Per il giorno del mio compleanno, ho avuto la fortuna di avere l’assegnazione dell’appartamento Salina al terzo piano con vista mare 🌊 Peccato che abbiamo trovato due giorni di maltempo . Sicuramente sarebbe stata una esperienza unica e avremmo potuto vivere il bel tramonto dal terrazzo . Alla prossima

• Capitanventosa&girl (10/5): Eccezionale!!! - Ottima accoglienza, la stanza era pulita perfettamente. La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta, a due passi dal mare e molto ben servita. La vista dalla camera è incredibile e dal terrazzino si possono vedere sia le isole Eolie che tramonti bellissimi. Ho apprezzato l'aperitivo in camere, molto ricco ed a buon prezzo.

Ayrıca kahvaltı eklemek isterseniz kahvaltı opsiyonları da gayet güzel. Biz gelecek sicilya gezimizde kesinlikle burada bu sefer birkaç gün kalmalı bir plan yapacağız.

• Maria (10/5): Vista mare e tramonto top - Struttura pulitissima, tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. La colazione può essere servita in camera senza sovrapprezzo, bisogna però ordinarla la sera prima. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera mansardata, anche se non arriva l'ascensore al piano consiglio questa soluzione per la vista super sul mare e sul tramonto. Karma Resort super consigliato! Il caffè da migliorare
• Alessandro (8/5): Super disponibili - Posizione eccellente. Le camere ben tenute pulite e accoglienti. Il personale super, sempre disponibile ad ogni domanda o richiesta Forse al mattino un po troppo rumore da parte del personale delle pulizie. O forse poca insonorizzazione nelle camere.
• Eva (8/5): Das Hotel ist auf alle Fälle einen Besuch wert! - Frühstück war sehr gut, man musste allerdings am Vortag auswählen, was man haben möchte. Wurde sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nur das Englisch könnte bei einzelnen Personen verbessert werden. Zimmer war wunderbar, sehr geräumig, geniale Einrichtung, Netflix Zugang, und eine Wahnsinns-Aussicht aufs Meer. Hotel sehr sauber. Und man bekam kostenlos Badetuch und Schirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Elektronische Zimmerkarten funktionierten oft nicht, was den Effekt hatte, dass wir sogar einmal am Abend aus dem Hotel ausgesperrt waren. Rezeptionistin kam mit Auto, um uns reinzulassen. Angeblich waren wir die ersten, die solche Probleme hatten... In der näheren Umgebung (zu Fuß erreichbar) gab es genau ein hochwertiges Restaurant und keinen einzigen Touristenshop. Kein Taxi zu bekommen, Rezeptionist führte uns netterweise mit Privatauto zum Restaurant.
• Nunzio (10/5): - Bellissimo Resort... Struttura di nuova costruzione!! Con tutti i confort e l'eleganza che ti aspetti.. ma con quel tocco di famigliarità che non guasta quando ti rechi al sud... Ci torneremo di sicuro... lo consiglio... Niente... L'unica pecca... non potersi fermare di più ☺️ perché la nostra vacanzetta è durata solo 4/5 giorni... Ma ci rifaremo la prossima volta!!

• Hajdú (10/5): - Ein großes Lob an Herrn Rocco! Mit viel Engagement und Freundlichkeit hat er sich immer bemüht, auch sprachlich über Google eine gute Verständigung zu ermöglichen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Organisation des Frühstücks: pünktlich, bestens vorbereitet und auf Wunsch sogar direkt ins Zimmer serviert. Ein toller Service, der den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat. Extakosten für Küchenbenürzung. Für Tag 10€ .

• THOMAS (5/5): Séjour écourté car mauvaise odeur dans la chambre - Emplacement proche de l'activité de la ville et des commerces et l'accueil agréable de l'équipe Chambre du 3 eme étage suite familiale. Très forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain qui envahit toute la chambre. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception mais rien n'a été fait. Insupportable nous avons du partir au bout de 2 nuits alors que nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits et aucun remboursement. Nous avons également signalé à l'accueil le moisi sur le mur mais rien n'a été fait non plus. Dommage nous y avions déjà séjourné en 2023 et c'était mieux.

• Peta (10/5): Exceptional service and facilities. - Exceptional service and facilities. Breakfast was delivered to our room. We chose the time and what we wanted the day before. It was so nice to eat it at our own kitchen table. It made us feel at home. Our room was a small apartment with kitchen facilities though we didn't use it as we were visiting family. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was super with 4 different settings. Unfortunately the weather was not good for swimming as the ocean was just across the road and I had hoped to do that while staying there. Also, bad weather ruled out using the balcony, which was a shame as it had great views overlooking the beach.
• Lisa (10/5): - Karma is located right in the middle if everything with the marina/beach right across the street. Do yourself a favor and pay for parking, it’s the best money you’ll spend as there are times where street parking is completely full. It was such a weight off my shoulders to know I didn’t have to worry about it. The staff was kind and helpful. I didn’t need much assistance so I can’t speak on that, but I loved everything about this hotel. I reserved a small room and was so pleasantly surprised at how large it was, that it had a kitchenette AND a balcony! I wish I could give more stars but I will definitely be coming back!

• Christin (9/5): Great stay - It is directly at the beach with a nice boardwalk at the waterfront. Parking was easy (but it was not the peak season) Our dog was welcome, he costs 10 Euro per day, which is ok. We were not happy with our balcony (which was no fault of the hotel), but they tried to make us happy and gave a the option of an upgrade for a reasonable price, which we took. The suit we had was amazing with beautiful ocean views. We used the kitchen, it is equipped for easy meals. (It costs 10 Euro per day to use it) The hotel looks almost new, very clean and a higher standard. The whole area was nice, very clean and quiet. A lot of restaurants were not open for the season yet, but we always found something for drinks and food. We will definitely be back. It should say on the website that it costs extra to use the kitchen. The only allow small dogs, which we didn't know before booking. We have a middle sized dog and they made an exception for us.

We got an upgrade for a little price, it was a big appartement with a huge terrace! The lady at the reception was so kind, definitely recommend it! -

• Tomasz (10/5): - This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. The balcony was massive with nice furniture as well. The staff was very nice and friendly and the room was kept very clean. Breakfast needs to be requested a day in advance but there are a lot of coffee shops in the area. It is easy to find parking in the area. It was very comfortable to stay there!

We got offered a better room upon arrival and got our breakfast delivered to our room, which was awesomely nice. 2 different pricing options (5 or 8 eur); the 5eur set worked well for us (coffee, croissant, joghurt, juice, jam, butter, biscuit). Stunning Kitchen was hidden in wardrobe and had everything that could be needed. We did not like the area around too much (bademeisterstrand) and the restaurant that we went too was not good and quite expensive - quality - price ratio at Antó Pizza was the worst that we had in Sicily - would not recommend going there; but other options were rare ...

• Viltė (10/5): Perfect relaxing stay - Everything was just perfect we stayed here for a week. The rooms has lots of space and were ideally clean and each day cleaned. The beds are very comfortable, AC works perfectly well. The bathroom had everything you might need. The rooms even has a little secret kitchen. The breakfast was always brought right after you sit down (there is an option to ask to bring breakfast to bed). Shoutout to hotel administrators! Always ready to answer any questions. They organized us a trip to Aeolian islands on a ship and a couples massage. Both was amazing. The sandy beach is just over the street, you can see it from your balcony (even if your room is not in front). The waters usually are cristal clear if there is not strong wind. The sunbeds and umbrella are also available for a good price, just kindly ask administrators for it. The hotel can be reached by foot from Spadafora train station by 20 min walk. The city is not big, but it has a shop nearby hotel, small cafes, some pizza restaurants and gelaterias. We tried many and all are very tasty!
