• Parato (3/5): Comfortable but dirty - It was comfortable and the position was quite good It was not clean at all. There were ants walking everywhere and a old bag of dates in the drawer. There was a huge bug walking through the beds.

• Silvia (8/5): Ottima soluzione, senza pretese, per base da dove spostarsi per girare l'isola con auro noleggiata - La piccola veranda del monolocale dove abbiamo soggiornato. Zona tranquilla. Cambio lenzuola, anche per soggiorno di solo una settimana e offerti asciugamani extra ( anche se il cambio fosse previsto anche nei giorni successivi). Piatti e tazze non del tutto pulite; tostapane mal funzionante (scaldava solo se tenevi premuto il tasto..) Interno del mobile vano boiler con polvere ...datata (collocato sul piano cucina..!). Nessun attaccapanni in bagno.

• alfo888_ibg (6/5): Il residence è ok ma la casa e le facility da rivedere completamente - Ho apprezzato molto la piscina, tranquilla, con sdraio e acqua salata riscaldata. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host Carmen, sempre disponibile al telefono e pronta a venirci incontro quando possibile. Comoda la fermata del bus nelle vicinanze. Utile il dispenser di acqua a pagamento ma economico e direttamente in struttura. Presente anche una lavatrice a gettoni (anche se i detersivi non sono inclusi). Apprezzato il cambio degli asciugamani. In cucina c’era una dotazione di base sufficiente per preparare quasi tutto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato molto deludente: abbiamo pagato più di 100 € a notte per una stanza veramente mal tenuta. Il boiler perdeva acqua, internet funzionava a tratti e molto male, la doccia perdeva lateralmente e il bagno era tutto da rifare, con una mensola instabile. Dopo la pulizia e una disinfestazione, il giorno successivo abbiamo trovato scarafaggi morti in tutta la casa. Considerato il prezzo, è inaccettabile non trovare nemmeno una saponetta per le mani, sapone per i piatti e una spugna: il minimo indispensabile per l’igiene. Era presente il bidet, ma inizialmente non c’erano asciugamani dedicati: ho dovuto segnalare che non avrei usato gli stessi asciugamani della doccia e del viso. In questo caso, il problema è stato risolto solo grazie alla disponibilità di Carmen. Almeno due caffè di benvenuto, una bottiglia d’acqua e una dotazione base per l’igiene sarebbero doverosi, soprattutto visto il prezzo pagato. Vista al nullo (appartamento PT) Non ci tornerei.

Limpieza pasillos y exteriores, cero Mesas terraza insoportable. Se mueve muchísimo. Con muy poca inversión se podría mejorar muchísimo. El los detalles está la excelencia

• Liliia (8/5): Готель рекомендую - Є майже все необхідне для комфортного короткотривалого перебування, навіть сейф. Хоча немає праски і фену. Зупинка автобуса поруч з готелем. У дворі гарний басейн. На стійці реєстрації жодного разу нікого не бачили, але необхідності шукати персонал не було. Ми приїхали о третій ночі, ключ нам залишили у скриньці біля входу. Детальні інструкції щодо куди їхати, як знайти ключ і контактами в разі чого отримали на WhatsApp. Пароль до Wifi знайшли у номері. Жодних проблем з заселенням чи пошуком житла/ключів не виникало. В інструкції написано, що постіль та рушники змінюють раз на тиждень у п'ятницю. Ми бронювали 9 ночей. Рушники нам змінили двічі і не у п'ятницю. Постіль пропонували замінити через 4 дні, але ми відмовились. У холі є своя міні бібліотека, художня література різними мовами, можна щось взяти почитати. Є електрочайник, тостер, міні кухня, холодильник, кавоварка (не користувались), телевізор, сейф, сушарка для мокрого одягу, пластикові стіл та 2 стільці для тераси. 1. Немає праски, фену, жодного мила/шампуню, жодної ганчірки для кухні, щоб мити посуд (хоча є рушничок). Добре, що я завжди беру з собою якусь кухонну мочалку/ганчірку, маленьке мило і 100 мл шампуню. Приїхали вночі і руки немає чим помити, треба чекати ранку і шукати магазин. Це не коштує дорого, можна додати до цінника 1-2 євро і забезпечити такі дрібниці хоч при заїзді. Ми купили за 1 є велику пляшку шампуню, навіть прали ним і половина пляшки залишилась у готелі невикористаною. 2. Плита маленька на 2 конфорки. З посуду 1 велика каструля,1 велика пательня, 1 ковшик. Одночасно дві одиниці посуду на плиту не поставиш, вони не поміщаються, тому готувати дуже незручно, лише все по черзі. 3. Неприємний запах від ліжка/подушок. Рушники, швидше за все, перуть при низькій температурі (може ще й сушать у закритому приміщенні) бо після першого ж використання чути неприємний запах. 4. Прибрано так собі. Підлога була брудною, довелося одразу ж вночі при заселенні помити, бо походила по ній у шкарпетках 20 хв поки розбирала речі, шкарпетки чорні. У верхній шафці на кухні не мили щонайменше рік, бруд і валяється використаний пакетик чаю. Мабуть прибиральниця низького зросту і туди не заглядає) Я просто ту шафку вирішила не використовувати, бо мити бажання не було. Є таргани, стоять пастки в шафці під мийкою. Але живого бачили лише раз і то на вулиці за межами кімнати. Загалом ми туристи невибагливі. Чудово провели час і житло нас цілком влаштувало. Всі описані мінуси аж ніяк не вплинули на відпочинок. У нашому випадку єдиним неприємним нюансом були щоденні катання автобусами. Найоптимальнішим варіантом для наших планів було б орендувати житло в Коста Адехе, можна було б довше спати зранку і менше часу витрачати на дорогу. Наступного разу врахуємо цей нюанс. Готель рекомендую.
• Alfredo (9/5): soggiorno a Tenerife - conoscevo già la zona e questa volta ho prenotato presso questa struttura, costa del Silencio di nome e di fatto la tranquillità è sovrana ,ben collegata con autobus di linea che raggiungono varie parti dell’isola i contatti con l’host Carmen sono stati chiarissimi e ogni utile informazione ci è stata data relativamente all’ingresso nell’appartamento infatti in completa autonomia si ritirano le chiavi in una cassetta con codice numerico comunicato. Appartamento carino con balcone dotato di tutto il necessario x preparare pasti buoni il bagno con doccia e bidet, nel mio caso letti singoli comodi e grazie alla mia richiesta Carmen ci ha fornito ulteriore comodità aggiungendo ai materassi il famoso strato topper che ha ulteriormente assicurato confort quindi un grazie di cuore a Carmen. Altre dotazioni ferro da stiro phon tostapane piano cottura elettrico frigo forno bollitore e spremiagrumi . -

• AN DEL CARMEN (3/5): No descanso ni tranquilidad - Piscina limpia y tranquilidad de día El apartamento estaba mal cuidado y sucio.La terraza llena de colillas y piso sucio. Apartamento en general mal cuidado,puerta de la entrada dificultad para abrir,muebles de la cocina no encajaban, ropero no se movían las puertas, camas con colchones incómodos cabezales sin pegar a la pared,TV pequeña y mueble sin pomos para abrir las puertas.Sillones cama incómodo con tablas partidas.Poca seguridad por la noche saltaban por la verja y escándalos.

• Molly (10/5): A lovely and beautiful sea view room with excellent staff - The apartment was in an excellent location with a lovely atmosphere, and the room was absolutely beautiful, with a sea view from the balcony and private pool right outside the door, and staff service that was 100/10. Prior to arrival I was fully welcomed and given detailed instructions on everything I need, which made the journey way more easier! I cannot recommend this place enough! That I was unable to stay longer

Some of the Apartments are being sold off by the owners. The Rentals could do with a better grade of mattress and new sofa beds.

The owner of the apartment, was great... excellent communication and immediate replies to any queries. It is just a pity the man who works at the complex is rude, aggressive in his tone and dismissive of any queries you have if you rent from a private owner. The managing of the complex - on the first night of our arrival we had an important enquiry, the man we spoke to was rude and had a dismissive and aggressive tone, didn't even give us a chance to finish speaking, he wasn't interested. Also for 4 nights of our stay we had very little to no sleep as a group of holidaymakers were up, outside till 3/4am three of the nights and till 5am the morning we were leaving. They were talking/shouting in very loud voices, children running around shouting, there was absolutely no regard for others in the apartments around them. Management on site should have dealt with this issue.

• Bete (7/5): I enjoy staying in the hotel but need same improvement like more kitchen stuff such as ovenmicrowave - the space of the room ,the swimming pool and the people in the hotel was very nice as well. we will be back. need oven, microwave a cleaning supply for the bathroom. it will help if you have somebody when you come in the recaption, I seen people get confuse how to get the key for the rooms.

The apartment would of been better if had a microwave and iron ,plus couldn't get TV to work.the shower had a broken stand so couldn't put shower head up in the air had to keep putting it on the floor of shower tray ,but it was clean and always hot and powerful.
• John (10/5): Exceptional - Location and comfort. I have stayed in a different appartment in this complex previously, so I knew what to expect. I have no issues at all with it.
• Sigridur (8/5): Very good - Carmen and other staff were friendly and helpful. Shops for groceries and restaurants were within a walking distance. A bus stop was across the street. There was a good collection of used books in various languages in the lobby, and it was nice to be able to exchange books. When we brought attention to a bad smell in the apartment, we were offered to move to another one the next day, and we were not aware of this problem there. Towels and bed sheets were changed regularly in the beginning, and trash was taken out, but then nobody showed up to do that for the last nine or ten days, but it was no problem for us to take care of the trash ourselves. Of course, we could have complained, but somehow we never got around to it.

• Marta (9/5): Good value for the money - Ladies who clean apartments are doing good job. Bus station is in front of the building. Hiper Dino is 15 min away. Beach is very near, you have Playa de Montaña Amarilla, i recommend you to go see the view from that mountain. You have washing machine in yard near the pool for 4e and also drying machine. We were a little bit scared of the thiefs but we always have kept gate locked like it's recommended when we were not on balcony especially during the night and we didn't have any problem. Microwave would be nice update. I do know that cockroaches are very common issue on Tenerife but i do wish that we didn't saw them. But luckily only two inside, and one outside that was already dead. But all that on the side we would come back.

• Natalia (2/5): The place looks nice but it's not good idea to stay there. I can't recommend it. - Rooms are very clean. I asked before coming about some kitchen stuff and they gave me everything. You have to clean all stay by your self and use your own detergents and cloths. But that was ok for me. I was prepared for this. I didn't like the customer service and safety aspect. We were very stressed there. You really need to close all windows at night and when you are out, to not be robbed even it's very warm ... One day we had problem with electrical contact. We came at 9pm and it was some smell of burnt plastic. We couldn't contact with owners by phone so I found Mrs Carmen in her room. But she only told me that tomorrow someone will come and see the situation... So we called fire brigade and ask what to do. Next day when we spoke about the case with owner in reception she reacted very aggressively she pushed us and threw us out of the office. We speak fluent Spanish so we could speak with owner without any problem. We are friendly and calm so we were shocked about this situation. That was many bad situations and they never apologize! Things can happen but it was very unprofessional actitud toward customer. We also notice that depends where are you from they treat you differently but when we mentioned it they accused us of calling them "racists"and that they would report us to the police. That's why they stopped talking to us . That was another crazy aspect we didn't like.

If you would like to rest in a calm place, this is not one of them. On departure the receptionist was not bothered to ask how was our stay, just took the keys and went off.

Buses although a little lax on timing sometimes, were cheap and efficient. Will use again. Dog crap on pavements is an issue. Just need to be careful. Council is trying to improve the situation.
