TV vechi si foarte mic. Suficient cât sa prezinte un disconfort pentru familie

Габриел (8/5): Идеално - Доста хубави големи стаи, усмихнат персонал.Като цяло чисто, хотел с история и традиция. Голяма баня и като цяло има доста аксесоари и детайли в хотела,които доказват 4 му звезди. Климатика работи добре - като цяло е 23 градуса в стаите,но ако сте в апартамент му трябва 1-2 часа, за да стане 24-25 . все пак стоите са големи .... Ако сте в стая с парно,ще се разтопите от жега. Реално всичко си е о.к Не бих казал,е нещо,което не ми хареса.

Zhulien (8/5): като цяло е добре, но имах по-големи очаквания - Най-големият плюс е големият паркинг, на който винаги има места. Закуската е много добра, има избор. Персоналът е комуникативен и отзивчив. В стаята отоплението беше на радиатор (има климатик, но без дистанционно и не може да се ползва, бях наел 2 стаи, и в 2те беше така), в моята стая не беше хладно, но не беше и топло (радиаторът беше на макс), в 4 звезден хотел очаквам да мога да си контролирам температурата в стаята. Леглото можеше да е малко по-широко, почти паднах. Седалката на тоалетната беше счупена (захваща се на 2 места за тоалетната чиния, едното беше счупено). За 3 дни само при едно пускане на чешмата имах топла вода, през останалото време нямах, другата стая която бях наел (съседна) имаше постоянно топла вода (иначе в душа си имаше топла вода). Стаите са 25 и 26, описаните греди са за по-малката стая, мисля че беше 26-та. В един от дните вечеряхме в ресторанта на хотела, залата не е голяма и е разделена на 2 (като правоъгълник разделен на 2), като влизахме видяхме че едната част е с изгасени светлини и там няма музика, което не ми направи добро впечатление, защото може да не искам да се бутам при останалите. В другата част, първо нямаше музика и беше като в столова, после пуснаха съвсем тихо, имаше и други хора в ресторанта, не бяхме само ние.

Svetlozar (10/5): - Хотела ни хареса, стаята беше много голяма и чиста, беше топло, закуската беше добра, имаше места за паркиране, близо до центъра. Странно защо само за ваната в банята нямаше тапа. Всъщност не е странно, ясно е защо!

Nicolae (7/5): Dacă ar fi fost și curat în cameră, era perfect. - Foarte accesibil și cu loc de parcare, foarte amabili domnii din ziua când ne-am cazat. Camera forte murdară, praf de câteva săptămâni bune și mocheta la fel murdară. Păianjeni la fel erau în multe locuri. Un domn tânăr (concierge) care a fost la micul dejun în data de 25 și 26 nu era deloc amabil cu personalul. Discută cu clienții la “tu” și este foarte arogant. Așternuturile la fel erau puțin pătate și întoarse cu pata în jos să nu se vadă.
