- Zaid (8/5): Good - We truly enjoyed the place and the friendly staff. Our personal butler, Alif, was always there for us and handled everything with a smile. The same goes for the rest of the staff—Sam, in particular, assisted us every evening with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- laetitia (4/5): Ne vous attendez pas à des prestations 5 étoiles… - La vue était incroyable depuis la villa et le personnel était vraiment très gentil. La moisissure dans la villa (villa Hoku), les robinetteries pleines de rouille et de calcaire, le ménage n’était pas fait correctement a notre arrivée (tapis sales, des déjections de gecko derrière les portes etc…). Le complexe est loin de tout donc on était quasiment obligé de prendre les repas au restaurant de l’hôtel ce qui a multiplié par + de 2 le prix de notre séjour (les plats sont très chers et la qualité n’est même pas au rdv). La fontaine à eau ne marchait pas correctement ce qui nous a obligé à commander des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours au restaurant… les équipements de la cuisine sont très limités, il n’y avait même pas de verre ! Impossible d’avoir de l’eau fraîche dans les douches plus de 5 minutes, après l’eau devenait bouillante et impossible d’avoir de l’eau froide, attention pour les enfants ça peut être très dangereux et engendrer de graves brûlures. Les gardes corps en verre ne sont pas bien fixés sur les terraces qui surplombent de plusieurs mètres le bas du terrain. Attention aussi aux singes qui chaque jours en milieu d’après-midi ont l’habitude de venir dans le jardin et sur la terrasse, ils peuvent être agressifs.

- Reza (7/5): Stunning property, would recommend a short stay unless you hire a bike or car to get around. - The property was stunning itself and the staff are friendly. The included breakfast is really good. I would recommend staying 2-3 nights here. Isolated, nothing around if you want to buy something quick and simple, no Grab or taxis service the area and the hotel charge for car service even if you want to grab something from mini market or checkout a different restaurant however there is a free shuttle to and from the beach 3 times a day and they will stop at the convenience store on the way. I also had a situation where I got a message on booking.com asking me to pay again as the funds where not released, they knew my name and check in check out date. This was not addressed on how they had my information, had a small billing issue also for food and drink that wasn’t resolved but it was partly my fault so I let it go.
- Gianluca (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Aussicht ist einmalig wunderschön jeden morgen so aufzuwachen auch das Restaurant sieht sehr schön aus und war lecker. Der Pool war in den ersten Tagen sehr sauber danach wurde er nicht mehr gereinigt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker der Service auch solange es Buffet gab. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung in der Villa hätte sicherlich etwas hochwertiger sein dürfen. Im allgemein hätte die Kommunikation besser laufen sollen so dass auch der Spätdienst die Info vom Frühdienst erhält und der Gast nicht alles zweimal besprechen muss.

- O3263NOrezah (8/5): Almost fantastic - Magnificent property and the staff try hard and are friendly but was just a bit below the standard for the price, booking.com tried to charge me twice ended up being fraud (I didn’t pay twice luckily ) but the subject wasn’t addressed by staff or management about how the second request knew my name and check in/check out dates …little things like bring sugar with coffee, bring cutlery with room service , also it’s isolated and if you want to do a simple shop from mini market you have to pay for hotel car service as grab and taxis don’t work in that area, stunning villas and hotel but just needs some fine tuning. I would stay again but only for 2-3 night’s because of the isolation of the resort.

Navíc personál byl tak milý a nápomocný. A hlavně AJI , i když zrovna neměl službu, když jsme měli nehodu na skútru , přijel a odvezl nás k doktorovi. Moc nám pomohl . Ostatně i lidé na recepci, kteří nám poskytovali prvním pomoc. Moc dekujeme . Samotná vila nesla známky opotřebení, které mě nevadilo, ale vyšší cenovka za pobyt by asi zasloužila větší péči na tyhle detaily.

- Battalova (7/5): Beautiful villa with great views, but management practices need improvement - We stayed at this villa for two weeks. The property itself is beautiful, with a view and good facilities. Most of the staff were attentive and friendly, and the overall design of the villa is modern and visually appealing. If your plan is simply to stay at the villa, relax by the pool, and enjoy the scenery without going out much, it can be a very pleasant place to spend your time. First, it often felt like the management tries to monetize every small thing. For example, the villa offers a shuttle to the beach, but there are only three free shuttles per day and they start at 12:00. This is a strange schedule because most people would prefer going to the beach in the morning when it is cooler. By noon it is already peak heat. Outside of those shuttle hours, the taxi price arranged through the villa for the exact same route is almost three times higher depending on the direction. That kind of markup feels excessive and unnecessary. Another issue was the breakfast. We stayed for two weeks and the breakfast menu was exactly the same every single day. The food itself was not bad, but it was very basic and there was no variety at all, which becomes repetitive during a longer stay. The villa itself looks modern and stylish, but some maintenance details were neglected. For example, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the shower were broken, and there was visible mold on the shower curtain. These are relatively small things, but they impact the overall impression of cleanliness and upkeep. One experience during our stay was particularly uncomfortable. We were three guests, one of whom is Indonesian. On the first morning during breakfast, the manager walked around greeting every table in the restaurant. Most of the guests were non-local visitors. Our table was the only one he did not stop at. When we asked about it later, the explanation was simply that he “didn’t see us,” which was difficult to believe given there were only about four tables in total. At checkout, the same manager repeatedly spoke to me in Indonesian, which I do not speak, and only later realized that only one of the three of us was Indonesian. It seemed he had assumed we were all local. Unfortunately, this reflects something that happens in many places: locals paying the same price as international guests but receiving noticeably less attention.

- Lowings (10/5): Absolutely incredible. A must stay! - One of the most gorges places I’ve ever stayed - the photos don’t even do it justice. I’d come back to Lombok just to stay here. The villas have the most insanely beautiful view with purples sunsets and both rainforest and ocean views. The food and cocktails were amazing, better than anywhere else we went in Lombok. The staff helped us hire bikes and we rode down to selong belanak beach which had the most lovely warm water, surrounded by mountains. I love love LOVE this place! Very hard to criticise anything. The service was a bit slow and sometimes things were forgotten, but it didn’t change our experience.

Panoramic ocean view is exeptional, one of the best we ever had. 2. Tranquility. Resort is in rural area and you have little to no traffic noise, no party noise. Downside - it is nothing there in a walking distsnce, no restaurants no shops. If you are into parties and nightlife this place is not for you. 3. Breakfast was superb. Deliciuos and with enough variety for 6 day stay. We didn‘t at the same food during our stay if we didn‘t want to. 4. Lunch and Dinner also very good, a bit overpriced for Lombok Standard, but it is to be expected since there a no restaurants in a walking distance. Next good restaurant is 10-15min by a scooter or a taxi. They also offered Indonesian and Chinese buffets during our stay, we tried Indonesian which was very good. 5. Gym is fairly good for a resort. Enough options for cardio, machines for every muscle groups and the best is barbell which you can load up to 170kg, dumbells go up to 30kg, nothing for seriuos lifting but its going to keep you fit during your stay. 6. Staff was friendly and attentive. Communication with Reception via whatsapp was fast and smooth. 1. The initial luxuriuos impression of a villa fades very fast when you take a better look. Furniture and equipement is worned out. Furniture inside and on terrace has stains on it. Carpet in a living room looks old. Wall plastering is comming off. Bench on the terrace broke after a touch, they repaired it, but we were lucky we didn‘t sat on it right away. 2. Built quality seems to be poor. Sliding doors doesn‘t close completely, there is always a crack for gecos to pass freely (they are harmless, but you wouldnt expect them inside in luxuriuos villa). 3. Room service is every two days, which is not enough. Bathrooms were clean, but dead insects on terrace, in the pool were there every time. 4. Kitchen was big, but underequiped if you really intend to cook something. Pan is too old, there are no lids for pots and pans, no microwave which would be nice too warm your leftovers.

Additionally, for future improvements, we suggest adding a door to the master bathroom. As Muslims, we value privacy and would prefer a more enclosed space for the bathing area. Aside from the open-concept challenges, we truly had a wonderful stay.

The airport transfer felt overpriced compared to the otherwise fair pricing of the restaurant and other services. The treadmill in the gym was out of order, and there was no notice or sign indicating this.
