• Pierre (9/5): A little holiday, whilst travelling for work. - Marcelle is an excellent host. We felt really welcome and at home. The guest house is located within walking distance of the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We requested a later check-out time, as our flight only departed in the afternoon and it was arranged. Thank you for that. Thank you for your hospitality and for a wonderful experience. This spot is highly recommended. :-)

• Michael (10/5): - Bester Ausblick den man von einem Bett auf den Ozean haben kann in einem außergewöhnlichem Haus. Alles eher nüchtern aber trotzdem stilvoll und mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Hierzu trägt die super nette Eigentümerin Marcelle natürlich auch bei mit der wir uns gut unterhalten haben und die uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und dann auch länger. Das wir nur eine Nacht dort waren

• GYSBERTUS (7/5): very spacious guesthouse with beautifull ocean views!Manager lives in the house,available 24/7. - location was good,the view from the rooms was perfect!looking at the ocean from your bed priceless!Even from the dining room you have a clear view of the sea...close to a nice restaurant was a bonus!The room was spacious,bathroom is nice&big...our booking was for 8 days. There is no Tv(!!)&aircon in the room,would have preferred both.It would have been nice to have a long mirror in the room,but that is just my opinion.The pool was not useable,had not been cleaned in a long time-it is a pity-was one of my requirements when i searched for accommodation.There is a problem with the "weathercock"at the roof,making a hell of a noice when it is windy...and it was windy half of the time-i am sure they will fix it -we did mention it.

We are very happy to have met her and her house. We‘ll definitely come back one day. And the distance to walk to the sea is very close. We also highly recommend the Restaurant there called meatatsea 👌👌

• Maryna (9/5): Pleasant, beautiful and peaceful stay with a gracious hostess - The breakfasts were excellent! No seating on the deck. No chair in the room. But I was supplied with a chair on my balcony when I enquired.
• Marilize (3/5): Disappointment! - Staff friendly and beautiful view. For the price of 1 700, it was poor value. No TV, no chair to sit on, no make-up space or mirror. Mirror in room placed on chair and reflects a disortion of oneself. We had to make our bed as the fitted sheet was incorrectly fitted. Old bed with base and mattress squeaking, moaning and crunching. Base makes a loud bang when sitting down on bed. This is just a room for an overnight sleep. Was so disappointed that we did not want to wait for breakfast only served at 9.

Close to restaurant and easy to go for a walk on the beach. TV in the room would be lovely as well as filter coffee or nespresso machine. Filter coffee was available in the kitchen and a tv in the lounge.

• Kathleen (10/5): Wonderful overnight stop, should have stayed longer! - Excellent property in lovely position overlooking the sea. Beautiful spacious bedroom, enormous bathroom. Large communal lounge and dining area. Marietta the housekeeper greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant very close, three minutes walk downhill, but a bit longer coming up! Great breakfast, freshly cooked by Marietta. We would love to stay here again. Wifi did not work during loadshedding.

The location was incredible, just so close to the beach. It was a shame we didn't arrive early enough to enjoy the view.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Fantastiskt annorlunda hus med härlig havsutsikt - Verklig havsutsikt och havsbrus genom stora balkongdörrar och från vardagsrummet, och bara få minuter till en härlig gigantisk strand. Varmt välkomnande och god service/frokost.

• Elsie (10/5): Little piece of heaven - The friendly service we received from the amazing manager was so welcoming after travelling for many hours. The accommodation was immaculate and a lot of attention was paid to finer detail to make our stay in this fantastic place so memorable. The interior of this place is top class with a view compared to a masterpiece. We will definitely return to 10 Elf Beach House soon in the near future. Highly recommendable
