David (5/5): Not a bad place…just the bathroom size (it’s seriously small) & the settee which is so so uncomfortable & needs - Great location,2 minute walk to the beach & the baht buses Tiny bathroom & the settee is SO uncomfortable…really needs changing asap

Vijay (9/5): Perfect and classy apartment stay. - A classy and comfy condo right on the jomtien beach. The apartment was well set and sizeable and well stocked up for 2 people. Perfect for a quiet peaceful and relaxed stay if you are looking for a peaceful location away from all the jazz and sounds of central pattaya. Didnt see much of a bike rentals around the place. Secondly one needs to walk a bit to find any currency exchange shops. None closeby. These are the only limitations to the place.

David (9/5): Great value - outstanding apartment - location perfect! - As it is on baht bus route, nothing was too far… but, far enough away from any clubs and pubs - so you do not hear anything much at night plenty of food places at jomtien - either restaurants or night markets pool and gym are really great apartment itself is very nice - ac works great, and kept place cool - great views from all rooms would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay again being very honest and critical… the bathroom is very small for a couple other than that, cannot fault the apartment - great all round
