The property is perfectly location for the port and the central train station. The room has everything you would require from a B&B. It had a communal kitchen with breakfast bar. The property is extremely clean and offered a continental breakfast from 7 o'clock. Only one pillow per person, hard and uncomfortable.

Il materasso della nostra camera era un po' sfondato, la camera confinava con la cucina e si sentiva tutto.. Purtroppo altri ospiti hanno passato molto tempo negli spazi comuni ed è stato difficile riposare. Qualcuno ha mangiato parte della nostra colazione e alla fine siamo dovuti andare al bar.

• Thomas (4/5): Sehr schlechtes Zimmer mit Gestank im Badezimmer, in guter Lage, Frühstück sehr enttäuschend - Die Lage im Zentrum ist ausgezeichnet. Restaurants, Shops, Museen und der Hauptbahnhof sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die UBahn ist auch in unmittelbarere Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, der Balkon wurde auch als Lagerplatz für Schmutzwäsche und Kartons genützt. Das Badezimmer roch sehr schlecht, dadurch roch es im gesamten Zimmer sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück war inkludiert aber wir mussten dann erfahren, dass es nur aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant bestand, das man sich in einem naheliegenden Café mit zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten holen musste. Im Zimmer gab es auch zu wenig Platz, um das Frühstück einzunehmen. Die Matratze war extrem schlecht, durchgelegen und unbequem. Mysteriös war auch, dass mehrfach betont wurde, dass wir unserer Kontaktperson die Citytax unbedingt direkt bei der Ankunft in cash bezahlen mussten. Einen Beleg für die Bezahlung der Citytax haben wir nie erhalten. Wir hatten das Quartier wegen der guten Bewertungen und des Frühstücks gebucht, das war wirklich enttäuschend. Ich würde von einem Besuch absolut abraten, die Bewertungen und Fotos täuschen.

Room that we got wasn't even similar what they have on pictures. There was no chair, no spoon, milk with expired date, nothing. He did that probablt bcs we were there only one night and better unit got someone who reserved more nigjts. Breakfast wasnt breakfast-it was brioches and croissant. I'm writing all this bcs we were with 2 year old son so its very important for us where will we stay and ifvI choose breakfast for option I expect at least yogurt and one egg(at least for kid).

• David (6/5): Ok for only a couple of nights - My wife and I were Interrailing all around Europe booking accompanied as we went. So we stayed at a bunch of different types of accommodation depending how long we were staying. Booked this for our last two nights in Naples before we headed home. The room itself was nice. Clean. Decent. But….. we were housed in the overspill across the road from the main hotel. And this is the thing. It’s a bit more of a hostel setup rather than a hotel. Right outside our bedroom door was the communal kitchen breakfast area. So both mornings we were woken up with fellow travellers making a coffee on the nespresso machine churning away. Not ideal. I think it’s really a European interpretation of what accommodation is as opposed to what we brits think. But, the location was good and it was fairly priced. Breakfast was some fresh pastries delivered and it was first come first served. Bit more a hostel than a hotel. And noisy from both outside the building and within

• Lara (10/5): - Our stay at B&B Universita was very pleasant – the accommodation is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I especially want to praise Ominda, who was extremely kind and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

• Janet (4/5): - People we communicated with were polite and helpful but there is no staff on site so it was all done via What’s App. A big disadvantage with no one there. “Breakfast” (pastries) arrived an hour later than advertised. Says 7, came at 8. Very dated and no space to put anything in the bath or room. Bathroom not cleaned well with mold in the shower. Would never stay there again.
• Daniel (2/5): - Wasn't what was advertised. Room wasn't even one from any pictures. 'breakfast' was a handful of pastries - which were good quality at least - that were dropped off in a morning. On a positive, considering the area feeling unsafe, and the accommodation being a tad untoward... At least the door to the apartment had a good lock on it.
• Yerou (8/5): Απογοητεύτηκα με τη Νάπολι και το Ποσιτάνο,την ποσότητα, ποιότητα του φαγητού,τις ψηλές τιμές κ.τ.λ. - Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο.Γνωρίσαμε τον ιδιοκτήτη την ημέρα της αναχώρησης μας και μας βοήθησε για τη φύλαξη των αποσκευών μας. Ευτυχώς μιλούσε την Αγγλική γλώσσα..Τα κρεβάτια ήταν αναπαυτικά και καθαρά. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερο. Η επί πλέον χρέωση για το μπαλκόνι δεν δικαιολογείται αφού δεν έχει θέα, επίπλωση και χώρο για να μπορεί να καθήσει κάποιος. Οι Ιταλοί δεν μιλούν Αγγλικά.

• MIMI (8/5): Un bon emplacement - L'emplacement, la terrasse, l'espace. La climatisation. Le bruit des occupants des chambres voisines, à priori non avertis qu'il y a d'autres personnes à côté d'eux.. Puis le bruit de cette porte du dégagement qui claque tôt le matin pour livrer les pâtisseries. Avoir été obligée de réclamer des fruits, pourtant photographiés sur le site Internet présentant les petits déjeuner inclus.

• Cecilia (9/5): Nel complesso ottima esperienza - Nella sala comune di ita per la colazione c era sempre a disposizione acqua, caffè, te, camomilla, succhi e yogurt. Nel frigobar della camera ci hanno fatto trovare succo e yogurt. Ambiente pulito e confortevole, il bagno un po' datato ma nel complesso tutto bene. Posizione ottima per che a piedi vuole raggiungere le principali zone turistiche della città. Ominda, il ragazzo che ci ha fatto. Il ceckin era molto gentile e disponibile. Il bagno un po' datato Ascensore piccolissimo e antico, impossibile portare su un passeggino ma lo abbiamo lasciato nell atrio
• Cozzolino (6/5): Un movimento soggiorno 😆 - Solo Ominda il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e il design della camera + la comodità del letto. Doccia intasata, pavimento poco pulito e lenzuola non fresche di bucato/ giornata. È una volta fatto il check out aver dovuto lasciare le valigie in sala pranzo non del tutto costudite.
• Danielle (10/5): - My family and I recently stayed at B&B Universita (August 2025). The room was perfect for a family of four and was very clean. There was also a kitchen located down the hall, which is especially very handy when traveling with kids. This was available 24 hours per day and there were always snacks, espresso, etc...Parking was also available right behind the building for a fee. Our host was very friendly, flexible, and communicated with very well with us prior to our stay. The location was very central as well and we walked to major sites in Naples within 5-7 minutes and felt very safe. We would certainly return.
• SEZER (9/5): Metro ile veya yürüyerek Napoli'yi keşfetmek için fiyat-performans oteli - Öncelikle bizimle sürekli iletişimde olan Ominda'ya ilgisi,alakası,güler yüzü ve yardımları için çok teşekkür ederiz. Otel, Napoliyi gezmek için harika bir konuma sahipti. Hemen yanında Duomo metro istasyonu var ve istediğiniz uzak yerlere ulaşım gerçekten çok kolaydı. Metro kullanmak istemezseniz her yeri yine yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz ki biz genelde yürümeyi tercih ettik. Havalimanından Alibus ile Garibaldi'ye geldikten sonra biz otele yürüyerek gittik ve ortalama 10-12 dakika arası sürdü. Fiyat-performans olarak gerçekten mükemmeldi diyebilirim. Kahvaltı olarak çeşitli kruvasanlar ve sınırsız kahve seçeneği mevcuttu. Oda içerisindeki buzdolabına koydukları içecekler de tamamen ücretsizdi ve çeşitliydi. Bizim gibi asıl amacı otel'e az harcayarak gezmeye çok para harcamak için tutacaksanız, beklentinin üstünde olduğunu göreceksiniz. Otel'e check-in saatinden erken gelmemize rağmen valizlerimize yer bulması ve check-out yaptıktan sonra uçak saatimize kadar valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdikleri için ayrıca tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Ses yalıtımı maalesef kötü ancak bu fiyat çerçevesinde tüm otellerin bu şekilde olduğuna eminiz.

• Rigiracciolo (9/5): Limpio y cómodo ! Amplio . Lo que ofrecen de desayuno está bueno para arrancar el día sin tener que ir a un café . Camad - La ubicación. El wifi . El café en la habitación disponible para cuando quisieras beberlo . Los cornetos de desayuno y las tostadas suman puntos , muy buenos! . Estaba limpio y el doble balcón fue una hermosa sorpresa . Ominda siempre atento y comunicado . Ojo, la dirección de Booking , en la avenida, no coincide con el lugar donde me enviaron y eso esta muy mal . Porque le pasé el enlace a un primo mío que quería estar cerca y a él lo mandaron a la avenida , recién ahí me di cuenta que la dirección no coincidía con el lugar donde me enviaron si bien es el mismo hospedaje . Deberían aclararlo me enviaron a vía grande orefici 14 y no es lo mismo parar en una avenida que en esas callecitas , si bien no pasa nada , me hubiese gustado estar en la avenida con mi hijo . El ascensor varias veces abierto , pero eso es también por los descuidados que no cierran las puertas , es manual .

• Kiss (10/5): Tökéletesen megfelelő - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés. Minden amit meg kell nézni a városban a közelben van. 2 metró állomás van a közelben amivel bárhova el lehet jutni. Csendes mellékutcában van így nincsenek zajok sem. Nagyon kedves a személyzet is. Nem volt ilyen.

• Tessa (10/5): - De locatie is overal fijn, overal dichtbij in het historisch centrum, maar geen last van de drukte. De host is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De gezamenlijk keuken is ook prettig om het ontbijt te nuttigen en koffie en thee te zetten. Kinderbedden waren iets minder comfortabel, maar goed te doen voor een paar nachten.
