• Phindi (2/5): Cleanliness lacked..rooms are too old - Did NOT order breakfast due to the unhygienic condition of the place...I like the fact that it was not that far from Sun City The rooms had crochoaches even inside the kettle, we had to request for toilet paper and we were not provided with the Wi-Fi code...The place is just NOT as advertised on their webside..No value for money paid

• Busiswa (8/5): The stay was amazing, place is quiet and peaceful for a rest away from home - I liked the place, it was easy to find and close to our destination in Sun city, the place is clean and breakfast was fulfilling and freshly prepared, staff is very friendly and the owner too was friendly Add soaps in the bathroom and towels, a small fridge would be a bonus in the rooms

• Danny (1/5): No experience! I left, couldn’t sleep there! 2 rooms costing R1,600 each wasted. - Nothing! Everything. Looks like a haunted house. Only 2 workers available on a Saturday and one of the workers claimed the olace is fully booked with 4 rooms left and my car was the only car outside. Weird looking man watching TV all day in the restaurant area. On top of that they charged R1,600 🤮 Disgusting is the least I can use to describe Valley View Guest House!
• Molebogeng (7/5): - The place outside was nice There was no warm water in the evening and morning, no glasses, cups are so outdated and when booking i opted for a room with coffee machine but there was no coffee machine and i believe i paid for it.. People kept on opening our door without knocking so it was not pleasant.

• Dimpho (1/5): Not good for the value of money I paid - The pool and gym The level of cleanliness is satisfying, the bed wasn't comfortable, the toilet is making noise after flushing, there was no shower cap, shampoo and lotion. The towels are losing colour.

• Menoe (1/5): A terrible night without adequate bedding. - Nothing at all. The overall stay at the facility was a disaster for us. The teas were not up to scratch, there was only coffee on the choice list, cups and spoons were below standard. There was a plastic spoon along with the outdated cups. There were no glasses for drinking water.Your bathroom was far below standard, no shampooing, conditioners or shower caps. There was a near finished toilet roll and had to call for a toilet spray! There was totally no value for money at the facility and yet is rated as a 4 star hotel! As stated above!

The owner was kind We were told we cannot get cereal because we booked with bookings.com. Even thought it was in breakfast menu. WiFi not working in rooms. We had to fight to get a room with a fridge. Going out of property is manual putting a code on the gate keypad. Needs improvement. Why can’t we use a remote? Same as we come in?????

• Carol (7/5): My stay was enjoyable. I can recommend this property especially given that it’s quite affordable. The expectation around - The property looks great. I felt safe. The room was quite specious which I really appreciated. Off course it does need a bit of interior decorating to make it look more appealing. A big plus for me was the close proximity to the Pilansberg Nature Reserve which was the purpose of our visit. The water crisis was a down side for me. There is one night when we didn’t have any water to even flush the loo.

• Gwyn (5/5): Good 3-star, but solar needs to cover the Aircon and fridge. Need self-catering option. - Staff - Joyce and Agnes were fantastic. The pool has well used as it was extremely Hot. This is a great 3-star property if you are just passing through and need a night stay. It was very HOT and the solar did not accommodate for the Aircon and fridge only TV and lighting. The catering did not work for our requirements as we left early for the game reserve and came back late, so would suggest the property offer a self catering option for guests.

Parking too tight for a big car. Card machine not working. Aircon didn't get cold... Only arrive and left in the dark so couldn't view too much.
