- Julie (9/5): Le meilleur hôtel de Siem Riep - L’établissement est bien situé à Siem Riep, en périphérie proche et dans le calme de la ville. L’hôtel est très agréable et verdoyant, propre avec de magnifiques piscines. La déco khmer est très jolie ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est top, merci à vous ! Nous avons pris un service de navette depuis Phnom Penh, 3 jours d’excursions sur places et des massages, nous recommandons de passer par l’hôtel. Les petits déjeuners et repas étaient délicieux, tout était parfait !
- Paula (9/5): Tranquil stay in Siem Reap - Lovely hotel with two pools and super green area, friendly staff and although there are many rooms (a lot of which were occupied during our stay) it never felt too crowded We didn’t love the breakfast but can recommend the french toast which we sadly discovered on our last day! The hotel is not close to the old market area and is further from the temples but we had hired a motorcycle so it wasn’t a problem for us. And there are many restaurants and cafes nearby as well

I would confirm room with hotel as we had a bit of a mix up with the photos of the room we thought we werre getting. However staff were accomodating and we upgraded for an extra 5 dollars a night and it was wonderful.

- Anastasija (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend, you can find a better place for less money - The pool was nice and the staff were friendly Many issues. First of all, there were lizards and other creatures on our terrace and at the entrance. We even had to remove a lizard from the room once, and I am terribly scared of them. This is just unacceptable and unhygienic. Second, the laundry was not done properly. The print on one of my t shirts faded and the other one was damaged. And on top of that, it was not done on time and the receptionist tried to convince us we brought it at night so that’s why we have to wait more than 24 hours, even though we did in the morning the previous day. The food was also disappointing. Overall, wasn’t worth the money we paid at all.

- Holly (10/5): Heaven - We loved everything! It is heaven. There are two pools (fresh water and salt) both are great, the fresh pool is very long and one pool is always in the shade. The hotel grounds are so well kept with beautiful looking and smelling flowers everywhere. The staff are friendly and super helpful and also funny. The hotel can arrange laundry and motorbike rental. Also the spa on site is amazing - four days later and I’m still glowing from my facial! The hotel food is really good and also have veggie options and the food and drink is very fair prices. The room was very comfortable and the cleaning was very good. Thank you again to the staff for making it our best hotel stay ever

- janice (9/5): Heavenly sanctuary - Amazing staff that were always there with a smile and happy demeanor, nothing was too much trouble. The room (103) was spacious and clean, the facilities in good condition. The pools were clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful and lush It often took a while for food plates and glasses to be collected from the pool area. This attracted flies. I think plastic cups should be used in the pool area, not glass, for safety reasons. I was plagued by mosquitoes throughout my stay but this was just bad luck.

Везде очень чисто. Большие балконы с зеленью и мебелью. Бассейны классные, там хочется проводить время. Завтраки по меню, с хорошим выбором. Пора обновить полотенца у бассейна и в номерах. Тук-тук, который должен бесплатно возить гостей в центр, почему-то взял с нас 2$, хотя такая поездка даже в приложении такси стоит 1$. Не все напитки в ресторане были вкусными, много льда.
- Jonathan (10/5): Un lieu incroyable ! - L’hôtel est véritablement très agréable : on s’y sent comme dans un petit refuge paisible, à l’écart de l’agitation. Nous y avons passé cinq jours et c’est l’endroit idéal pour alterner les visites d’Angkor et des moments de détente. Le personnel, quant à lui, se distingue par une gentillesse remarquable, toujours attentif et souriant. Un presque sans faute, que nous étions très triste de quitter. Ce n’est que des détails : améliorer le petit-déjeuner et le bruit de la climatisation dans les chambres.

- Florian (10/5): Eine wunderbare Erfahrung - Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich ein Traum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und trotzdem höchst professionell. Unser Zimmer war riesig modern und mit vielen schönen Details. Das Essen im Restaurant oft besser als draußen. Die beiden Pools laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt immer eine frei Liege. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Also wenn sie die Möglichkeit haben dieses Hotel zu buchen, warten sie nicht. Wir mussten abreisen :(

- Nataliya (10/5): - Готель розташований не в центрі. Але є безкоштовний трансфер тільки в одну сторону, в центр. Два басейни, зелена територія, наче тихий оазис. Номер просторий, у шафі були капці і халат. У ванній кімнаті є велика ванна і душ, достатньо місця для аксесуарів. Прибирання кожен день. Також є кафе/ресторан, де протягом дня можна замовити страви по меню. Їжа смачна. Готель пропонує екскурсії і спа процедури. Для мене вода в басейні була холодна.
- Wim (9/5): Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Angkor en Siem Reap - Fijn hotel met vriendelijke bediening. We konden wat vroeger inchecken wat zeker geapprecieerd werd na een lange vlucht in de ochtend. Kamers waren prima in orde, zwembad aan de frisse kant maar goed onderhouden. Ontbijt was gedeeltelijk buffet en a-la-carte, maar zeker in orde. Gratis tuctuc naar stad was ook zeer gemakkelijk. Enige minpunt was dat er soms een lichte rookgeur in de kamers kwam doordat ze in de buurt iets opbranden.

- Iveta (10/5): - We had simply perfect stay at this resort. The staff was very kind & helpful all the time, all facilities very well maintained and clean. The restaurant offers good and affordable food and cocktails. The location might look like a bit far away from the center on the map but it's a couple of mins tuk-tuk ride, so it's not any obstacle rather otherwise it provides very relaxing atmosphere in a small greenery paradise as a contrast to the busy center. Nothing to be mentioned here.

- Tithi (10/5): - Everything was great. The rooms are excellent, the staff is too sweet. The driver who dropped us off for the airport was the rudest person I have ever met. He kept watching reels and when we requested him to not do it while driving, he insulted us and our country. He wanted us to get off the cab with our 1 year old and find a different cab. Extremely disappointed.

- Katharina (9/5): Amazing green oasis with great service & facilities. - Cosy hotel feels like a green oasis. Spacious room. Food & drinks in the restaurant were good. Staff very exceptional. Great support with booking tours & activities (with competitive pricing). Allowed us to check out an hour later without additional charges, even though new guests were to arrive the same day. Did not feel crowded even though is was fully booked. Great experience, totally recommended. Aircon was a bit loud. Pillows were very hard for me (I used my travel pillow instead).

- Elisa (10/5): Fantastischer Aufenthalt in Siem Reap - Super schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit 2 Pools. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben alle Touren (Ankor Wat Sunrise + Sunset Tour & Kulen Mountain) über das Hotel gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Unser größtes Highlight war das Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt herrlich und ist vom Preis ähnlich wie auf der Straße. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

(9/5): Fantastisk opphold - Begge basseng var helt fantastiske, pent uteområde, alt av personal var hyggelige, stort badekar på rommet, bra renhold av uteområder, restaurant og hotellrom, god frokost. Lett å bestille turer gjennom hotellet. Det er bare småting som var negative, og om jeg skal nevne noe negativt må det være at jeg alltid fikk delvis råe egg til maten, selv om jeg ba om gjennomkokte egg (for å unngå salmonella). Det er ikke vanlig å spise gjennomkokte egg her, så det er nok årsaken til at de ikke gjennomstekte dem. De hvite dukene på restauranten var også alltid skitne når vi spiste middag. Hotellet lå også ganske langt fra byen, men det visste vi på forhånd.

- Corinna (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel mit wunderschönen Anlage - Sehr schöne Anlage, 2 Schwimmbäder entlang den Häuser, eines mit Salzwasser, das andere mit Süsswasser. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig, wir hatten eine Suite mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett, und ein Doppelzimmer. Möbliert mit dunklem Holz, bequeme Betten und grosse Badezimmer. Die Belegschaft ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war teilweise auf Bestellung, teilweise Buffet mit verschiedene Brote, home made Marmeladen, Früchte, Müsli, Tea und Kaffee. Bestellen konnte man Eier, Pancake, kambodschanische Gerichte….. alles sehr fein. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt, ca 10 min mit dem Tuc tuc, das Hotel ruft einen Tuc tuc. Das Frühstück auf Bestellung ist etwas langsam, man muss länger einplanen. Die Belegschaft ist sehr jung, bei uns gab es ein Chaos mit dem Tuc tuc, wir waren zu 5, wollten 2 Tuc tuc, nur 1 wurde reserviert und wir sind letztendlich mit einem gefahren.
