• Sharon (9/5): Once in, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. - Large apartment, two bathrooms, great location near city centre. Modern decor. We had difficulty getting into the building, this was fed back and FeelFree agency are amending instructions. You have to download an app, recommend you do this well in advance.
• Martin (8/5): Great location and Weill equipped - Location and quiet. Very responsive communication. Lack of daylight. Needed bigger mugs.

• Yu (9/5): Superb - Nice location, large space, good condition, fully equipped. No direct contact with landlord - fully remote, but they speak good English and help can always arrive in time :) The hot water is supplied by electrical heating so when the usage is really large, the hot water will run out, e.g., after two persons take shower. Not really a problem but needs to keep in mind. :)

• Ting (7/5): Good not great. - The location was excellent. Close to the train station, old town and the beach. Can’t beat that. Many small areas can easily be improved and make a huge impact. Check in process can be simple. Just call the office and let it open instead of the app and everything not function. House is cold, can’t adjust the temperature, hot water only enough for one person to shower.
• Withers (10/5): fantastic venue close to everything, very clean and had all amenities - very easy via phone code and bluetooth connection apartment was a little hard to find due to door labelling not completely clear
• Christina (10/5): Amazing apartment in the heart of the city! - it was a very clean apartment. the location was remarkable! our kids loved the location. close to the beach and shops! and old town! we had an internet issue and staff was so quick to resolve the issue! thank you! the only thing was the cooling system. we couldn’t figure it out so our sleeping was a bit warmer. but we should have contacted management to ask.
• Carol (8/5): Ideally located with great facilities - the large rooms and the fact it had two bathrooms. the location was ideal for exploring all of San Sebastián noise emanating from the next apartment was annoying, especially at night when trying to sleep. Sound insulated walls would help
• Brendan (8/5): Very pleased with the apartment, centrally located near the old town and the beach. - Very centrally located Difficult to complete the online registration process (I am retired IT manager). The car park did not recognise my car numberplate registration so we had to ring for help every time we entered or left the car park - stressful on the morning we left to catch our ferry home as the attendant had little English and did not want to allow us to exit initially.
